Hotel ibis

I stayed with buddy for 5 nights. Rooms are perfect size to rest, have a quick meal and go look around. Shower size is ideal (M 195cm/6.5ft) so no issues there, there is always working water dispenser with cold or room temp water, so drink away. Room temp is good enough, I hate heat so thank God u can open window a bit. TV is there but no clue about it, did not watched it. Staff is really friendly, helpful and always there for you, even for a quick chat if there is no guests waiting. Had breakfast once, real tasty, mini croissants, fried kiełbasa and scrambled eggs, 10/10. Atmosphere amazing, place to chill, eat, relax, there is space for kids to play, awesome lobby. Now location. Perfect, to the left, żabka, movies, pizza place, Piotrkowska Ul and Piotrkowska central stop, to the right Galerija Łodziskie and everything is really close. So yeah, TLRD Awesome budget hotel come again.

The hotel itself is delightful, modest but perfect, having everything you may need. The breakfast was just delicious and super fresh, but the best of this hotel was Izabela: She made our stay just amazing. She helped us in everything we needed and she was there ready for us. Some other little details was the water system: they have a little fountain in the middle of the corridor where you can get water whenever you want to, and it's not only great for the planet, but the water was really good. Also and very important, of course, our bed was super super comfy!

I honestly loved my stay here! 💕 This place totally surprised me — for a 2-star hotel, it feels like way more! The staff are super nice, friendly, and easy to talk to (they even joke around sometimes). I’ve seen some negative reviews, but honestly, I can’t relate at all - everything was great! Breakfasts were really tasty (and yes, you can make your own waffles), and the rooms, though small, were clean, cozy and had everything you need. I stayed here with my sister and we got a room with two separate beds - both very comfortable, which isn’t something you find in every hotel I’d totally stay here again — highly recommend!

I stayed two nights and had a great experience. The room was sparkling clean, breakfast was very good with variety of choices. The location is excellent, very close to the shopping street, big shopping mall, supermarkets and public transport. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located at the end of Piotrkowska street - which is ideal as it is the one single most important street in the city of Łódź. It's location also allowed us to easily travel to Atlas Arena for a concert. I recommend!

Bar staff and reception staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Room quality not as good. Beds are ok but no extra blankets if you want one. Air conditioning does not work and rooms heat up. Overall a good experience

Great stay at Ibis Łódź Centrum! Wonderful experience — super friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, tasty breakfast, and a perfect location right in the heart of the city. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
