Hôtel Hine Adon Fribourg Ville, Appartements avec cuisine, Séjour longue durée possible

This place is right in the old town. There’s a couple of things that come with that:||First, this is an old building and has old windows. Really quite noisy. Except late at night when it was quite.||Second, the rooms were quite small. The bedroom in the suite we had was almost literally that scarcely enough, room to move around the bed.||Third, this is a three star hotel with all that doesn’t go with it. More or less no service at all and there is no food or breakfast. There is a rather nice Italian next door and a very basic café at the end of the street.||And last but not least parking. If you need to take the car plan in advance exactly where you’re going to park.

This place is absolutely amazing, perfect location right in the centre walking distance to restaurants shops everything you need. Rooms are clean and spacious, kitchens had everything you would need. The staff here are amazing Frederic was so helpful went above and beyond to help me with booking the rooms and sorting everything out for me. Would highly recommend these apartments if I return will 1000% stay here again 5 star all the way - Thank you Frederic

This hotel is a bit longer walk from the station but a very direct route on a pedestrian only street. It is on a very quiet side street and we had a large clean, comfy suite with a kitchen. We bought food at the grocery for our breakfast. There is no elevator but we were walking everywhere so the stairs just added to our daily steps! The hotel is in a good location in the old town. We went in different directions each night to find restaurants for dinner and there were lots of options.

To start with the only negative thing, the stairs are step and plentiful and if you are no athlete or carry heavy luggage then let it be. For the rest I must say we were very pleased with the place, which is at a good location, well maintained, and very clean. The rooms has everything a frequent traveler hopes to find and are cosy enough to like them. Internet is quick and flawless.

We stayed in this aparthotel smack in the middle of lovely Fribourg. We didn't know when we booked, that this hotel has an "idea" behind it. Hospitality! We were so pleased to be viewed as "guests". We spoke to the owner about this, he was so friendly and clear about his theory that a hotel is there to take in travellers and make them feel comfortable. This is so different from the norm and impressed us immeasurably. I recommend this hotel also for the comfiness and cleanliness of the rooms, and, of course: location, location, location!

After a long day, to arrived in a pre-warmed room that was comfortable and clean with your own bathroom (that was also heated) was more than what I could have asked for. Check in was very easy. Prior to arriving, I received an email with a code to get into the front door, and instructions to the handing over of the Key. Everything worked flawlessly. Reception was friendly and overall I appreciated to stay in a place that felt so homely.

Nice hotel in the city center of Fribourg. When I stayed there for business puposes, nobody was at the reception. Bad parking possibilities and no restaurant in the hotel. Also no breakfast, only a cooperation with a backery.

My family with younger children stayed here for several nights. The location and room(s) suited us very well--we had two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette and small table. There were no lifts, but we weren't expecting any and were able to carry our bags up easily. Grocery store (Migros) was in walking distance and we were able to buy goods for breakfast and lunch. Easy walk to major attractions and suggested fondu restaurants. Because our stay was so short we didn't have to buy our own toilet paper or taxed garbage bag. However, if you stay for longer term know that they do expect you to provide those things for yourself after the initial few days. Also agree that the rooms did get very stuffy--the street is quiet, but can still wake up younger children when the windows are open. (So pick your poison as there are no fans.)
