A great place to stay. ||Easily located between the Selfoss and a nearby village, one can quickly access supermarkets and local sightseeing.||We found the desk friendly, the rooms tidy and cozy (though small if you have luggage). The shower and the kitchen in our building was maintained clean and functional. It somehow lacked details, as seen in other guesthouses over Iceland (towels to dry dishes etc).||The hot tubs are a great addition but in our case, they were closed 2 nights out of 3. ||The dogs are very friendly, and add to the place! We enjoyed interacting with them.||Overall a very pleasant stay.

It was a big room with 8 single beds og 2 toilets... the beds were wonderfull og the room was clean. Staff was friendly. The morning buffet had a very fine selection and diary free and glutenfree options. |We especially lovede the hottubs outside free for use. They were 38 and 41 celsius degrees. We would love to Come back....

My overall experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and professional, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Additionally, the entire facility was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which further enhanced my confidence in the level of care and attention to detail provided. I truly appreciated the high standards of service and the friendly atmosphere. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this place to others or return in the future.

I came here for a school trip and I rate it!! It was so homely and I really genuinely enjoyed the food here as a vegetarian. There was good breakfast, and every night 1 meat dish, 1 vegetarian dish, and 1 vegan dish, with gluten free options too. The rooms were cute however some ventilation would be helpful in the bathrooms. We were out for most of the day and didn't spend much time here but it really made the trip enjoyable to have a nice hotel to come back to after a long day. :)

Such a lovely place. Nice and cozy rooms. Beautiful surrounding. Very welcoming host.|Close to the ring road , a little more than an hour drive from Keflavik airport. ||They have a common kitchen -dining area for the guests where you can warm your food , get warm water and have food and tea/coffee.

Lovely, friendly place to stay. Warm, comfortable rooms and well cooked food. Super friendly cute dogs that greet you on arrival. The hot tubs are also fabulous. Also a great place to see the Northern lights.

Relatively old looking hotel but it has a nice atmosphere. The rooms consist of 3 beds, one normal and one bunk. However, the toilet is shared between the people living in your house (the rooms are spread into multiple small houses with 3 rooms on average per house). The dinner was limited and the breakfast was very lacklustre. But the two hotel dogs really added to the general atmosphere, being extremely friendly and playful.
