The room is not clean, and the services are also inadequate. If you say something to anyone, they respond negatively. I believe the staff should receive training on how to interact with customers appropriately. In my opinion, no one will return here after their first visit.The blankets are also not clean, and I have provided a photo for the hotel staff to consider making some improvements. If the staff is not performing their duties properly, it would be advisable to appoint a supervisor to oversee these minor issues.
