Hotel Highway Residency

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room looked spacious and inviting in the photos, but in reality, it was tiny and dirty. The wash basin had no water, and the telephone didn't work, forcing us to trek three floors down just to place an order. Additionally, the room was cramped and looked old. To make matters worse, the staff and other patrons gave us dirty looks when my female companion joined me for the stay. It was a hostile and uncomfortable environment, and I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Don’t get fooled by the photos, this property is old and very unclean. I stayed for 2 days and the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. There is no customer service, don’t care attitude by the reception guy. I didn’t bother to take my free breakfast also, looking at the unclean rooms I can imagine how the kitchen would be. This hotel doesn’t deserve to get 3 rating. Pls don’t book here. Everything is bad here. Even the bolt inside the room is broken which meant they can come in with duplicate keys

Room was clean and bed and sheets were neatly ironed and new white type. So satisfied on that front. Now come to the food part. I entered the hotel around 1 pm and was hungry cos till that time I had nothing at all so ordered Dal Tadka and rice. Taste was good. So for a couple of days stay you can as it's just two and half km from the airport.

The property cannot be given any grades/stars. Zero ambience, zero courtesy of Hotel Manager and staff. Not clean, dirty toilets. Lastly, the worst experience, hotel room service staff just opens the occupied room and enters while the guest is inside. He does not even understand that the latch is double locked means it is occupied and should knock before opening the door with duplicate keys. The issue is with intent too from Manager to staff. They try to act smart, communicate rudely. Zero (0) rating.

Very very poor and worst service. I don’t know how they got 3 star rating. This hotel should go minus. The guy in reception is rude and speaks with bad attitude to customers. I only booked cos of fab group. If fab management is seeing all the negative comments pls visit the hotel and do a check. Hotel itself is so unclean and not hygienic to stay. Bedsheets and pillow covers not changed literally. When I checked in the room and bathroom was so dirty I asked him to clean it. Horrible staff and poor customer service

The hotel is near to the airport. That is the only plus point. Not at all good for family stay. Entrance and other common places are not kept clean. Toilet stinking. Used plates and glasses kept for long in corridors. Not at all value for money. One should avoid going to this hotel

The hotel pictures don't do justice to what the hotel is actually. Bedsheets aren't clean. Even when they put clean bedsheets, there are weird stains and hair clinging to the pillowcases. The washroom always has a typical unpleasant smell. The utensils they give aren't clear. They don't clean the room everyday timely, and even when asked to, they don't come. Despite calling and telling them twice or thrice. The mug and bucket weren't very clean and the next morning we found a big cockroach in the bucket. Service isn't great at all. Wifi isn't working at all. Overall a very bad experience and not a good stay at all.

READ THIS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING- I booked a room for me and my mother (aged 71) through Cleartrip for 2 nights(10-12Nov). Cleartrip after all discounts showed an amount of around 2981Rs. We hurriedly booked it by paying in full. We were coming from Matheran and hence was a bit tired. After the private hire left, we entered the hotel. There were two people at the reception. Immediately after entering they asked if we have booking. I said yes and then they asked who is it through. I said cleartrip. They started saying we dont accept bookings through Cleartrip(if they dont accept bookong through cleartrip then why are they online in their app??). Then I showed them my booking and after seeing the amount I paid they were not happy. They were not allowing me to check in, so I had to call Cleartrip customer support and after a long conversation with them, hotel agreed me to check in. After they took my passport(well they were trying to question my identity as I had British Passport) and OCI they allowed me to check in hotel. One of them while holding my iphone 14 pro to talk to Cleartrip customer support was trying to see the model of phone(no manners whatsoever!) After having a shower we got ready to go to Shiddhi Vinayak Temple. When we were about to go, one of them started drama again- that the amount I paid is for one night only so we need to check out on 11 Nov or pay an extra 2500Rs. The quality of room provided in ground floor was horrible( full of hairs in bedsheet) with a window from which a dark restaurant behind can be seen. However we did not complained still as all we were looking for is to stay in night and travel during day. My dad passed away last year, my mother is a bit depressed, so she is travelling with me for a change. But these bonkers have no sympathy for aged people. When they said that the booking is for one day only, I called Cleartrip again. I argued with them and made them agree for a refund. After the amount of disrespect the two Idiots at reception showrd to us, we were feeling uncomfortable to stay. At last when we did not agree to pay any extra- one of them were forcing us to leave like animals. Their website advertised Classic Room with Breakfast is 1999Rs for 1 night excluding tax. Ours did not had breakfast included and the quality of room they were providing in ground floor was not upto standard for 2500Rs mark(as the idiots at reception were claiming). Book at your own risk. I booked after seeing all the genuine reviews.
