Hotel Imperial Palace

The room is not clean, and the services are also inadequate. If you say something to anyone, they respond negatively. I believe the staff should receive training on how to interact with customers appropriately. In my opinion, no one will return here after their first visit.The blankets are also not clean, and I have provided a photo for the hotel staff to consider making some improvements. If the staff is not performing their duties properly, it would be advisable to appoint a supervisor to oversee these minor issues.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my lifetime. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Bedsheets are stinky. Photos available on map is absolute fake.

Please do not stay in this hotel. Rooms are dirty and unhygienic. toilet seat cover broken. Rugs are unbelievably filthy. The elevator is filthy with pan spitting all over the corner and in elevator gally. I had to use stairs because elevator broke down and stairs are very dirty and slippery. Can't believe such hotel exist in Mumbai. Don't believe in photos on their website

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was subpar, and the behavior of the hotel owner’s son was extremely unprofessional. He was disrespectful toward guests and used inappropriate language, which made the stay very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and hospitable experience.
