I consider that I paid a low amount in my review ||Good|- lovely helpful staff on desk bars and around the pool and cleaners|- Decent air con - no additional charge|- Beds were comfy. I struggle with seriously firm beds but these were fine, not soft but not too hard|- facilities - decent outside space and tables and and the upstairs area with jacuzzi was a plus. Floors covered in fake grass around pool. Sardine lined sunbeds and not that many but you could move them and pool although small was clean. Ok as quiet and up early but would struggle to get one in peak summer time, can definately fit more in the space available |- app service for drinks and snacks so can get service outside by the pool|- 15 min walk into town - flat journey|- Plenty of storage in the room for clothes etc and a safe 40 euros of which 10 was refundable|- Liquid bath soap and shampoo however note it’s very Drying on the skin |- good salad bar at dinner and nice deserts and range of fruit ||Not good|- on the busier road ever, feel like you are in the middle of silver stone race track. Very loud indeed around the pool and in room. This is why I wouldn’t return unless there were rooms available at the back away from it|- the room was not big enough for a triple. Has 3 single beds sardined together with no room either side. Again, a showstopper for me as become irritated by this as the week went on|- Bath tiny and showering difficult as very narrow|- No kettle or tea making facilities |- food is not great. Very repetitive menu and if you go later you get chewy chips and lukewarm food. - Coffee machine gives you lukewarm drinks which are not nice either. Didn’t enjoy the hot food, was veal and rabbit and the tiniest drumsticks or a casserole with not much pork in but my boys found something each day and I enjoyed the salad but it was a case of settling for something rather than enjoying it. You also have to queue for drinks as no table service so suggest taking one in with you as only small bar in there. Also don’t go too late - dinner is 7-9.45 but when we went in at 9.15 they started clearing food away at 9.25 and plates taken from us before we had finished ||All in all for a budget holiday it was ok if you can stand the noise and not a fussy eater. Been to much better 3 stars in Spain but not for the price I paid here

Ignore the bad reviews this is 100% genuine! You get what you pay for it's not 4 star but a very good 3* ... cleaners were in everyday and beds changed 3 times in a week. Room facilities are limited we were in a superior room floor 7 hairdryer, towels, wash stuff etc no kettle or mini fridge which would be an advantage and at least 1 English speaking channel on the tv! Pool is small but not busy can imagine summer months to be a struggle. Only 8 beds on the jacuzzi terrace. Due to the low volume of beds reserving them shouldn't be allowed. Entertainment is very basic. Location is brilliant 10mins to smaller beach and 20 mins to the larger beach and the strip. Food is ok if you like it hotter there is a microwave. New Atlas restaurant and el rancho across the street are good value for money and decent food. If you want somewhere as a clean base to sleep wi occasional pool day, this is absolutely ideal. If you want luxury pay the extra but this hotel will not disappoint if you don't expect the earth for what you pay. Will definitely be back

Me and my husband had a brilliant stay at the htop palm beach & spa, for what you pay the rooms are bright, clean, tidy and reasonably maintained. The shower was very powerful, food was available breakfast and dinner for us, which we very much enjoyed. The restaurant can be busy, this is where someone with social anxiety like myself would struggle, but overall all yummy food. Plenty of shops close by but quite a bit of walking unless you hire a vehicle/moped. There's also a very good gym 15mins walk away (Basic Fit). We enjoyed the spa, however the Sauna was out of action during our stay, the steam room made up for it though. Nice pool indoors, there is one outside, but again a very busy area. I believe there's quite a bit of entertainment for the kids too.

We spent 9 nights here and were just back..weather for the whole time was exceptional so on that front we couldn't complain..|Check in was quick and easy and we were in our room within less than 10 minutes..|We arrived in time for a shower and buffet dinner. Shower was hot and pressure was good, room was very clean small balcony with hot sun in the evening as we were at the back of the hotel, there where 2 chairs but no table, although we didn't mind. The room is basic but for our needs was suitable although maybe 2 bedside lockers instead of one( but not a major factor) air con was great and welcome. bed mattress was very comfy compared to some Spanish hotels we have stayed previously.|Dinner was surprisingly good with plenty of choice and you will defo find something, as we needed some dishes to be gluten free, the lovely chef came out(Manuel) every meal and walked through every dish personally to say what was OK and in fairness this was pretty much all the dishes , he even made gluten free pasta and brought it to the table and there was bread individually wrapped and pastries also available at breakfast..the restaurant we found was ran efficiently and tables were cleared and made available quickly,|We had a small issue on the second night with dripping water from the shower of the room above, we didn't really want to move rooms but when we reported the issue we were asked if they could have the opportunity to sort it and if not a room.change was no problem, Olga on reception is definitely ment for a customer facing role as she was a pleasure to speak with and really is an asset to the team there, the issue was resolved and it didn't really disrupt our trip,|The bar area was clean and well stocked and the staff..Marta Julia Oscar and Angel looked after us very well, the evening entertainment was ok and probably improves in higher season,|The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of beds for most part, the weekend was busier but we didn't really notice people holding beds if they weren't in use. |The spa which we used was small but never over crowded and was also lovely and clean. There was very little hotel noise at night even at rhe weekend and there was a mixumture of ages groups and nationalities staying, which fornus made it a pleasant stay.|The walk into Lloret was about 10 or so mins and about 15 maybe 20 to lloret beach but the closer beach of Fenals is about 10 mins and is also beautiful the area as a whole seemed to have plenty to do.|There's a large supermarket literally next door to hotel there's also a BK 🤣 with the novelty of a Gluten Free whopper for the coeliac. |We flew in through Barcelona with a bus mission to the hotel for 24euro with (moventis) but used Sagales to go into girona..and this was much nicer, we flew out from Girona and the taxi cost us about 55 euro in total with the 6 euro charge added for 3 bags and to us this was worth every penny to get to the airport in 25 minutes.|We would definitely go back to lloret maybe minus the Barcelona airport route but I would definitely return to this hotel also as for us it did exactly as we needed and everyone was lovely.|I would make it a 4.5 instead if 4 if that was an option.

The hotel was value for money, a 3 star hotel and a 3 star experience.|The hotel was spotless, housekeeping staff were excellent at their jobs, they kept the rooms super clean and tidy. Other staff were also friendly especially those on reception.|The facilities were also well above average, the pool area was small but there was always somewhere available to sit, sunbeds were a little more difficult to get your hands on. Additionally the spa was small(not bad small), a very pleasant place to be, again clean and everything worked as it should.|Hotel location is ok, 15 mins walk to either of the beaches, however there are some nice restaurants locally if you don't fancy the walk.|The pool view rooms faced the main road and as such were pretty noisy until late on, if you've trouble sleeping bring earplugs or ask for a different room, I'd imagine they will be very accommodating.|This brings us to the food, breakfast was ok, a few random things like chips, salad and roasted garlic potatoes on offer but I'm not judging some people may like this, there were plenty of choices to drink like juices and teas etc. Lunch was ok too with plenty of salad etc. but some meats in sauces that were supposed to be hot were not so avoided unless I could see they were hot. There were no drinks with meals (not even water) unless you were all inc. I got a scowl from a manager for carrying in a small water bottle, I didnt know not to and didn't again when I realised my mistake. Dinners again were much the same as lunch, chips, rice, meats and salads, we switched our (half board) dinner for lunches and went out for dinner most nights. The food isn't bad, I think the fairest way to describe it is acceptable.|I'd definitely recommend this hotel, you will get what you pay for, do not expect 4 or 5 star, have realistic expectations and you will have a great time.|

One of the worst hotels I have been to. I am now in the hotel,7/7/25. We woke up in 9 o'clock in the morning to a horrible sound of knocking, the hotel is renovating room next to us in the morning waking us up. Its happens every morning since we are here! When we ask the stuff in the lobby to stop do it so early when people still asleep, they were rude as hell telling me that if I want I can cancel my room, not the answer u would expect, it wasnt just me, the whole floor went to the lobby asking them to stop, everyone got the same answer .The hotel is realy far from the strip. pool realy not clean. Not recommended at all, please for your vacation dont go there🙏

This hotel has good and bad points…starting with the good, the staff were all amazing, the bar staff especially were friendly and never too busy for a chat. The sauna and spa were lovely, a choice of a steam sauna and a wooden kind, with a lovely heated jacuzzi pool to dip in afterwards. The indoor and outdoor pool were both far smaller than the pictures here make it look which left me very disappointed at first, but we stayed a week and it was never too busy (the max we saw was 8 in the indoor and 6 in the outdoor, so plenty of space!). ||There was a couple of days the food was amazing (beef stew deserved a shout out here!), and a few days it was an utter disappointment (bland burgers and pasta), but I guess a lot of that comes down to personal preference. ||A major downfall for me was that our balcony faced a residential lot, literally 20 foot away was others homes and balconies, so we had to keep our curtains drawn most of the time and wouldn’t have felt comfortable sitting out there at all. ||I would say the hotel has made a conscious effort to address the complaints in previous reviews, such as the food, the out dated TVs , and the cleaning was top notch, offered every day bright and early without fail. There’s still improvements that could be made (bathroom was showing signs of wear, hair dryer and kettle etc would be very appreciated in the room), but overall I’m happy with the service we got for the money we paid. I wanted to take the time to leave a detailed review after seeing so many bad ones left.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, horrible workers. Some were okay but Pedro you deserve the boot, hope you people fire that guy and the hotel was supposed to be 3 star but it felt like a 2 star max
