The place is awesome! They helped me so much when I ran into trouble even after my stay was completed they allowed me to come back until I found help. The room was stunning. But the best part was the service at the bar! The lady who served me was 100% an angel and so kind that I wished I could stay for months! So caring and friendly it really was the best part of my journey. The prices are very fair and there is zero surprises here. The front desk staff were so professional and caring of my every neee. Thanks again!

Gorgeous rooms with impeccable service in the heart of Jaco Beach. Probably the only true boutique hotel here and an incredible value. Everything was perfect, especially the exemplary staff. My highest possible rating.

If you want to experience Jaco, in the city, this was a great hotel to stay. We were staying at a house in the mountains and decided we wanted to see the night life in Jaco so we stayed here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean as was the shared pool area. There are nice towels and a beach bag for you to use while you're there and hot showers as well! Check out was at noon but they offer you to be able to enjoy the pool area until 4 on the day of checkout. There are two pools and lots of lounging space. There are even a few friendly iguanas and cats around. There's also a poolside bar and restaurant area that seem very clean as well. If we were staying longer, we'd stay at Hotel Ibiza again. It was unfortunately a very rainy night so we didn't hear much night life going on around us nor did we venture out into the rather deep rain water in the streets. There is a bar across the street, Donde Jenny, but it seemed pretty chill, again that could be because it was sooooo rainy. Our experience was quiet and tranquil. The only thing is it's not a gated hotel so the front door of our room faced the streets with no added protection beyond our locked door. Also, to get to the pool we had to walk a short bit outside the hotel and then enter the pool space. We did have a balcony overlooking the pools which was nice. There are some rooms that are poolside versus walking outside to come in as well and maybe we'd choose that instead next time as well. Also, there's an excellent breakfast restaurant, again across the street, that serves cheap local food! The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't try their food as we prefer small local establishments and to try many places!

Impeccable service, hotel is nice and on beach with good restaurant on site. Jaco is not a place I’d want to see again, and there was a nightclub across the street that kept us up late with the loud noise. Rooms were larger than others in CR, basic but bathroom kind of small. The shower had some dirty spots on tile but could have been just old tile. Nice breakfast at the bar with food service. Cat and iguanas were friendly.

The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but I encountered a significant issue upon arrival. The staff took a photo of my driver's license using their personal phone, which I found unprofessional and concerning. Additionally, I was presented with a form to sign that included extra fees and information not disclosed during the booking process on Expedia. They also requested my credit card for an additional $100 charge, which I declined, as my stay was already paid in full through Expedia. Despite several phone calls, the front desk was unable to reach the hotel manager for clarification. This lack of transparency in their policies, combined with the use of personal devices to capture sensitive legal documents, made me uncomfortable. While I understand they need to verify identity, using a personal phone for this purpose is inappropriate, especially when I had printed and provided the booking confirmation. Due to these issues, I would not recommend booking with this hotel in the future.

We only slept here for one night. The common grounds with pools and breakfeast area are really very nice, I can definitely imagine lounging there for quite some time. Polite, nice and helpful staff. Ice water available in common area. Easy parking. It was not noisy at all, quiet besides some drunk guests coming in at 2 in the morning but thats not a hotel problem but Jaco problem :). Its a pretty awesome american motel like (in terms of layout) accomodation. Definite plus is its super clean, both hotel and rooms. No speck of dirt or anything, which I appreciated immensly. Overall very good and recommended. The location is very good as well.

We were very glad to have found this pretty hotel. Everything was clean, the room was spacious and the beds comfortable. All the staff is super kind and friendly, especially Saul. There are two pools of different temperatures. It is well located. We will return to Hotel Ibiza if we go back to Jacó.

Great place. Wish there were more of them around in other Central American countries with their nice set-up. Great staff also👍🏽
