Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing vibe, luxury but the atmosphere and staff make you feel relaxed, although they are highly professional and attentive. Lovely surprise little touches across our stay including fruit platter delivered to our room. All staff assisted us with queries including recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. All were fantastic. The hotel is such a great location too. Highly recommend this hotel, we will return to Hotel Hotel when next visiting Lisbon. Thank you to their staff for making our first visit to this beautiful city very special.

An oasis of calm, great service and nature in the city. The location is ideal for the first time visitor to Lisbon, I’m so glad after lots of research I chose Hotel Hotel for my first visit to this wonderful city. Staff are plentiful and always willing to help. The reviews about breakfast are true! Delicious! If you are looking for a smaller, more intimate hotel experience that’s different to your standard chain hotel then look no further.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Hotel in Lisbon! From the moment we arrived, Lucia and her team gave us a warm and friendly welcome. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and even went the extra mile to help us get tickets to a Champions League soccer game. Such great service! Our room was very nice and quiet, with a comfortable bed that made for two great nights’ sleep. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!

This modern, quiet hotel in the heart of Lisbon was our home for four nights. It has warm, indulgent smart staff. Our room, 306, faced a courtyard, so apart from some sounds of children playing (it was cute) this was a very quiet stay. Staff, to a person, are mind-readers. Example: we had a very early day trip departure. M gave us to-go boxes and made us espresso and a cappuccino when we showed up before breakfast opened. This is just one example of the proactive help they gave us. There is a safe in the room. No refrigerator, but there is a bar fridge that we didn’t use. High end shopping is a few blocks away. The main train station is about six minutes away by foot. Would stay again. Would recommend to close friends as a sure thing in Lisboa.

Everything was either perfect or out of this world. The hospitality is unparalleled. Their breakfast (which is included) is delicious and healthy. Their rooms are amazing and the beds comfortable. The location is perfect and there is a market right down the street. I walked everywhere from here. The pool is one of the most vibrant, beautiful pools I’ve seen, surrounded by lush greenery, and I cannot wait to go back here. Could not have asked for more of a gem of a hotel to be honest, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon!

Of the many places I’ve stayed in Lisbon, Hotel Hotel stands out as one of the most genuinely welcoming and thoughtfully designed. I booked it for the value and aesthetic — and ended up discovering a place that feels both creative and personal. The team is young, energetic, and effortlessly kind — hip without being pretentious. From reception to the bar to management, everyone seemed to truly enjoy what they do, and it shows. The bartenders were inventive, breakfast was generous and interesting, and my dinner at Animal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The building itself is striking — modern art, lush vertical greenery, and a serene pool courtyard that feels like a hidden tropical retreat just off Avenida da Liberdade. I’d have given six stars if I could. The only “flaw” was waiting too long for the elevator once — which just gave me time to admire the artwork on each floor. Exceptional value, inspired design, and a team that turns hospitality into an art form. Two nights were not enough.

Just awesome. Spotlessly clean room, big enough for couple with two suitcases. Our room looked into the courtyard with the pool, and so was very quiet despite proximity to Av. Liberdade. Excellent value for money given quality and 4-minute walk to Metro and Rossio stations, and the stops of the various hop-on hop-off buses. During our 6-night stay we passed other hotels we had researched before our trip and were glad we chose Hotel Hotel. Super friendly staff, especially at breakfast. One time we came back to our room to find a cheeseboard and bread - thank you for this wonderful gesture! Would definitely come again.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location! The pool area is very nice especially to cool down after a day in the city. Only recommendation would be some good music at the pool area to create a better vibe while enjoying a few drinks. The banana cocktail at the bar also recommend and one the best cocktails I had. Rooms are great with very good AC that you do not hear at night.
