Stayed in this beautiful hotel in January. Rooms are compact but tastefully and efficiently furnished, nice courtyard with swimming pool, the real difference is made by the people. All employees are personal and easy to deal with. Had nice and pleasant conversations with GM Lucia, also got tips for restaurants. On a next visit to Lisbon I would definitely return.

I would stay at HOTEL HOTEL again in a heartbeat! We spent three nights and were extremely impressed throughout our stay. The hotel is in a convenient location in Lisbon, just a couple short blocks from the Metro. It was the exceptional service, though, that made our stay truly amazing. We arrived early, a bit before 11am, and were expecting that we’d need to leave our luggage at the hotel for several hours prior to checking in. The attendant at the front desk invited us to join for the complimentary breakfast that morning, which was amazing. (The photos online show a continental breakfast, but that doesn’t do it justice. A variety of hot items are also available made to order, making it one of the very best breakfasts I’ve had in any hotel.) During breakfast, we were notified that they were able to prepare our room early so there was no need to wait for check in at 3pm. Excellent! We had a standard room which was not large but more than adequate. It had a very nice design, a spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. It was also nice having a coffee maker in the room. (Oh, and we were also surprised by a bottle of bubbly in the room, which was an unexpected bonus!) We ate at the hotel restaurant, Animal, one night and it was the best meal we had in Lisbon. We’d highly recommend that, too! If you enjoy boutique hotels with fantastic service, look no further than HOTEL HOTEL. You’ll be sure to have a great experience.

Really the hidden secreat in Lisbon. The service is excellent, the hotel staff are so very polite and nice. Ala Carte breakfast is really 5 star. Rooms good and the situation perfect. ||They have a pool in back yard, in the jungle. We do really like.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and cared for by the incredible staff, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our visit. One particular moment that stood out was when I realized I had forgotten to buy milk for my toddler. Without hesitation, the staff prepared milk for us, saving the day and ensuring my little one was happy and content. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is something I have rarely experienced, even at top-tier hotels. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of delicious and fresh options to suit every taste. The hotel’s location is also perfect—conveniently situated and within easy walking distance of key attractions. While the entire team was wonderful, I want to give a special shout-out to Daniel at the front desk. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist with even the smallest requests made a huge difference in our stay. He truly embodies what exceptional hospitality is all about. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines beautiful facilities with impeccable service, look no further than this hotel. I loved everything about this hotel. The vibe, the smell, the staff, the cleanliness, the food and most of all the curated cocktails. Location is close to transit options and excellent in itself as there are lots of restaurants and park bars close by. Would definitely stay here again

The team and the hotel are great! Very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Everything is clean, nicely designed and the food is outstanding! I was able to use my booked room early when arriving after an intercontinental flight. And one does definitely not want to miss breakfast where you have a buffet and a selection of freshly made dishes. Pancakes, oatmeal, eggs. Not to forget about the location.... It's right in the center, close to shopping, tourist spots and all you need for a nice stay!

The design of the hotel is gorgeous. I like the fresh and lush colors especially in the restaurant /breakfast area. The garden is beautiful, too. It creates an atmosphere like in Latin America close to the jungle. I really like that. The staff is very friendly, they seem to get along very well. Some of the staff serving at breakfast are a bit too chatty with each other and should pay more attention to the guests. Breakfast is delicious, they offer fruits, fresh tasty food and good coffee. My room was also very nice and clean. Nothing to complain about. Beautiful hotel centrally located. Happy to return to this little paradise in the center of Lisbon.

Hotel Hotel provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had—they really figured out customer service! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made check-in seamless and even helped us plan our trip. I wish I had written down everyone’s names because they were all incredible. Honestly, I’m surprised other hotels don’t come and steal their staff! The restaurant far exceeded typical hotel dining. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, felt more like a high-end brunch where you order from a menu with a fantastic selection of dishes and gourmet drinks, all included. Mafalda and the rest of the restaurant team went above and beyond to ensure my daughter enjoyed her meal and felt right at home. On top of that, the rooms were modern, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. Hotel Hotel truly sets the bar for hospitality—can’t wait to return!
