This hotel is slightly unusual in that it is basically two hotels connected by a corridor under the road inbetween. I expect you wouldn’t even know this if you stay in the main front building near reception and the main pool - but, as we were staying at the back of the back hotel, there was quite a walk to our room. There was a smaller pool/bar near our room that didn’t seem to get much use and also our balcony didn’t overlook much being at the back. But, all that said, the hotel suited our needs and budget perfectly.|The staff were always friendly and polite. The cleaning staff refreshed our room perfectly when requested. The main pool was a great space to relax. The bar was quick to provide drinks - which we enjoyed by the pool. The included breakfast had an impressive buffet. The restaurant seemed popular in the evening - though we chose to go out for dinner so didn’t get a chance to try it out. |The room was fairly simple - but comfortable enough. We took our own kettle as they aren’t included - you might possibly be able to request one from reception. |I loved the colourful water feature outside which always looked welcoming whenever we returned. |All in all, if you want a fairly cost effective place to stay, with good amenities, I’d recommend this hotel.|The beach is only a five minute walk away. |The town is about 15/20 minutes walk away which suited us fine.|A Garraf bus to (or from) Barcelona airport Terminal 1 can be caught by walking 10 mins North West to the main road - it’s almost opposite the Marais restaurant and costs €8.80

After reading mixed reviews on line I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. The room even though I had heard bad reports about the annexe was spotless, modern and had a fridge. Cleaned daily to a very high standard. Walls were a bit thin, if you know what I mean 😂. The pool did have limited beds, but never had a problem getting a couple, even though we always came down after 11am. The walk into the centre is fine with the lovely sea breeze. Maybe felt a bit longer on the way back, but had been in the square on the delicious cocktails in parrots. I would definitely recommend this to the gay community.

We generally stay at Hilton or Intercontinental hotels, so I was a little apprehensive about my stay at this hotel. However, I needn’t have worried. From the moment we walked into the lobby we liked the place. The staff were all very friendly. The lobby, restaurant and pool areas were all nicely appointed. Our room was a junior suite and was very spacious with a large terrace. Sadly, no view, but nice all the same.|The location is nice as it’s a 10-12 minute stroll along the seafront from the town center. Meaning you can escape the hubbub when you’ve had your fill of tourists and noise. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Good, quiet, small hotel in great location 2 mins to beach & 10 min walk along a scenic promenade to centre of Sitges. |We had pool view rooms with useful adjoining balcony for our kids 18&21. Nice restaurant with seating in & out with plenty of choice at breakfast. Lots of decent sun beds & umbrella’s which we could access each day from 10am without a rush set around a well maintained pool. Friendly & polite staff. Housekeeping very good & always done by a decent time of day. Communal areas always clean & tidy. ||Some of the reviews concerned me but whilst some of the outside required a touch up of paint ( like it always does on the coast) the hotel inside was freshly painted with modern reception , large bar area & nice size restaurant laid up to suit its customers. ||Sitges is a great place for everyone. There was a lovely local family festival on whilst we were there with lots of free activities including musical entertainment & amazing fireworks. Sitges has a huge number of good restaurants, bars and nightlife to select from and has a relaxed & friendly atmosphere.||I believe this hotel is trying hard to improve itself all the time and are doing a good job & I would definitely stay again.

I had the chance to stay at the hotel in September for 5 days. The hotel has a great boutique feel, staff are welcoming and cannot do enough for their guests. I had my 60th birthday there and the staff could not do enough to make my day extra special. All the staff and the Manager gave a 10 star service. A special “thanks” to Veronica who made my birthday so memorable

I would like to start by saying that this hotel was very reasonably priced (booked through easyJet), and the pool facilities were lovely. The rooms were a good size too, which was appreciated. Our Spanish is not the best, so we understand that some things may have been lost in translation. That said, I do not believe this hotel deserves its four star rating. The hotel felt quite tired and was noticeably dirty in places, with stained carpets and marked walls. Our room was very dusty and not clean at all. The door frame was coming away from the wall, and the walls were paper thin. I dropped something under the chair and found that the floor underneath was filthy. There was also no kettle, mugs or coffee in the room, which felt like a basic thing to miss. Breakfast was as expected and the selection was good, well stocked and ran smoothly. However, the atmosphere at dinner was extremely uncomfortable. We saw people waiting in the corridor for around 15 minutes (to pay or to be seated) while several tables sat empty, with waiters walking past us and tending to places where no one was seated. When people were finally acknowledged l, we once said that we were a group of five (which was part of our booking), the waiter huffed and said, “this should be fine.” We were then shown to a table with only two chairs and had to pull up the other three chairs ourselves. We ordered a sangria at 10.15pm and by 10.51pm it still had not arrived. We had already been served our main courses but still had no drinks, so we ended up leaving early that evening. When my friend went to the bar to ask for a drink instead, she was told quite aggressively to sit down, which felt really unnecessary. Staff did not appear to be rushed off their feet – in fact, they spent more time chatting with each other than actually serving guests. Our vegetarian friend found a piece of bacon in her pesto pasta. The dinner setup was also quite confusing. Nothing was explained clearly, the menu was poorly laid out, and we struggled to communicate with the staff about how things worked. One particularly unpleasant moment was when we saw a waiter applying cream to something on his lip right next to the food station during breakfast. That really put us off. On a more positive note, check in was smooth and the reception staff were genuinely helpful and kind.

Visited Sitges in September for Bear Week and chose this hotel.||After reading some of the reviews we were a little sceptical but was only for 4 nights so wasn't going to be a huge issue.||Arrived at 11am in the morning and original room wasn't ready, was able to upgrade the room for €25 per night with a pool and sea view and able to check straight in we took that option as had been up since 2am travelling and were both knackered.||AC in the room was immense and freezing, beds were really comfortable and bathroom shower was great, water always hot and a good pressure.||Pool area clean and no fighting for a bed as they dont get put out until 10am, pool area is jet washed at night.||We were bed and breakfast and it was a really good offering for breakfast and and starts at 8am until 10.30am.||The bar area was good and we thought that the prices were reasonable for a hotel €4 a glass of wine. Had a sandwich one day and a salad on another, good portions for the price paid. The only thing I found strange was you couldn't take glass bottles from the bar to your room, was told this wasn't aloud however there is a minibar in your room with glass bottles in it.... none the less, we were ok taking them up in plastic glasses.||Hotel is is a good location, 15 min walk to the centre, there is a breeze off the beach so keeps you cool.||Looking to travel same time next year and will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel and was even better than we were expecting. The hotel is so close to the beach and about 20 minutes walk into the main town. Lovely rooms and terrace area was amazing with some beautiful art. Rooms kept clean and breakfast was tasty with nice surroundings. All in all no complaints! Would come again
