### Extremely Disappointing Stay – Misleading Reviews! I booked this hotel through Agoda after reading positive reviews, expecting a comfortable stay, but my experience was completely opposite and extremely disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities—there was no chair, no table, the electric kettle was broken, and worst of all, there was no hot water as the bathroom had no geyser. The bedsheet was torn, and the pillow covers were dirty, and even after complaining, the staff never replaced them. The landline was out of order, leaving us with no way to reach the staff for assistance. To make things worse, the next morning, instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff rudely questioned me about the dirty bedding, even though I had already shown them proof the night before. I am extremely disappointed and feel misled by the reviews. If this is the kind of service they provide, then the reviews on Agoda are not trustworthy. This hotel charges a premium price for a substandard experience, and I strongly advise future travelers not to book this place unless major improvements are made. Agoda should review such misleading listings and take action against hotels that fail to meet basic hospitality standards.

The rooms are smaller than showcased in the picture but the food is amazing the rooms are clean and pretty the staff is very polite the services are great. I loved my stay

Review on Basic standard room. just a room to spend single over night. once upon a time it was a good hotel but now everything broken. staff trying to do their best. Location as connectivity is very good. Walking distance Metro and city train. Airport 20 minutes by drive. Don't go for all 5 * paid review.

Hotel highway inn is at very good location in Andheri East. Metro station, railway station, airport are few minutes away from here. Room and washroom was neat and clean, staffs were well behaved, their services were good and their meal was also great.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and I must say I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It's located at prime location in Andheri east, walkable distance from metro and centrally located. Hotel is near mumbai airport and has ease of access to all hot spots in Mumbai. Rooms were clean, well maintained and best value for money. Staff members, Vikram, Jay and Lucky were very helpful. Hotel is going through renovation and new rooms were top notch, we stayed in one such room. Overall we had a great experience while staying at this hotel and I wish the hotel a superb future ahead.

The deluxe rooms are comfortable with modern designs on the second floor and clean. Staff and service was good.

The Courtyard Hotel's outdoor patio and fire pit were a lovely spot to relax. The rooms were clean and modern.
