Stayed in May 2025 | Jr. Suite Room | Family of 09, booked 04 rooms from 19-May -2025 to 21-May-2025 - 2 nights.||We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Inclover during our trip to Dharamshala in May 2025. Originally booked in a Deluxe room, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, as the hotel was operating at lower guest capacity. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for an exceptional stay.||The Jr. Suite room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a breathtaking view of the Dharamshala valley. The iconic Dharamshala cricket stadium could also be seen in the distance, adding a special charm to the scenery. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and take in the serene surroundings.||One of the highlights of our stay was the food. We had requested JAIN meals, and the hotel went above and beyond to cater to our dietary preferences. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good spread in the morning and well-prepared, fully customized JAIN dishes for dinner. It’s not easy to find such care and consideration for specific dietary needs, and we truly appreciated it.||The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and cooperative, making us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Room service was quick and efficient, which added to the comfort and convenience.||Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Inclover. From the hospitality and food to the stunning views and comfortable accommodations, everything was spot on. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dharamshala—especially if you're looking for a peaceful, scenic, and accommodating place to stay!

Nice views from the room and dining area. food was quite good. service was good. in our room, we had trouble with hot water though. Sometimes no one would answer phone at reception and room service. but very clean rooms, nice sheets. good area, walkable to market.

Our Experience at Inclover We stayed at this hotel in Dharamala for a day and had a disappointing experience. Here's a detailed breakdown: Pros: - Conveniently located near the main market, making it easy to access local shops and attractions - Dominos Pizza store is in the same building, which could be a convenient option for guests Cons: - Congested Location: The hotel is situated in a congested street, which might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues or those preferring a quieter environment. - Unprofessional Staff: - When we ordered tea and sandwiches from the kitchen, the staff refused to serve us, citing kitchen repairs and claiming it would take 4-5 hours. However, after we contacted the manager, they managed to serve tea but couldn't fulfill the rest of our order. - Discrepancies between Website and Actual Amenities: - No rooftop restaurant as advertised on the website, which was a major letdown. -No Bar - Most amenities listed on the website were unavailable, which seemed misleading. - Additional Charges: - The play area was not complimentary, which was an unexpected extra cost. - Subpar Complimentary Breakfast: - The breakfast was disappointing, with basic cooking skills seemingly lacking. Even simple dishes like bhatura were not prepared correctly. - Inefficient Parking Management: - After checkout, we were held up for 30 minutes because the staff had parked another car in front of ours, blocking our exit. It took them a considerable amount of time to locate the keys and resolve the issue. - Small Rooms: - The rooms were smaller than expected, which might not be suitable for guests looking for more spacious accommodations. Suggestions: - Be Cautious of Ratings: The hotel's ratings might be artificially inflated, so it's essential to read reviews carefully and consider multiple sources. - Explore Alternative Options: Given the issues we faced, it's worth looking into other hotels or accommodations in the nearby area that might offer better value and service. Overall, our experience was disappointing, and we would advise potential guests to carefully weigh their options before choosing this hotel.

Had a very un-satisfactory experience at the hotel. The rooms were good. AC is very old and makes a lot of noise. It stopped in the middle of the night. There was a power cut at 3 AM in the middle of the night.. staff could not get a generator working for one hour. Breakfast was good , we tried dinner directly from a restaurant which was pathetic, it was full of oil. The staff just says sorry and does nothing.. overall not recommended, you can easily find a very good hotel at the same price.

Hotel Inclover enjoys a 5-star location right in the heart of Dharamshala, making it super convenient for travelers. With monasteries, the HPCA Stadium, and the Museum all nearby, it’s a great base for exploring the town. The weather is pleasant most of the year, with the occasional rain bringing relief during hotter days. Rooms are decent – not luxurious, but definitely good value for the price (usually between ₹5,000–₹7,000 depending on the season). Most stays include a wide breakfast spread, which is a nice perk. However, the property is starting to show signs of aging, especially due to what seems like a lack of maintenance. A little refresh could really bring the place back to life. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a centrally located hotel with good amenities at a fair price.

The reason I gave 2stars was for the room- which was good. The rooms with a view have panoramic views of the mountains. The hotel was empty and we were staying three nights , not sure why we were allocated a back side room, would have loved the panoramic views!?|Staff, especially breakfast staff were unfriendly, not pleasant . Menus very limited. They say it is ‘out of season ‘ but we dined in another nearby hotel and it was busy. No wonder the hotel is empty

We stayed for a day in Inclover. We are not that satisfied with the stay. Rooms which were shown in photos, and the real rooms are actually different. In reality, rooms are smaller. Basin was choked with water when tap left open for even 1 min. Food was okayish, not that great. Overall not so great.
