Hotel Heritage

We felt like we were checking into an extremely high end luxury hotel when we entered the premises and every small detail confirmed that initial feeling. All staff worked so very hard to make our stay enjoyable. They were very welcoming, professional, and helpful. We used this hotel as a base camp for exploring Slovenia. All three rooms we stayed in were very quiet and clean with comfortable beds and updated everything with top of the line fixtures. Breakfast is exemplary with a coffee carafe (not a machine!!) and hand made coffee orders if requested. Location location location. Easy walk to Hbh. Roll out of bed and right into old town. Perfect location in old town. Staff are extremely helpful and professional. They truly made us feel like we were coming home each time we walked through the door. Rooms feel luxurious with very high end details. Breakfast is probably the best experience in Slovenia. Coffee is actually brewed and not from a machine thank goodness. Staff quickly take orders for specialty coffees if requested. Epic stay without epic prices.

We had a really nice time. The staff is very kind, especially the guy. The room was good and the bathroom was new and perfect. We liked everything for breakfast too. The hotel is in the centre but it's quiet. I recommend it.

Hotel Heritage seems like a real find. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's ideally located in the old town, yet there wasn't any noise from the bars. It's a lovely old building, recently and tastefully renovated. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable. We'd love to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Heritage very much. The room was small yet well designed, had limited storage (we only stayed two nights but had luggage for our two week holiday!) it had a large comfy bed, with great bed linen and easy to manage air con. The bathroom was also small, however for a 2 night stay it was adequate and had fabulous toiletries! The hotel is very centrally located for a short city break and has some great history, which you can read about on the walls throughout this elegantly decorated hotel. Breakfast was great, we are not meat eaters however there was lots of choice to suit everyone and set you up for sightseeing. We had limited interaction with staff members but when we did it was always friendly polite and helpful. Make sure you explore the city, it's beautiful, charming and vibrant. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for a short stay in Ljubljana.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Heritage. Our room was a good size and the shower room was lovely. We loved the L’Occitane toiletries. The prices in the mini bar were reasonable, which made a nice change.||The hotel is centrally located but, despite this, it was very quiet in our room.||The breakfast offering was good.||All the staff we encountered were both friendly and efficient.||If we ever return to Ljubljana, we would have no hesitation in staying at Hotel Heritage.

Great small hotel centrally located in the Old Town. Very comfortable beds, very good bathroom, extremely clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast selections are great and custom coffees are offered. Highly recommend. It is in a pedestrian area so when our transfer from the airport dropped us it had to be outside the pedestrian zone but it was only a 2 minute walk . Very easy

Stay away! My primary issue was the awful service. Despite 3 calls for help with luggage to hotel, nobody came. They kept saying bellhop was on the way. Not!!|Cleaning each day was bad. Water and coffee was not replenished. Used spoons were just wiped and left to be reused|We were put in the attic. Top floor top room 20, which was incredibly hot. AC was weak and would not cool the room|Location is awesome. We shifted next door to ZLata Lladjika. That was awesome. Yes, more expensive, but a much better service experience
