Hotel Highway Residency

Don’t get fooled by the photos, this property is old and very unclean. I stayed for 2 days and the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. There is no customer service, don’t care attitude by the reception guy. I didn’t bother to take my free breakfast also, looking at the unclean rooms I can imagine how the kitchen would be. This hotel doesn’t deserve to get 3 rating. Pls don’t book here. Everything is bad here. Even the bolt inside the room is broken which meant they can come in with duplicate keys

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room looked spacious and inviting in the photos, but in reality, it was tiny and dirty. The wash basin had no water, and the telephone didn't work, forcing us to trek three floors down just to place an order. Additionally, the room was cramped and looked old. To make matters worse, the staff and other patrons gave us dirty looks when my female companion joined me for the stay. It was a hostile and uncomfortable environment, and I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

The property cannot be given any grades/stars. Zero ambience, zero courtesy of Hotel Manager and staff. Not clean, dirty toilets. Lastly, the worst experience, hotel room service staff just opens the occupied room and enters while the guest is inside. He does not even understand that the latch is double locked means it is occupied and should knock before opening the door with duplicate keys. The issue is with intent too from Manager to staff. They try to act smart, communicate rudely. Zero (0) rating.

Room was clean and bed and sheets were neatly ironed and new white type. So satisfied on that front. Now come to the food part. I entered the hotel around 1 pm and was hungry cos till that time I had nothing at all so ordered Dal Tadka and rice. Taste was good. So for a couple of days stay you can as it's just two and half km from the airport.

Very very poor and worst service. I don’t know how they got 3 star rating. This hotel should go minus. The guy in reception is rude and speaks with bad attitude to customers. I only booked cos of fab group. If fab management is seeing all the negative comments pls visit the hotel and do a check. Hotel itself is so unclean and not hygienic to stay. Bedsheets and pillow covers not changed literally. When I checked in the room and bathroom was so dirty I asked him to clean it. Horrible staff and poor customer service

I wanted to put a review so put 1, otherwise it is not even worth writing a review. Do not get fooled and book a room with them. The worst rooms along with the worst staff. Specifically the reception person Arjun is the most misbehaved person. He denied booking at night 8 PM even after full advance payment being done through MakeMyTrip.

The hotel is near to the airport. That is the only plus point. Not at all good for family stay. Entrance and other common places are not kept clean. Toilet stinking. Used plates and glasses kept for long in corridors. Not at all value for money. One should avoid going to this hotel

The hotel pictures don't do justice to what the hotel is actually. Bedsheets aren't clean. Even when they put clean bedsheets, there are weird stains and hair clinging to the pillowcases. The washroom always has a typical unpleasant smell. The utensils they give aren't clear. They don't clean the room everyday timely, and even when asked to, they don't come. Despite calling and telling them twice or thrice. The mug and bucket weren't very clean and the next morning we found a big cockroach in the bucket. Service isn't great at all. Wifi isn't working at all. Overall a very bad experience and not a good stay at all.
