Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing vibe, luxury but the atmosphere and staff make you feel relaxed, although they are highly professional and attentive. Lovely surprise little touches across our stay including fruit platter delivered to our room. All staff assisted us with queries including recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. All were fantastic. The hotel is such a great location too. Highly recommend this hotel, we will return to Hotel Hotel when next visiting Lisbon. Thank you to their staff for making our first visit to this beautiful city very special.

Fantastic location right near the heart of Lisbon city center. Walking distance to all the downtown areas. Customer service was fantastic. Very Early check in allowed, very late check out granted. The free (and incredible breakfast) was unexpected. All of the staff EXTREMELY accommodating. For the price I paid, feels like the best value in town.

An oasis of calm, great service and nature in the city. The location is ideal for the first time visitor to Lisbon, I’m so glad after lots of research I chose Hotel Hotel for my first visit to this wonderful city. Staff are plentiful and always willing to help. The reviews about breakfast are true! Delicious! If you are looking for a smaller, more intimate hotel experience that’s different to your standard chain hotel then look no further.

This modern, quiet hotel in the heart of Lisbon was our home for four nights. It has warm, indulgent smart staff. Our room, 306, faced a courtyard, so apart from some sounds of children playing (it was cute) this was a very quiet stay. Staff, to a person, are mind-readers. Example: we had a very early day trip departure. M gave us to-go boxes and made us espresso and a cappuccino when we showed up before breakfast opened. This is just one example of the proactive help they gave us. There is a safe in the room. No refrigerator, but there is a bar fridge that we didn’t use. High end shopping is a few blocks away. The main train station is about six minutes away by foot. Would stay again. Would recommend to close friends as a sure thing in Lisboa.

We stayed here for 2 days and the hotel was fabulous in all ways… room, service, public spaces, professional staff and breakfast.. also competitively priced given its quality and location just off the Avenida Liberadade…Also of note is its highly individual design features… high-end art and great internal design touches everywhere.. no 2 rooms are the same in this 40 room boutique hotel…. Highly recommended when you visit Lisbon…

Beautiful hotel with an amazing garden with pool! Super friendly staff, they really make you feel welcome. Breakfast has some really good dishes and so much to choose from. The restaurant is also good to have dinner, especially after a day walking around the city!

Wonderful 🙌|Perfectly located for a first timer visit to Lisbon. It’s a big city but within a short walk you can be at the central station, down by the waterfront or enjoying a mirador view. |Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful with top local tips and knowledge. As a florist I particularly enjoyed the lush courtyard planting and subtle nod to the nearby Botanical Gardens. The design is contemporary and comfortable- check out the snake stair carpet! On arrival we enjoyed delicious local pastries and more treats waiting in our room to celebrate a birthday- THANK YOU |Breakfast was fresh and delicious- coffee excellent. |Nothing but positives here! Chose if like me you prefer smaller boutique hotels that offer a personal experience.

Everything was either perfect or out of this world. The hospitality is unparalleled. Their breakfast (which is included) is delicious and healthy. Their rooms are amazing and the beds comfortable. The location is perfect and there is a market right down the street. I walked everywhere from here. The pool is one of the most vibrant, beautiful pools I’ve seen, surrounded by lush greenery, and I cannot wait to go back here. Could not have asked for more of a gem of a hotel to be honest, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon!
