Hotel Hetman

A quiet hotel located in a trendy district. Great breakfasts. Everything is close by: metro, tram, and bus. The Old Town is a 5 minute tram ride away. Near the hotel are good restaurants, shops, a market, and a shopping center.

The room is quite big, clean and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. And the receptionist is nice too.

Pros: ++ affordable + good location in Praga (near Wilenski station & Stare Miasto) + good service + clean room & toilet + nice classic hotel atmosphere + a balcony in the room Cons: --The bed. One of the legs of our bed was broken, the mattress was way too soft, and felt worn-out. Also, the pillow was just not good. - The smell in the room was kind of weird, nothing extraordinary bad, but still Honestly, I think that it could've been that we had just a bad luck with the bed. I would probably give another chance, if the bed was problem just in one room.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Hetman from December 27th to 30th. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment that made my visit enjoyable.The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room setup and the cosy ambience were commendable.The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries.The location of the hotel was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and local restaurants, making it a great base for exploring the area.I opted for the breakfast provided by the hotel, which cost 55 zloty per person. The variety of options and the quality of the food were excellent, making it a worthwhile addition to my stay. The fresh and delicious selection each morning added to the overall experience.Overall, my stay at Hotel Hetman was enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel. I look forward to returning in the future!

This hotel is a budget hotel and the facilities are fairly basic however it is clean and spacious throughout. We had a twin room and was very spacious with reasonable amenities and air conditioning. |The beds were reasonably comfortable and the room cleaned well. My only complaints about the room was the shower set up, very difficult to wash if you are taller than 5ft as the shower attachment is so low down and the water pressure wasn't great. Also the air conditioning had a damp smell on the first day so I am not sure they service it very often.|Location was great with a tram stop around the corner, 2 stops to the old town. Plenty of shops etc within walking distance.|Did not have breakfast at the hotel but note there are luggage room facilities for a late flight home.||Great base for a trip to the lovely city of Warsaw.

We stayed 3 nights at The Hetman Hotel in Warsaw and the stay was correct. The room and the hotel itself shows very clean in all areas. The hotel is very well located with many transport options with a safe and quiet location. Our room was allocated in the back of the building avoiding all type of noises therefore, our stay was relaxing. I have to mention also, the receptionist made our check in around 12:00 pm that it was a great touch as we were very tired after many hours awake. The Hetman hotel does not have a restaurant but they have a small breakfast room with no more than 10 tables which is correct too. The breakfast is very complex from juices to cold meats…that it’s copious. Matthew (Mateusz) the waiter was the only member helping in the breakfast area, this gentleman is very attentive and makes efforts to greet the guests in their home languages. English, Spanish … etc. HK is a dedicated team who will leave the room ready for you with high standards but the reception staff was not very talkative at all, however they were very correct and helpful. Overall our stay was enjoyable, the hotel is very recommended and you will be looked after for the whole team. Regards Bruna & Raúl.

Great location, good service, spacious rooms and phenomenal brekfast!

It was a bisiness trip and company choosed this Hotel for me to stay and and I was disappointed by how small was the one single bed room and there was a strong smell and the mattress had a dip in the middle so i couldn't sleep and next day I upgraded my room to a bigger one with a king bed. It was good and clean. Positive: there was a small fridge, kettle and complimentary water + tea in the room. The was clean and bathroom was spotless, they even had daily cleaning which I think no other 3* Hotel offer this service (not sure though). Location was also nice. Easy access to public transport. Negative: Breakfast was buffet and had many options but none of them were fresh and yummy. I'd recomment to replace it with a small menu which guests can actually order when they get there (many botique hotels and 4* hotels do that.
