Hotel Historico !

The place is very clean, fresh towels and bedsheets. Value for money. They prepare food for 20Q as per request The best of this hostel is the staff who went out of their way to help us in our journey towards our next destination Very genuine

At first stuff looked nice and we were quite fine for what we get at the price. Than we left to visit the city in the morning and when we came back we found out they moved our stuff to diffrent room. I get very angry becose room we get was very small, basically two beds, and we left our stuff unpack on beds. We found out everything in extrem mess on beds in other room (even shoes put with clothes). We get angry but we tried to be understanding. BUT then we went out at the afternoon and when we get back we found out they did again!!! Just get our stuff and removed it again back to the first room. I do not like any stranger touching my pants and putting them in bed in mess together with shoes and everything... It feels awful.|Although I m understanding in general I did complain. The guy from reception started being rude.|As we did booking via booking.com after screaming at me he went directly down to reception desk and put 'un-show' on booking in order I canot write bad review.||There is only one good thing I can say about this property - I think they didnt steal on us (tho I m not sure 100% cos after mess they did with our stuff I may miss somthing)

We arrived and the owners seemed nice. But my bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them, the owners changed the sheets for me. But the floor had lots of hair balls and other dirt, didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was not clean at all. Wet tissue paper and hair everywhere. There was also a cockroach in the bedroom which was the final straw, we paid and found another place to stay.

Stayed there a couple of times. Jorge is awesome and extremely helpful. The rooms are super clean and they take your food to your room. Yes there are better hotels but this one was were I needed it to be. The price is very low and you can't ask for more. If you need an inexpensive place to stay thats good,, they even have me a ride because I didn't have a car. They also asked me if I wanted anything special to eat, staff very helpful and attentive.

This is a Hostel not a hotel. Small rooms. 1* bed room, shared bathroom that may cause infection if you have a cut. Cannot walk around barefoot. Couches are damp, dirty and maybe 3rd hand giving to establishment. Cannot walk around at night. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place to even the back packer. (There even is a large bee I've outside my window).

The hotel has hardly signs and is even by taxi really had to find |In front of the door is only a really small sighn with 3 letters.|How it is insite i can't say because they had other costumers in my room. |So i stood there at night with no hotel even when i made a reservation the day before.|The stuff seemed to be really unorganiced.|They sent me to an other hostel. There other people told me that them happened the same.|That s the reaso i really wouldn't go there except you like adventures in Guatemala city at nighr

Cheap place, and friendly lady. But lots of bugs in the room nr 3 and upper bathroom.. I have 20 bites on my body during check-out. Now, we will take the bugs back to our house.
