The hotel is very well located, next to Montparnasse, in a very charming and quiet street. We booked last moment, due to an unexpected incident with our train. We were very warmly received. There was a minor room incident, which we addressed straightaway. The Hotel Manager, Farid, handled the issue brilliantly, in matter of minutes, and was kind enough to upgrade us to a much larger room, with complimentary minibar consumptions... All this with a lovely smile! Needless to say, we will be back in no time! :)

We loved it! Our stay was very pleasant, from beginning to the end. The rooms and bathrooms give enough space so you can feel comfortable. We got coffee, tee, sugar, chocolate powder and a nuxe bathroom kit! There was also a hair dryer and an iron. The stuff was really kind and helpful!||

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Paris. After a long and stressful travel day, we were so grateful they allowed us to check in at 1 a.m.—especially since we were only able to book the room last minute around midnight. A big thank you to Akly for his kindness and help during check-in, he made us feel very welcome and taken care of.||||The hotel is in a great location—central but quiet—and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The amenities are excellent, and we especially appreciated the in-room kitchen, which made it easy to cook and feel more at home. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

If you’re after a private, apartment-style hotel, this is an excellent choice. The room was spotless on arrival, with fresh bedding and comfortable air conditioning. A real highlight was the breakfast, delivered to your door in a charming basket filled with plenty of bread, spreads, yoghurts, and juice. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and stress-free. It is the type of hotel for a tourist that spends most of their day exploring the city who then knows they’ll return to a nice clean room in a relatively safe location, wake up in the morning have a great breakfast and heads out again to enjoy the day! (The breakfast is also perfect to take as a mini packed lunch) Generally speaking the hotel is very fuss-free and its location is particularly convenient, within easy reach of several train lines, including the well-known Line 6 that takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and is dotted with lovely local cafés. If you’re looking for something functional as a tourist yet still stylish, not overly flashy but still pleasant, this hotel is a fantastic option. Will definitely be returning! Photos attached is the 6-person apartment (ladder to the mini loft conversion included)

issue with the warm room … otherwise the staff was great. We had a good night but when we arrived the room was awfully hot, and had not been aerated. There were ventilators, but no air co, and the ventilators were just bringing hot air. We could aerate with the windows and it was better, but I would have expected it to be done by the staff before our arrival, and particularly at the price of the room.

We had a very poor experience at this property. The receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and clearly not equipped to deal with guests professionally. The room I stayed in was dark and overpriced given the level of comfort and the location. Breakfast was extremely limited, with no vegan options at all.||My colleague was given an even worse room on the top floor — cramped, with low ceilings and awkward wooden beams that made it impossible to move around comfortably. It felt more eerie than charming. Definitely would not return or recommend.

This hotel is truly unique and different from traditional hotels. Housed in a former printing house, it has a distinctive charm and character. We stayed in a superior double room, which felt more like a small studio. It featured a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate bedroom. The bedding was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, there were several drawbacks. The rooms are poorly insulated, so we could hear noise from the neighboring and upstairs rooms, which disrupted the tranquility. One of the biggest issues for me was the strong smell of cigarettes—if a neighbor smoked, the odor easily seeped into our room, suggesting that these might not be true non-smoking rooms. Additionally, the water pressure was inconsistent, and the temperature fluctuated during showers, which was quite frustrating. What was most unacceptable, though, was that housekeeping was not done for two days. For a 4-star hotel, this is simply inexcusable and well below expectations. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel offers good value for money. However, with better maintenance and service, it could be an outstanding place to stay.
