I spent 4 nights and they were the best days. The receptionist was very classy and respectful. I forgot her name but I am grateful to her for her kindness. The place is very beautiful and the location is great. The rooms are clean and the view is very wonderful from the balcony. Highly recommend 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The hotel surprised us by being nicer than in the pictures.||All the staff at the hotel is very friendly. You can tell there is a good work environment. ||I had a girl named Elisa at the front desk and she was always willing to help me with everything (late check out, directions in town, restaurant reservations).||They also have a massage service in the hotel, the girl is very nice and good at her job (Victoria).||The rooms are very spacious (more than we expected) and pleasant. Inside the room we had a large living room and dining room with mountain views.||They have a breakfast buffet with everything you need to start the day and in the evening you can cook in your room or go down to the restaurant.||The wellness area has everything you need to relax after a day of skiing (jacuzi, sauna, steam, showers and pool). The whole area is clean and well kept, even with mint water to drink.||Perhaps, pool chairs are missing.||Finally they have a shuttle service that takes you to the slopes when you are ready. The guy who drives is also super nice (Jerome)... I forgot my daughter's skis at the hotel and he came back for them and brought them to the slopes with great disposition.||Without a doubt, a very recommendable hotel.||||

I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel at the last minute to discover Crans Montana which was on my list of things to do for a while. I had looked on the map where the hotel was but did not realise how much of a hill I had to climb up and down to get to it from the train station nor to get to the village or the nearest ski lift. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted in a manner that I can only assume is similar to that of a camping holiday village, the receptionist handed me the "book" you usually find in your room, I was expected to carry it along with my luggage and the half a kilo key to my room on my own. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the first floor in the main building, literally on top of the main entrance with a view of the main entrance and the parking lot. There is a giant atrium in the middle of the building that makes any noise from anyone in the building resonate which was extremely unpleasant. There was no view whatsoever from the tiny room where I could barely move, the bathroom was so small I could barely sit on the toilet nor fit in the dirty shower, the shower head was nothing short of disgusting - see photos attached. The breakfast was beyond limited, served in a dirty room, you could see sprinkles of salt and pepper on the tables from the night before, some of the food was spread across different rooms so I had to guess where to find stuff. Then came the supposed "heated ski room", which was the ugliest and least cared for ski room I had ever seen in my entire life, the thing looked like a basement storage that had not been cleaned since the previous century, there were absolutely no heaters in there, there was nothing to hang your ski shoes, the inside of the lockers was so rusted I even hesitated to leave my rental skis in there. The room had a couple forgotten salvaged chairs from a different era in the back, nowhere else to sit, and barely enough space to open the locker in the corridor. Considering my experience, I asked to cancel the last 2 nights of my stay and only asked for a refund of the very last night (a weeknight). They refused, after 4 different conversations and over 2 hours, they offered to pay back half if they managed to resell the room which was 100 chf. I guess that sums it all up when it comes to the management of the hotel and the level of intelligence and hospitality in this hotel, they prefer to negotiation for hours to keep 100 francs and completely alienate guests over simply granting a customer's request. If there was a rating for 0 stars I'm not sure they would deserve that. Quite shameful for a country that supposedly has the best hotel school. To top it all off, over 2 weeks after my stay, they are not responding to any messages on booking and I had to call the customer service three times in order to get my refund and invoice.

A good hotel to stay in the Crans Montana area. Very well placed to play the Crans Sur Sierra golf course, or skiing in the winter.|It’s a small hotel, and frankly the rooms are a little dated, but everything works, they’re a good size and spotlessly clean. |We didn’t have a good experience in the restaurant on the first night, but other travellers ratings are good so I guess we were unlucky. |The staff are excellent. The reception team and Ruiz in the bar especially are a credit to the hotel, and couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was our first time to Crans-Montana. Upon our arrival, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The two women at the desk spoke English (as well as French) which made checking easy. They provided recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Although I had arranged my golf at the Ballesteros course, they offered to contact the club. Breakfast had a full range of food including omelettes made to order. The room was clean and the view tremendous. I could sit on our private balcony in the evening to watch the sunset reflecting off the mountains.

A big Appart-Hotel with a cosy welcoming atmosphere. Sparkling clean. It will officially be open around the 22nd of December. Most rooms have peaceful views on the Alps. The breakfast & dining lounge views aim at a well kept garden. There is a small swimming pool on site. The entrance is wide, a garage is provided on the ground floor: Picture from the views from the entrance.

This was a very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, delicious food, spacious rooms with amazing view. Management were kind enough to upgrade us for our honeymoon stay and we’re recommending good places to visit. They even tell you what to wear according to weather which shows caring of home and kindess. If I ever come to this beautiful place again I would definitely book this hotel. They offer free parking on site too. Cleaning services are amazing.

Room was nice and spacious with a good view, but there were too many issues with the place to recommend it to anyone. The first and main issue was the management. Both the lady managing the receptions and the gentleman managing the restaurant were extremely rude and disrespectful. They were very difficult to communicate with, and did not accommodate anything that you would expect them to for a 4 star hotel / restaurant (such as e.g. food allergies or dietary requirements). The rest of the hotel staff were very nice however. The swimming pool is so small it is a joke, and the jacuzzi is not hot and does not have any jets, only bubbles. Not worth the time. The WiFi is terrible, you will have to rely on your mobile data the whole time. The rooms are way too hot, and there is no temperature control so you have to ask reception to adjust it. After several requests, I still had to sleep with the 0 degree window open to feel normal. The ski boot room is very cramped and not heated so your feet will be cold and wet the next morning. Overall, it’s not worth the 4 stars that they claim to have, and the main disappointment is the rude and obnoxious restaurant manager and reception manager.
