Hotel Helvetia Intergolf

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff at reception, the bar and the restaurant were all brilliant. Made us feel very welcome.Nothing was too much trouble.. Our room was facing the mountains and the weather was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve been coming here for the last few years with my family because it is not only the most practical solution (ie there are apartments, not only rooms, in this hotel) but also because it is generally wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there’s a pool and a play room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the view is breathtaking… and you can set up a baby monitor and go to the bar for a drink after the kids have gone to sleep. 10/10.

My wife and I really love this hotel have just stayed a second time. Compared to other places in Crans Montana, the rooms are very large and the price prices not too high. The View across the Rhone valley is spectacular and on a good day you can see the Matterhorn- I think every room has a view. The sauna steam room and cold plunge pool are all very clean and function perfectly. Both times we stayed here our room had a fully functioning kitchen that you really could cook a meal in if you wanted to. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. The hotel has the word Intergolf in its name which may be a put off to non-golfers but the hotel has nothing to do with golf that I can see. The staff were friendly and efficient - we were given a free room upgrade which I really appreciate. Considering it’s in Crans-Montana, I think this hotel offers exceptional value and I thoroughly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Highly recommend this hotel - it's friendly & casual & extremely well located. Go for superior double as the standard we had this trip was small. On stays in the past we have always had much bigger rooms.||If you are looking for slick & modern you won't find that here. Helvetica has more of a traditional vibe & nicer & quieter for it.

Thankyou for the hospitality, very freindly staff, stunning location with the best views ever! Nice very clean room with an amazing balcony view over the mountains, the food in the evening was excellent, great choice of wines and again very freindly and attentitive staff. The breakfast was OK. We will be back.

The hotel is not suitable for accommodation because the services there are out of maintenance and use, as the Wi-Fi does not work 90% of the time, and most of the electricity biscuits do not work and they do not provide alternatives unless you request them. The washing machine is very old and consumes per minute and not by program cycle and is very expensive for each . Also, the hotspot did not help us get good internet speed so we could follow up on our affairs online, despite your kindness in trying to provide assistance, but it does not change the shortcomings of the management and owner in subscribing to an internet package that suits the needs of the hotel guests, which is considered expensive and in accordance with the high prices, but the services do not live up to the current prices.

Such great service - 10 stars if I could give. Mary Lou helped me with everything, from booking to amending a mistake on my part. The most personal and non commercial experience.
