Honestly this was an amazing hotel me and my friend stayed at during our Tokyo vacation. It is a perfect location and is just a short walk away from a metro station. And they have a beautiful roof terrace. The staff were super friendly and spoke both English and Japanese and the rooms were very clean. Especially when they cleaned the rooms when we were out it was very nice. I would recommend this to a bunch of people if they go to Japan because it pretty much in the middle of Tokyo. Very accessible. Definitely plan on staying here again

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and ended up extending our stay with an additional night, and everything was handled in an incredibly smooth, friendly, and professional way. The staff were truly amazing. We had to do several late check-outs (which were complimentary) and extensions, and they always took the time to help, with a smile and a very warm attitude. They even helped me call a car rental company and spent quite some time with them on the phone — which I really appreciated. The location is great: very central, easy to get to places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Meguro, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, kombinis, a pharmacy, BIC camera store, etc. Oh, and a cafe right across the street with tasty coffees and sandwiches. We stayed in two types of rooms: a small one (12 m², king size bed) but that’s normal in Tokyo, and a bigger one (18 m², but smaller double bed). Both rooms fitted our suitcases (1 large + 2 cabin size) + 2 bags Overall, good value for the price. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, and thanks again to the staff for their help during our stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location while on vacation. The hotel is located in a downtown business area and is loaded with good resturants and interesting shops and has a busy night life once everyone gets off of work and goes out to dinner. That said the hotel room was quiet and clean with excellent service during our week long stay. The rooms are small but the bed was large enough for two people and there was space under the bed for luggage. There was also on site washer/dryers with a pin code lock you can set to stop theft (but in Japan this is unlikely and there is also a camera in the laundry room as well as a room card access to track who entered so I felt safe with my belongings.) All of the staff were great but I wanted to mention by name Nanami-san, Hakuto-san, Imai-san and Kim-san whom I interacted with the most and were always extremely helpful and very kind. They all even went out of their way to reccomend resturants and answer questions I had about Nihongo which I am extremely grateful for. (I am sorry if I mispelled you names!) Thank you everyone for the wonderful stay! 5 stars!

Nice location - easy access to subway lines and lots of bars, restaurants and konbinis nearby. Not too busy in the evenings. Clean hotel, but room was just OK. Bedroom space was pretty small for two people with luggage, bathroom space was very small. AC was a little loud and while it was nice to be able to open the window a little, it was covered in translucent film (no view). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning people got started pretty early in the morning and were very insistent about giving us new towels in the morning.

Room was clean and tidy. It was small but we only had backpacks so no issue. Large suitcases will struggle. AC worked well. Bed was firm but comfortable. Bathroom was tight but serviceable. The sink is in the main room which was strange but fine. Staff was friendly. Coffee and water available in the lobby was a nice touch. Well placed in a lively business area with excellent transit access. Plenty of food/coffee/konbini close by. We did not use the restaurant or bath so can’t comment on that. All in all a solid affordable place to sleep and shower while exploring Tokyo.

Great location with a lot of restaurants, konbinis around. 4 min walk to station. No shopping around if that’s what you’re looking for. Room size was okay, bathroom was uncomfortably small, AC air smelled old and dusty, bathroom sink was in room on the desk, not in bathroom. Windows are covered so no view. Only 2 washer/dryer combos available for everyone. Customer service was a hit or miss; either very kind and helpful or rude like person shown below. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

This was a great hotel in Akasaka. The rooms were a bit small, but staff was helpful and friendly. I had great conversations with other hotel guests. The bath/sauna was great. I met some really interesting people.

This beautiful hotel is a 5-minute walk from Akasakamitsuke Station. Although not a large hotel, it is compact but well-equipped, with a large public bath and a roof restaurant inside the building. We recommend going out to the open space from the roof restaurant, where you can enjoy a drink while overlooking the night view of Akasaka. The breakfast here is also highly reputable and highly recommended.
