We stayed at Hotel Hilltone in Mount Abu for two nights in the second week of October 2025, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms that made our stay extremely relaxing. The amenities are excellent — everything you’d expect from a premium property, with great attention to detail. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which added a personal touch to our stay. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good variety and quality that made every meal enjoyable. Though the hotel is slightly on the expensive side, the overall experience — from the ambience to the service — more than justifies the price. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mount Abu and looking for a peaceful and well-managed stay.

I stayed at Hilltone, Mount Abu in last week of September 2025, and had a fantastic experience overall. I booked the Premier room though felt room charges were high.|The location is centrally situated and has good amenities, some portions were undergoing renovation.||The property was clean and well-maintained, had some activities for kids to play around. What stood out most was the excellent service – the staff were consistently courteous and attentive. Dinner Buffet menu had very limited option, but were very delicious. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Everything was well managed.||I would recommend Hilltone to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Mount Abu.

We had lovely stay with my family. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast options were goofld. Temp controlled Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was polite and responded to all our additional requirementst due to small kids. Highli recommend this hotel for family stay.

The experience at Hotel Hilltone was nothing less than superb. The property is well maintained and the staff super courteous and constantly helping my grandfather with his wheelchair. The restaurant and in room dining offered a multitude of options. The stay at the hotel brought a sense of peace. If visiting Mt Abu, this property is one of the best to stay at. Highly recommend!

Went for a weekend trip with friends and ended up staying an extra day because we didn’t want to leave! The vibe is so relaxed, the food is great, and the property is beautifully maintained. You can literally feel the mountain air and calm all around. Service is so hospitable and staff is very very helpful. Will recommend to stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hiltone in Mount Abu, and the experience was quite disappointing. The name itself is misleading, clearly trying to mimic Hilton, but the service quality falls far short. While the property has a good location and the building itself is decent enough for a 3-star hotel, the way they position and charge customers is unfair. Tariffs are as high as (and in some cases more than) a 4-star hotel, but what you get in return is not even close. The staff behavior was another negative point. Some of them were outright rude, and even basic requests like asking for an extra towel or plates were met with reactions as if you had asked for something unreasonable. That kind of service leaves a bad impression, no matter how good the property looks. Another exploitative practice we noticed was with the EV charging facility. They only provide a slow 3kW charger and yet demand ₹25 plus GST per unit, which is far higher than standard rates at nearly all other charging stations. It clearly seems like they are trying to make extra money where they shouldn’t. Overall, Hiltone may have the advantage of location, but the way they operate feels like they are fooling people under a fake name and overcharging at every step. If you’re planning a trip to Mount Abu, this place might look appealing at first glance, but travelers deserve better value and service for the money they spend.

Rooms need a round of proper deep cleaning and a coat of paint. Rooms are big , but look a bit used due to worn out paint. Service is good. Staff are helpful. Especially in restaurant. They have two menu options for dinner buffet, but are accomodative to our requests. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. Check in process is smooth. Location wise, very centrally located.
