Hotel ibis Sion Est

Stayed for two nights while visiting family. It was very well located next to the highway so we could easily drive in and out. Nice room, comfortable and excellent breakfast !

Just a regular business hotel but the breakfast was very good and surprisingly good and a big selection. For a business stay very recommendable.

Hotel is ok but unfortunately restaurant was closed as it was at weekend and not many option to eat around the area if you dont want go use the car

The hotel is very clean. The double room was compact but not too small, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing works in this hotel. Room: - The floor was dirty - Sink was broken. Drainage plug can't be switched - shower was very slow. As if it's just using gravity to pump the water - room was very very small. Granted we're using an extra bed (3 people in the room) but they shouldn't have put that as an option in the first place. Extra bed was also very horribly small. It was a make-shift sofa. Me as a 6 feet tall guy, my legs were hanging in the air - Door was strangely misaligned. I had to slam the door to lock it. Service: - We're checked in at 6 pm (yes, 18:00). Yet, room was not ready. - overall, hotel was very understaffed - had trouble with our dinner (tour group) had booked the dinner but told wasn't in the system? Horrible Breakfast: - The food was not enough for the number of guest. Food option was also horrible In conclusion, our stay was the worst experience I had in Switzerland. I don't know how old the hotel is but it felt very derelict. Not recommended whatsoever.

Strategic location if one travels by car, as it is just outside the motorway, otherwise far from the city centre and nothing interesting around. Staff is helpful, rooms are very clean and confortable, although a bit ageing. The bar and restaurant was a surprise, excellent food and service. Average breakfast. Plenty of parking available, but it should be free for customers as it is not covered. In sum, a great hotel for a one-night stop during a road trip.
