Hotel ibis

The hotel itself is delightful, modest but perfect, having everything you may need. The breakfast was just delicious and super fresh, but the best of this was Izabela: She made our stay amazing. She helped us in everything we needed and she was there ready for more. We will recommend this hotel to everyone we know. Some other little details were the water system: they have a little fountain in the middle of the corridor where you can get water whenever you want to. Also and very important, of course, the bed was super super comfy!

I honestly loved my stay here! 💕 This place totally surprised me — for a 2-star hotel, it feels like way more! The staff are super nice, friendly, and easy to talk to (they even joke around sometimes). I’ve seen some negative reviews, but honestly, I can’t relate at all - everything was great! Breakfasts were really tasty (and yes, you can make your own waffles), and the rooms, though small, were clean, cozy and had everything you need. I stayed here with my sister and we got a room with two separate beds - both very comfortable, which isn’t something you find in every hotel I’d totally stay here again — highly recommend!

Bar staff and reception staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Room quality not as good. Beds are ok but no extra blankets if you want one. Air conditioning does not work and rooms heat up. Overall a good experience

The personnel is nice. The hotel is well located and parking secure, which is great! The only thing that wasn’t really good was the room. A bit too small and very basic. Plus the air was stuffy… there was air conditioning but it was not very pleasant to keep the window open as it was a bit noisy. Overall, it’s alright and it was good to know that the car was safely parked, but the room was too basic…

Not very impressed with several female Receptionists. Not very knowledgeable on several basic questions. It is not "a favour", to be given a refund, when I cancel breakfast for which _I had paid_ Also, I don't want to be misinformed that "breakfast is free" or that I didn't pay for it! Breakfast itself was OK with good buffet selection. I asked for coffee sachets which were not supplied until second request. Too much air freshener/ chemical sprays in room. I prefer to sleep with windows open, so had to suffer traffic noise. Overall, not great value for money.

The hotel has a great location, the housekeeping service is excellent, and the rooms are kept in perfect order. Unfortunately, the incompetent receptionists are a disappointment. They ruin the hotel's potential
