Hotel Hohe Promenade

We really enjoyed this family-run hotel, which stood up and exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed splendid. The breakfast was rich and was only surpassed by dinner, that was delicious and catered to any tastes. The dinner menu was changed by the day and included highest quality fresh ingredients and a clever touch of the cook.|Daniel, the owner and manager, was available and attentive to any question or need. We really enjoyed the hotel and would certainly return.

Very warm welcome for my one-night stay and immediately provided with details of the evening grill served to hotel guests which I booked and very much enjoyed (I am vegetarian). My room was clean and comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was also very good with a great variety of options. Definitely recommend this hotel. |

Very well-run hotel that completely lives up to the glowing reviews. Stayed here for 4 nights as a birthday getaway and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'd never been to Arosa before, but will gladly come again thanks in part to our stay here. The hotel offers an ideal mix of top-notch quality and service with a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. ||||Location is central and rooms are spacious, extremely clean and recently renovated. Very high standard for a 3-star hotel. We had a small balcony on the side of the hotel which had a lovely view of the mountains. Plenty of storage space is at hand and the modern bathroom had a great walk-in shower. Wifi worked well. The owners and all staff we encountered were friendly and attentive.||||We had half-board and were very satisfied with our meals. The food was high quality and well-presented, with enough variety to keep us happy. Compared to eating in town, the dinners offered very good value for money and drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast offered a good choice of breads, meats and cheeses, jams, yogurt, fruits, etc. and was enough to keep us going for most of the day. The birchermuesli was especially delicious!||||Probably the only small "negative" is the climb up the hill to the hotel at the end of a long day of outdoor activities, but it is well worth the few minutes of extra effort! :) Thank you for the great stay - we look forward to coming back again someday!

Had a wonderful stay here! Nice breakfast, and they fortunately still had (a very good) dinner available when we decided on short notice to stay in due to rain. The shower/bathroom is great, the room very comfortable, and we only heard the church bells next door ring twice (Saturday evening, and for Sunday morning service).

We had four nights here in January. The room as well as the bathroom were large and practical. Breakfast was solid with a good selection of fresh Swiss and local produce. The hotel is well kept and the owners with staff were helpful when needed. The sauna/wellness area was very small though and the times for heating of the sauna could have started earlier. I Wouldn’t mind returning for another stay.

There were four of us staying at the hotel for seven days. We all thought that location, rooms, breakfast, dinner, were excellent. When we had questions, support was always available and helpfully provided. Overall an excellent experience and good value.

Friendliest staff I've ever met, all fluent in multiple languages and willing to go the extra mile to help you rent skis/catch a cab/etc. Even the little way the beds are made up includes a personal touch (I won't spoil the surprise). Dining service is a great deal: all the food is excellent and plentiful. Highly recommend the full board. Pretty wooden decor, clean comfy beds, hot showers, special winter sports warming room...what more do you need?

We have stayed here in both summer and winter. This is a great hotel. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The staff is very pleasant and the meals and service are excellent. The rooms are well appointed and the balcony rooms have wonderful views of the mountains.
