DO NOT STAY HERE. This “hotel”bis not worth a star!! my friends and I stayed here for a week, my friend had her purse stolen from the hotel room on the second day which put the holiday on a damper. Went to speak to the staff and they were the most rude and unhelpful people ever. Other guests had their purse/wallets stolen too. Food is just about edible, facilities are old and outdated. One of the other guests was also staring at us getting changed in our room was outside our door which was disgusting behaviour. The cleaners REFUSED to clean our rooms after the purse incident and actually shouted at us about it. Overall hideous, Do not waste your money and have a ruined holiday! I don’t know how this place is running with how truly awful it is.

Gorgeous food. Lovely staff. Clean (if a little dated) rooms. Air conditioning. Very cheap. Great location, so close to a beautiful beach. What's not to like! I would 100% stay there again. This is my 3rd time in a h.top now and we are already booked to return in October. Thank you.

The hotel was dated and definitely not a 3 star. The reception and restaurant staff were rude. The pools were filthy with pigeons drinking from them, amongst other things. The food was basic and the same every day. All inclusive does not mean a lot there. Some guests get more perks than others. The windows were dirty and curtains shabby. The TV in our room was very old and the remote control was lost and our view from the window was like looking at a war torn country. Our toilet was not fixed to the wall and the towel rails were fixed at an angle. We could clearly hear the guests in the next room, using their toilet and chatting about personal subjects. The bedroom furniture was indescribable and we were unable to use the balcony because of the view and the glass screen separating us from the next room was cracked and dangerous. I could go on and on! I would like to know how they were awarded a 3 star status because the other 3 star hotels in the area were certainly not of this ilk! We were only staying for 4 days, and I would have been devastated if I had paid to stay longer, and everyone we spoke with shared our views

Food was very limited in selection - great if you like chips and plain pasta. Children's roof top pool nice but shuts at 5.30pm even though still hot. "Main" pool quite small downstairs with no sunbed space. Had a fire alarm go off and were told no problems and to go back to our room with hotel unchecked. Only once we insisted were the fire brigade contacted. Staff ok. Overall wouldn't go back.

Situated at top of hill not a slight incline.....not really good when you have walking difficulties and Asthma. Room not good either.....no hit drink making facilities. ...but tea is free... we like free tea....Staff are polite and that goes a long way.....but disappointed if this is my upgrade - what's the room look like l would have got. Central to beach which is close like it says and massive....room for all....see how rest of holiday pans out to see if need to update my post.

I've just got home and I'm glad to be away. The lift was a death trap waiting to happen so my partner and I took the stairs up and down each time (we were on the third floor) staff were very rude and unwelcoming. Rooms were decorated by a blind grandmother. The walls were thin enough to hear your neighbour use the loo. The baclony was grimy with a beautiful view of an abonded hotel. The rooms were full of ants and grime. The food was raw and undercooked. The drinks were served in plastic cups in a room that looked like a community hall where they decided to do "fun family discos" which was loud enough to hear clearly three floors up. The pool was dirty and cold. The cleaning staff walked in without permission when I was changing and then took minutes to leave when she should've left instantly. Would rather sleep on the street than stay there ever again.

The 1 star was generous, nothing good about the hotel at all staff are rude and unfriendly the food wasn’t fit for farm animals rooms smell like a sewage works. The pool was tiny dirty and freezing. Hot tub and jacuzzi was beyond a joke and to top it all off peoples rooms got broken into! Minus the gas chambers it’s closer to a concerntration camp.

Cheap & very basic, only ideal for a boozy weekend with friends, would not dream of bringing my family here. Reception staff nice but bartenders never smile. Animation team do ok to get people involved. Food is basic but edible. Whole place needs a revamp. View from balcony made me feel like I was in the film Slumdog millionaire 🤣. Personally nest bit of the hotel was on the roof terrace.
