Booked as a last minute break to visit friends and couldn’t have a picked a better hotel. Everyone is friendly and it is super clean. Quick and easy check in and they provide clean towels for you to take and bring back each day from the cupboard near the door if you so wish. The rooms were light and spacious, clean with good air conditioning. We had a sea view room and it was lovely to sit out and watch the world go by. There is a good selection of food for breakfast and omelettes can be cooked to order. If you have a hire car there is lots of choice in the streets behind and we never had a problem finding a parking space. It was a truly magical stay and have already recommended it to friends and family. We will return

My wife and I have just returned from a very enjoyable 2 night stay in Hotel Bahia. The location is second to none, front line on the pinewalk and pretty central for everything that we wanted to do. We had booked a superior room with sea view and had hoped for a high floor with uninterrupted sea views. On arrival we were allocated a first floor room, with a huge balcony that also included 2 sun loungers. My initial disappointment of being right above the restaurant and beach entrance saw us request a potential change of room and it was only then that we learned that there were in fact only 2 sea view superior rooms, ours and the one above so a move wasn’t possible. The Hotel did offer us a standard room on the 3rd floor with a much smaller balcony but as we weren’t able to actually view that room before committing to any swap we decided to just tough it out! And, ultimately I’m glad that we did.|The bedroom was airy, with very high ceilings and excellent air conditioning. The bed was both huge and very comfortable and cupboard/drawer space was adequate. There is also a decent sized fridge which I utilised well throughout our stay. And also a free to use safe.|The shower/toilet room was also roomy and although we had an ongoing issue with the seal on the shower door this wasn’t as major problem – just had to dry the floor a bit after each shower! The balcony received the morning sun from just after 7.00am until around 3.00pm.|perhaps the most memorable part of my stay will be the fantastic breakfasts each morning. There was a really good selection of cooked meats, cheeses, fish, fruit, cereals, hot food (eggs, sausage, hash browns, etc) and pastries/cakes. Along with 2 coffee machines and supplies of various juices, all regularly replenished. And with many of the breakfast tables outside adjacent to the beach it really made for a great start to each day.|All members of the team, from the chefs and waiters, to the barmen, cleaners and reception staff were so friendly and helpful, creating a really chilled out atmosphere with nothing being too much bother.|For anyone looking for somewhere special to stay in Puerto de Pollensa, the Hotel Bahia is definitely worth considering.

A fabulous stay. The Hotels location on pine walk was perfect with everything within walking distance and the fact that you can step out the front door and straight onto the beach without ever crossing a road was just so easy. We had a sea view balcony room as well as a rear facing room. While the rooms were a little small in the old dame of hospitality they were perfect for us and our needs. They were clean and had all the amenities that you would need. Service was impeccable and all staff from reception to restaurant to chefs to accommodation were so helpful and happy to assist. We traveled with my coeliac daughter and she was very well looked after with fresh gluten fresh bread cooked and warm every morning and a lovely fresh omelette. If she wanted something off the buffet, they went and got it fresh from the kitchen. They also had a separate section with gluten free cereals and biscuits. Special mention to Francesco and the restaurant staff, they were always so happy and helpful I will certainly be returning again

Beautiful hotel, great location, fantastic staff. Our second time at this hotel and really hope to go again! We love the location of the hotel, almost on the beach and close to restaurants, shops and the market. We had to stay for a few extra days this year due to illness and everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to help. Highly recommended!!

From the welcome by the lovely Sophia as always and the attentive staff throughout the whole holiday, whether at Breakfast, Evening drinks or just in passing makes it feel like home. The Breakfast on the beach each morning is wonderful. We have a triple room with sea view and it is very comfortable and plenty of room for 3 all trying to get ready for a night out!! We will be returning next year for the 4th year running that says it all don't you think? xx

Thank you to all the staff for your friendship. We stayed here 2 years ago and this time it was even better. The hotel, location, staff, service, food are outstanding. This place is paradise and we can understand why people return year after year, we would too if we didn't live so far away. We met so many lovely people this trip|Mignon and Greg from New Zealand

What a fantastic hotel, the friendliest staff you could wish to meet. The best location on the pine walk. A little recommendation if you wish to eat at the best restaurant I would advise you book to get the best position.|The hotel is rated as a 3 star, and I have stayed in many a hotel around the World and this is definitely not a 3 star more like a 5 star but as it does not have a pool it’s marked down, you don’t need a pool as the beautiful sea is 10m away.

Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this hotel. I provided some feedback in regards to my families stay, whereby they were charged for a full week stay having booked 14 months in advance with no reminders or call as to where they were (my elderly parents had forgotten). They were treated very rudely with no customer service or gestures of good will, despite being long standing loyal customers who booked directly. Unfortunately, the same happened to me, I was treated very rudely with no understanding or customer service from the head receptionist Sofia. A real shame.
