Hotel Hiltop

I had a very pleasant one-night stay at Hotel Hilltop, Mumbai. The hotel was neat, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The room was tidy and everything was in good condition. I did not face any challenges or issues during my stay. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Mumbai.

My daughter had a harrowing experience in the hotel.She was sleeping when she got up with a start to see a man standing at the door.Even after telling him that it was her room he tried opening the door wider.When she called the reception she was told that her room key was given to him by mistake.The manager too very unapologetically confirmed the same-that he was a regular guest and that was the room he stayed in so the hotel staff gave him the key, by mistake. Gross negligence on the part of the Manager and the staff.Extremely dangerous and unreliable.Everyone should stay away from this creepy joint.

This hotel is situated in a calm area. Suitable for business trips. From some of the rooms we can see the beauty of sea link bridge. Multiple varieties provided for breakfast.

Located in the midst of a police residential colony. Safest place in all of Mumbai....? maybe. Large rooms. Good staff. Clean and hygienic. In the city but away from the hustle and bustle.

I love this place The staff are soo friendly and polite They treated everyone with respect And the location is so near to sea,so we can enjoy the best sunsets in the evening

Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was was neat, clean and well set. There was some technical glitch in getting connected to their wifi, but they resolved it with a bit of delay after I followed it up multiple times. The tea kettle was defective, and they had to bring another one. There was a third bed which they had to remove after I checked in. The room service was good and the good was excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet was decent. The check-out too was pretty quick. Overall, a good place to stay.

Great choice to stay here with hygienic food options that suits you & can find the sea view from the hotel that only give from the latitude and longitude.Although from other location the views are good but from this location it is highly marvellous....The pleasant view with healthy dishes make your day rich 🤑
