About the rooms it was fine but the fan was kinda bad. Service is slow but not that slow. The location is very very nice but the swimming pool omg soo niceee. There is very low lights so when u do BBQ u need lights and all good very nice resort

I genuinely encourage businesses to grow and progress so i am writing this as a constructive review as that is what i Alws expect on my end too. My experience here was not really appealing and this will 100% affect the future potential of this place. The things i will highlight, the good and the bad. The outside environment is well maintained and peaceful with green luscious garden but the pool needs maintenance. What they truly need to work on is the quality of the room they provide. You guys don't need it to be super lux, but providing a neat and tidy rooms with clean bedsheets and towels with functional clean bathroom is a must. The room smells odd, and the bathroom looks super worn out. There are ants crawling from the tub, its rustic and old , the toilet provided to me was used and unclean. So were the bedsheets. The curtains are hanging without proper hook and they also need wash every now and then or u may change into plain nice curtains to change the room vibes. Second of all, hot water is a must in a bathroom especially in this cold weather. Please maintain the rooms and the bathrooms. You can also add some warm lights for extra convenience. Third and last, that absolutely needs a big change with no compromise is the service. The staff needs proper training on how to communicate to the guest professionally. I ordered smthng, i was told smthng and later during delivery i was given excuses that they couldnt provide it the way i was initially agreed to. That did not look good on ur end. The breakfast was served cold again followed up with more reasons. Last night, i couldn't find people to communicate for an order, the website fone wasn't reachable. With no fone and wifi on rooms, i had extreme difficulty ordering. Please assist ur guest with clear information regarding the wifi details at check in itself along with a reachable fone number. The staff needs proper training for a quality and fast service. If u improvise these things as soon as possible, i see so much potential in this place as it gives a very promising peaceful vibe and many opportunities lurks its way . Kindly, i wish you wouldn't take this offensively and i hope this helps to construct in a good way. My best wishes to the team. Hopefully, in the near future i can come back again with these changes.

The pillows were moldy. The rooms included cockroaches, frogs, dead bugs and taps that don’t run any water.

The Hermitage nature guides were excellent. The room was musty and wasn't clean. We had 2 rooms, one had warm water, the other the water was cold. The sheets were damp. The breakfast was precooked and cold when served. The air-conditioning wasn't working although it did work the second night after we asked the staff to fix it. There was a nice garden and it is next to the river, which was peaceful and we also saw a crocodile. It did have a children's playground which our children enjoyed.

Have to copy partially a 7 year old Review because nothing has changed. View of the Rapati river and the national park from the backside of the hotel is great. Satisfied with the service of the friendly staffs but only that is not sufficient. This hotel needs a complete renovation. May be because of the flood few months back, things were not properly fixed. Faulty electric system made the mobile charging difficult. Rooms were smelling the fungus and even the bath rooms were smelling bad. No hot water. My kind request to the hotel management, please do not take the bookings if you are completely not ready yet for the service after the damage. This way you will ruin the holiday of the guests and your reputation too.

Excellent hotel set in peaceful natural surroundings, fronted by the river. This hotel has a nice large pool and is a 5 minute walk into town where there's plenty of food options and opportunities to purchase snacks and drinks. There is an on-site restaurant that has many options and is very reasonably priced. Magnificent sunset views in the evening. |The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too hard for them. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Chitwan. The beds are soft and very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and the water is hot. Free bottle of water is also in your room.

Right at the edge of the nature park, with amazing views over the river. Already spotting deer and crocodiles from the hotel. We were met at the bus station , all the details of our stay explained and everything is well arranged. Cannot fault.

The hotel has a nice pool, beautiful view of the river and it s just located in the middle of the nature so it s well located for any safari, hiking activities which the hotel offers too. The staff are very welcoming, smily and helpful. The building is just authentic and beautiful.
