Hotel Huyshoeve

This hotel is clearly a converted farm. Very little of it has been converted into rooms whilst all of it is agricultural charm and style has been retained. As a consequence, this is a special quiet place full of simple perfection. The rooms, the lounge and breakfast room and the grounds are perfectly conceived and maintained.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 year old daughter. It's a beautifully restored farm in the middle of the coastal hinterland. We thought it was more a B&B concept but they call themselves a charm hotel, which is very true except that you can't have lunch or dinner. The room we had (1) was really spacious and even designed for wheelchair patients, but with a 3 year old it came very handy. The rooms and very clean and minimalistic but beautiful. The real catch of this hotel is the incredible breakfast. An enormous variety of everything you could wish for, and of high local quality. This is a very nice place.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Everything seems still very new and is decorated at a high quality standard. Rooms are beautifully appointed. There is airco (not that we needed that in September). Breakfast has a limitless choice of everything We could dream of. Where do they still offer freshly squeezed orange juice a volonte ? Here they do. We had a room on the ground floor with a little terrace. Simply wonderful. We will be back !

We organised our 3-day offsite in Huyshoeve in March 2020.|We had full exclusivity, which was a great advantage.|Rooms are perfect and very clean. Breakfast offers all you need, and the meeting room is large enough for a meeting with up to 12 people (U-style).|We took 1 sandwich/salad lunch the first day, and a hot lunch (3-courses) the 3rd day. Quality was perfect !|The second day we took some bikes, and made a tour in the beautiful surroundings, and had lunch 'on-the-road'.|I certainly recommend !|It was a really nice experience...

Lovely weekend stay in pleasant countryside - but close to Knokke and Bruges. Very comfortable modern facilities in converted barns- spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated. Natural woodwork and beams. Warm welcome from owners. Extensive breakfast buffet - and freshly cooked eggs. We would highly recommend and would happily return.

The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Knokke and a well hidden treasure. The location if beautiful, as the hotel is as well. The hotel is a former farm and there is a little river nearby, where you can sit and relax on the terrace (of the hotel or of the room itself). Delicious and wonderful dinner. Friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.||The hotel itself is about 3 to 4 kilometers away from the center of Knokke (and the beach).

Stayed for 3 nights. Away from the hustle and bustle of Knokke, yet close enough for easy access to the coast and Brugges. Gorgeous, impeccably clean and contemporary. A B&B rather than hotel. We'll definitely stay here again. This one is highly recommended if you're looking for an away from it all bolt hole.

We stayed here on our way back from Spa to Calais...it's a little off the beaten track but well worth the detour ( although trying to navigate through the roadworks at Zeebrugge with a car and trailer on the way to Calais proved a little fraught ,,,but that should be fine once the work is finished...in about 5 years by the looks of it!!!!)||The hotel itself is more of a deluxe b&b but it is absolutely delightful.||Lovely setting, newly appointed rooms each with a private terrace, great bathrooms, plenty of secure parking, very peaceful, great breakfast.||Whilst they don't offer dinner there is a selection of superb places to eat nearby...the hotel suggested that we tried 'Cote Belge' a bistro not too far away...they gave us directions and made the booking for us...it was fabulous!!!!! ||Thank you for making a normally boring stopover into a real treat!!!!||We will be back again next time.
