I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Salem, who was extremely rude and demonstrated a complete lack of respect and basic communication skills.
I called the reception a couple of times, and each time he answered only to hang up immediately, claiming he was busy.
This behavior is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism and transparency.
Unfortunately the location and the facilities is good, but to me service plays a big roll of my experience that I paid for.
TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
Update:
When I asked to talk to the manger Numa, hoping for a more understanding and respectful response — but unfortunately, the same dismissive and unhelpful behavior continued.
At one point, he offered a 50% refund and then explicitly asked me to remove my review. When I politely declined, he became angry, started shouting, and even went as far as to call me “crazy” and he made a seen. This was shocking and completely inappropriate.
This kind of behavior shows a severe lack of hospitality and professionalism, and sadly, confirms many of the negative Google reviews that we had initially ignored.
Our trip was seriously affected by this experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place — especially if you expect respectful communication, basic courtesy, and a safe, welcoming environment.
