Hotel ibis Łódź Centrum

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay here. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable ideal place to relax. Staff was friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay

This is actually a surprisingly very good Ibis. It's in a great central location next door to a cinema and across the road from a shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The lobby is actually very pleasant with a high central atrium. There's also an underground car park with direct access into the lobby. This is a great Ibis! Recommended!

For a 2 Star Hotel the staff deliver 5 star service!! Breakfasts are 4 star as well! Ludmila went out of her way to help with something left behind. All problems were fixed immediately with a smile and polite and helpful behaviour from staff at all times. Although he rooms did not have all the trimmings the bed was very comfortable, the black out curtains all did the trick at ensuring a very good night's sleep. Thanks to all and we will definitely recommend this hotel for the price!

I stayed in this hotel for work with some Italian colleagues. We had a great time, clean rooms, good breakfast and kindness of the staff. In particular I would like to point out the very kind Ludmila at the reception who was able, with kindness and professionalism, to satisfy all our requests. Top

Great service, bartenders are awesome! Drinks are great! Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and get cleaned regularly. Hotel food is good though nothing fancy. Breakfast downstairs is decent. Lots to do in the immediate local area.

That hotel is quite old. Rooms did not change in last 20 years, so you can feel like in 2000. I think it is the reason that hotel is 2* only. Rooms should really already be updated. But hotel is quite clean, inexpensive and situated very close to Piotrkowska street. Service is also nice.
