Hotel Hillock

After my two-night stay at Hotel Hillock in Mount Abu, I wanted to share my thoughts. This place really impressed me! The rooms were super comfy and clean, with beautiful decor. I was lucky enough to have a great view from my window, which made the mornings even better. The best part was how spacious everything felt. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly polite and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any request and their friendly attitude made me feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was also a huge highlight – the breakfast buffet had a great spread, and everything I tried was delicious. Location-wise, it's perfect. The hotel is close to the main market and Nakki Lake, so it was easy to get around and explore without any hassle. Overall, I had a wonderful and memorable stay. I'd definitely recommend Hotel Hillock to anyone visiting Mount Abu, whether you're with family, friends, or on a couple's getaway. It's a great value for money and a place I would love to visit again!

We had a truly wonderful experience! Every aspect of the service was top-notch – from the warm welcome to the attentive and courteous staff throughout our visit. The team ensured everything was smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free. The jain food was absolutely delicious – every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. From the starters to the desserts, each bite was a delight. Special compliments to the chef for creating such a satisfying and memorable dining experience. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the hospitality and quality offered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and amazing food. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Came back to Hotel Hillock after a great experience last year — this time with family — and it was even better! The property is very well maintained, with lush gardens, cozy seating areas, and a peaceful vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing. Just as previous year, they have maintained the standards Below mentioned is for people who are looking for reviews - Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with all amenities. The staff is polite, helpful, and always available. Special mention to the restaurant — the food is fresh, tasty, and has good variety! Location is another plus — close to the main market and Nakki Lake, but still quiet and peaceful. Parking is available and secure. Definitely recommend this place for families or couples looking for a pleasant stay in Mount Abu. We’ll keep coming back! And don't miss to include the breakfast while booking!

Overall the hotel is superb. Location is good. Rooms are spic and span. Food and service is excellent. Evening food set-up and cultural programs are enjoyable. Staff is polite and co-operative. Only issue is with water quality in bathrooms. Twice a day yellowish muddy water from taps for 10 mns or so - probably issue with the bore or tanks.

Room are spacious, near and clean. Luxury rooms on terrace are spacious with a twin Sofa cum bed to accommodate 2' older kids. Spacious bathrooms with bath tub. Food is excellent and chef serves some of the most authentic veg cuisine. It is purely veg hotel.

The hotel has a few positives, especially in terms of location, service, food, and the convenience of car parking – all of which were quite good and made the stay comfortable to some extent. However, the room itself was disappointing. The space felt cramped for the price charged, making it feel overpriced. There were only two charging points in the entire room, and unfortunately, both were located far from the bed, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the toiletries provided were minimal and insufficient.

We have been there for 1 night stay and booked 2 rooms||Got very good reviews online.||||But ||||We have stayed till night everything was good.||||While sleeping at night. ||It was room no 303 it was worst nightmare for us.||We have found termite and many different kinds of mosquitos below pillows. ||||We felt astonished. ||||We have informed hotel staff about this matter they immediately moved us in different room. They locked the room.||||We are very restless at 12 am this issue found. and we have forgot to click photos and videos.||||During checkout we have shared this at reception then hotel manager.||||He said what should i do?,||we have changed the room. ||||That person is telling like is paying us. His name is vishal, the manager of hotel.||||I think this big problem or negative review is, common for them.||||We asked them, they blamed us that the window must be opened.||||They have no worries about any truth review. ||||When we are asked for dental kit they said we are not providing.||||When we went for swimming pool.||||They have said bring your clothes. ||You guys are not allowed to get wet and go to your rooms.||1st dry in change room then go to your rooms. Bad rules.||||People who are thinking about bath tub||||Forgot it||It is small for kid.||There is message due to acute water shortage dont use bath tub.||||Guys you are paying 10k about these facilities too many rules like you are staying in dharmshala.||||You are yatri over there not guests.

Overall the experience was good. However, management should take care getting things repaired and maintained regularly. Frequent power cuts and water in the shower was not mixed in balanced proportion. AC remote wasn't working properly. Windows were asking for service or replacement of stoppers.
