Hotel Hiltop

Hi friends , I came to Mumbai for business visit , stayed three days and during initials hrs of stay I felt property is old and so many thoughts came in my mind like I would have booked some other hotel . ||But later whatever I felt has gone reverse !! ||Rooms and beds were good and fresh,|Hospitality was awesome , from Manager to the last guy all were kind and helpful. Next day morning Me with my colleague was stuck up in the hotel due to heavy rain all across Mumbai, n all cabs were cancelling the trip n we were helpless n later I just approached Mr. Harish for help, the hotel manager within no time he arranged the transport facility n we reached the venue on time . ||Food is awesome both veg n non veg , and ambiance is good .||Mainly this is located at prime location n easy for commute.Half n he journey from Airport.||It was a happy trip.

Clean bedsheet, spotless clean towels and clean washroom. What more do you need to rest overnight? Very courteous and helpful staff.

With a great location in the Worli area, a good view of the sea, and very helpful staff, I had a pleasant stay at the Hiltop Hotel. The morning breakfast was a nice start to the day, and coming back to a cleaned air-conditioned room was extremely refreshing. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall, I had a positive experience, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The hospitality and food at the hotel were excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of items to choose from. One area where the hotel could improve is the electrical safety. There were several areas where there was water ingress, and this could lead to an electrical short circuit. In one of the rooms, there were water drops coming from the walls. This was a safety hazard, and I was concerned that it could lead to a fire. The hotel is also quite expensive for the facilities offered. I stayed in a single studio room, which cost INR 5350 per day. The room was small, and the wiring was temporary. I felt that the price was too high for the facilities offered. Overall, I had a positive experience at Hotel Hiltop. However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve. If you are looking for a hotel with excellent hospitality and food, then Hotel Hiltop is a good option. However, if you are concerned about electrical safety or value for money, then you may want to consider other hotels. **Recommendations:** * The hotel should address the water ingress issue and ensure that the electrical wiring is safe. * The hotel should review its pricing and offer more competitive rates. * The hotel should improve the size of the rooms and the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

Hiltop was a great experience! The rooms were spacious and the beds were probably some of the most comfortable out there. The location is amazing as it sits right outside the Worli Sea Link and it takes max 15-20 mins to go to and fro from the airport. The Parathas and Idlis were nice for breakfast, and the staff was quite friendly! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Mumbai.

Fantastically located hotel with great rooms and a very courteous staff. The beds are soft and the breakfast and dinner (both included in the room!) are delicious. Honestly, free dinner is itself enough to make this place worth it, but the location is its absolute selling point. It's just off the Worli Sea Link so getting to and from the airport is a breeze, while being just a half an hour away from anywhere in Bombay proper. Honestly very, very few hotels in Mumbai can make this claim. Also, the roof is open and offers a fantastic view of the sea. Don't miss this hotel if you're coming to Mumbai with places to be!

Its a great 3 star hotel. Located close to the sea link it serves the offices in the area well for those visiting. The service is excellent and it has a decent restaurant inside as well. Good place to stay in Worli

Average, great location for Worli, the incoming car and outgoing and parking very crowded however it is assisted by the hotel staff. The reception experience is just fine. Rooms variable in quality, check before you take it. Food service average and a bit confused. Price high for the value.
