Hotel htop Palm Beach & SPA

Where to start, away for cheap and cheerful university team girls trip. We told by a young boy that a large hotel singer was taking upskirting photos of us from the balcony, he first complained to reception they did nothing about it, he spoke to us and told us and then we too complained to reception they shook their head saying no not him he’s our singer, as young girls this made us extremely uncomfortable, before this I would not have bothered leaving a review but after such an awful experience, the food is terrible worst food I’ve ever had at a hotel , completely outdated and rundown and there are 29 sun loungers in total baring in mind our group alone is 27 along with this it’s very loud can hear full conversations from next door

Very comfortable. Looks on the outside isn't the best, but on the inside it looks a lot better. Service is very great. Nice people, nice service. Very kind, available for smalltalks and good to improve your spanish! Rooms are good. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is nice.

We (family of 4) checked in on May 23rd, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. (30 minutes before official check-in). We had booked full board because the price difference to half board was only about €50 (€550 instead of €500) for the whole family. A friendly, nice young lady was waiting for us at reception, who was very helpful and competent, informed us about possible upgrades and even granted us a special request, namely a room change to a room with a better view. This nice receptionist deserves at least 5 stars because of her flexibility and customer focus 😃👍👍✨✨ We are just starting our vacation here and will write a final review in 5 days. What you can say now is: The "HTop Palm Beach" has an absolutely fantastic price-performance ratio in every respect👍👍👍 thx Family G. Zink

I don't recommend it to anyone. The hotel is located on a very busy street and when you lie by the pool you breathe exhaust fumes from the noise of passing cars. Food terrible and tasteless. The hotel should be completely renovated, including the swimming pool and damaged sun loungers. The only advantage of this hotel is the hotel service, especially the bar manager, Mr. Óscar Pizarro. I would definitely not go to this hotel again.

Very clean hotel on arrival,very welcoming,Food of a very high standard from chef Giovanni and his team,the whole staff are a credit to the hotel an me an my son enjoyed our stay would definitely return,also martha was very friendly an welcoming,only positive things to say about giovannis food,delicious an tasty|5 stars to the whole team

Must day that I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel after reading some of the reviews.|Yes the rooms are a little dated and on the smaller side, my partner and I had a twin room to share. However it was always clean and fresh clean towels were provided every day. The tv was old but we were able to get a good signal for the UK channel Blaze on the one day where it rained non-stop. The beds were comfortable enough and the lined curtains and air-con kept us nice and cool. I would suggest adding a soft close mechanism to room doors as you could often hear them slamming in the corridor.|As others have noted, the main outside pool is smaller than it looks on photos, however there is also a paddling pool, outdoor jacuzzi and indoor spa pool to use as well. We were also surprised to be able to find a couple of sunbeds on the terrace even later in the day (I would recommend using these instead of the ones by the main pool if you're aiming for a more relaxing day).|We opted for a half board basis and the food was ok - typical buffet style with pasta, chips, meat and seafood options along with dessert. It would've been nice to have a drink included with our evening meal but we just brought our own water bottles down with us as there was usually a queue at the bar. |Some have commented that the staff were rude - I must say that we didn't experience this at all. They were a bit direct when stating rules around the pool (eg no wet swimming costumes inside), however I think this is more of a language/culture issue. The receptionist was especially helpful in helping us order a taxi when our airport transfer failed to show up, and we really appreciated this. |The location was great for us, close enough to walk into town but not slap bang in the centre of things. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby so you don't have to walk all the way in if you don't want to. All in all I'd stay here again as it was good value for money considering what we paid for peak summer holiday time.

Low quality, Billard and other games didn’t work. Hotel is next to the biggest and the loudest street. We paid for water everyday. Nothing special for breakfast, sauna open to 18

Nice hotel with wonderful staff. The service was immaculate and the hotel's design was wonderfully done. The food was (sadly) quite simple and they didn't offer as much local dishes as I hoped but it was always fresh and tasted amazing! The location itself was okay with it being but a short walk from a very beautoful beach but it was very loud due to the hotel being directly at the main street. The rooms were very small and offered little but a bed, an old TV and a little bathroom but they were always kept clean and cool. All in all the hotel holds true to its promises and is perfect for anyone who doesn't have the highest standarts. I thank the staff for this wonderful holiday!
