Lovely hotel in a very convenient spot overlooking the Marquita. A short walk and you are in old town. The room was spacious and very clean. The reception is courteous and friendly. There is a lovely little swimming pool but not nearly enough shade to sit under and it is extremely hot at the pool. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment! At €19 per person you at least expect the hot content to be hot! The bacon was cold, as were the sausages. The cold portion looked ok but not great

This hotel is in a fantastic location just across the Roman bridge into town. We didn’t know that we were booked in when the festival of the patios were on, great to see them.|The fight light is without doubt the mosque cathedral so unusual.|We had parking and breakfast in our reservation. It may have been possible to park on the street outside but not a risk I am willing to take.|Breakfast was good although the room is noisy.|Pool area was nice and able to swim.|Overall a lovey stay

The hotel was clean and pleasant It was very near the historic part without having to negotiate the narrow roads. It has underground parking. The breakfast was very nice buffet style

Great location to stay when you visit Cordoba. Walking distance to the main attractions and the center of the city. Great views and very quite. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with a huge assortment. Deducted a star because the room smelt of smoke from a previous inconsiderate guest.

Location excellent for the Roman Bridge and the Mosque-Cathedral. Rooms comfortable, views great of the river and the bridge from the rooftop bar which we loved for an evening drink. The pool area was quiet and lovely for a sunbathe. Thoroughly recommend this hotel while in Cordoba.

Great smoothly run hotel close to bridge of old town. Had a nice bridge view and easy check in. The only issue I had was super hard pillows which made is hard to sleep. The rooms are very standard but functional. The rooftop is great with nice bartender. The pool is ok. The breakfast is very good! Nice staff. Give map to old city also and advice. Highly recommended hotel for Cordoba.

Wonderful stay at Hesperia Córdoba 🥰I had a fantastic experience at Hesperia Córdoba. The location is perfect—just a short walk across the bridge to the historic center, with beautiful views of the Mezquita and the river. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering stunning views—perfect for a drink in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Recently stayed here for 4 nights. Location is perfect, overlooking the river and Cordoba, a few minutes walk from the Roman Bridge leading into Cordoba itself. Our room was big with an enormous, very comfy bed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful...from the reception and breakfast staff to the ladies who serviced the rooms who spoke every time we saw them. The breakfast was a vast array of delicious food, continually refreshed so there was never any empty plates or people waiting for things. We have travelled extensively in Europe and America and never had as much choice as this!

Yelp
Absolutely DO NOT recommend. This hotel is located nicely across the roman bridge in new town, walking distance to the roman bridge and old town. Rooms were about $150/night, which wasn't bad considering the time of year we booked, however the hotel was a dump. - Room window is open-able, however one of the window panes literally fell off the hinges into our hands. - The shower alternated between the water temp you set it to and SCALDING. Ya know how in some houses if someone flushes the toilet while you shower, you get burned? It was like this, but with a dozen flushing toilets and several scalds. - Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. One of our lamps had a lampshade that was straight-up crushed on one side. Why would they leave that? - The beds are on basic, metal rolling bed frames with no headboard and the locks on the bed frames were inoperable. So you couldn't sit up on the back of the bed without having the bed roll away from the wall, OR having both twin beds roll away from each other if you happened to fall in "the crack" in the middle. - The elevators would clunk, jerk and otherwise make you feel like you were about to fall to the basement at each ride. - WIFI was inadequate. - At one point, about an hour after we checked in, I was in the shower (with the un-latching door) and my husband on the bed, when someone just happened to walk into our room, and then quickly left. We didn't see who it was, and assumed housekeeping made a mistake, but not cool. - We apparently blew a breaker/fuse somewhere because the TV and one lamp just stopped working. We just plugged the TV into a different plug and went on our way. - They had a breakfast buffet for 15 euro/ day available, which was really spendy. However, they were banking on you being away from old town and kind of being "stuck" on this side of the bridge. We didn't partake. We actually considered booking another room elsewhere in Cordoba, or leaving altogether because we didn't care for Cordoba in general. But we didn't, and we didn't address anything with the management directly. I will at some point now that we're back in town, but we were about 10 days into our trip and too tired to deal with switching rooms or hotels, or dealing with management at that point.

Yelp
THE STAY IN CORDOBA: There is short term parking right in front to self unload your luggage. We then found free parking on the next block on the main street. The check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Our room was 143 and had an interior courtyard view, although it was very small. It was still a pleasant view compared to other options. The room is extremely clean; the structure, furniture, linens and floor are all in very good condition. The bathroom is well lit, supplied with many additional toiletries and has ample room for 2 persons, if necessary. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the linens are very soft. There is a sitting chair, end table, dresser and good sized closet. This is located across the river from the cathedral so you only have a few minutes walk across the bridge into the city. I would recommend Cordoba for a day trip but if you stay over night, I would highly recommend this hotel.
