Our stay was the most pleasant time, mainly because of the staff, they were intuitive and knowledgeable about the Accor product and customers entitlements of the Accor members program. The check in/out was efficient with the staff making it so easy and happy. The rooms were clean, with everything operating as normal. They were helpful and knowledgeable about anything we ask

Overall good stay. Close to the motorway, but a bit far away from the city. Room had everything we needed and staff were friendly too. Kudos to the guy who was running the bar and restaurant all by himself. Food was good too.

Strategic location if one travels by car, as it is just outside the motorway, otherwise far from the city centre and nothing interesting around. Staff is helpful, rooms are very clean and confortable, although a bit ageing. The bar and restaurant was a surprise, excellent food and service. Average breakfast. Plenty of parking available, but it should be free for customers as it is not covered. In sum, a great hotel for a one-night stop during a road trip.

Nothing works in this hotel. Room: - The floor was dirty - Sink was broken. Drainage plug can't be switched - shower was very slow. As if it's just using gravity to pump the water - room was very very small. Granted we're using an extra bed (3 people in the room) but they shouldn't have put that as an option in the first place. Extra bed was also very horribly small. It was a make-shift sofa. Me as a 6 feet tall guy, my legs were hanging in the air - Door was strangely misaligned. I had to slam the door to lock it. Service: - We're checked in at 6 pm (yes, 18:00). Yet, room was not ready. - overall, hotel was very understaffed - had trouble with our dinner (tour group) had booked the dinner but told wasn't in the system? Horrible Breakfast: - The food was not enough for the number of guest. Food option was also horrible In conclusion, our stay was the worst experience I had in Switzerland. I don't know how old the hotel is but it felt very derelict. Not recommended whatsoever.

This hotel is the best at Sion. Price is really competitive, bedroom are tiptop clean and well adapted. Silencious, easy to reach highway or city center. Parking , breakfast OK. Person at reception are really professionnal and friendly. To eat the evening, it's cheap and real good food. Wine menu is very well.
