Hotel room was good but staff was not coprative they are making there own policy every minute overall hotel was fine but staff attitude was not so good

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and I must say I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It's located at prime location in Andheri east, walkable distance from metro and centrally located. Hotel is near mumbai airport and has ease of access to all hot spots in Mumbai. Rooms were clean, well maintained and best value for money. Staff members, Vikram, Jay and Lucky were very helpful. Hotel is going through renovation and new rooms were top notch, we stayed in one such room. Overall we had a great experience while staying at this hotel and I wish the hotel a superb future ahead.

One of the Worst hotels ever stayed.! Recently traveled to Mumbai and unfortunately stayed at this hotel. 1. Rooms were stinky 2. AC making a loud noice 3. The walls were torn and molds around the beds. I hated the two days stay at this Hotel.

The hotel is in good location but there is a stupid manager called Lucky he is very arrogant and does not know how to talk... The rooms r full with seepage and bad smell the food is poor quality but staffs are good only the oversmart guy lucky is very bad attitude I gave 4k cash to him perhaps he want to do manipulation in accounts as because he is not ready to provide receipt.. shop lifting and accounts manipulation is a biggest challenge for businessman now a days only God can save the owner.

Review on Basic standard room. just a room to spend single over night. once upon a time it was a good hotel but now everything broken. staff trying to do their best. Location as connectivity is very good. Walking distance Metro and city train. Airport 20 minutes by drive. Don't go for all 5 * paid review.

The hotel I stayed in for one night had poor service, subpar room conditions, a disappointing bathroom, uncomfortable bed, and other unsatisfactory aspects. I do not recommend this hotel; the prices for both the room and dinner are excessively high

Came to mumbai for an exhibition in Nesco, stayed here for a night and i must say its a hidden gem, stayed in suite room size was huge, best part was food and hospitality as if you are traveling from north specially delhi food is something that goes for compromise but here it was like home away from specially parathas were like from the hands of punjabi grandma....mostly ordered veg food and everything was so perfect that everytime i visit Mumbai will stay at Highway Inn if work is around goregaon malad jogeshwari andheri
