Hotel Indigo Antwerp - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

A boutique hotel that met IHG (owner) standards. Room was large and comfortable. Lots of space to lay personal items including a very handy 8 inch ledge around much of the room. Missed at least a CNN International channel on the TV. Beds comfortable with great, flexible reading lights. Breakfast was an interesting buffet in a quirky appointed restaurant. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Really convenient (2-minute walk) to the Antwerpen-Centraal train station. 20+ minute walk to Grote Markt square in the old city.

This is my first trip to Europe in 21 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is bright welcoming and very clean.|Staff were attentive and kind. The breakfast kept us going for the whole day.|So much to see and what a perfect position to be staying in. Central station as a view and great position for walks to explore.|Thank you so much for a trip to remember!

Stayed here for a few days and the hotel is in a perfect location, safe, 3mins walk to Antwerp centraal and breakfast is decent. Didn’t like the room cleanliness which was nonexistent….seems cleaners don’t do anything than change towels and wash bathroom. We requested cleaning one day and they didn’t do it at all. They also say they will give you a €5 voucher for each day not cleaned but they don’t mention anything at your checkout so they hope you forget….which I can imagine many people do and so they steal that money from clients. Shower water is at best warm if you try a late night shower. Honestly should be maybe a 2 star….4 star is pushing it, doesn’t reach that standard.

Hotel is clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. The location & access to hotel is quite restricted if you decide to drive. Access to public transportation is good. Street noise could be heard till 3am making it difficult to sleep.

Hotel Indigo’s a charming place, with hand-crafted furniture and ample space.||My room was clean, so bright and neat. The fast and free Wi-Fi was quite a treat.||The bar is a hit for cocktails at night. The location's perfect, a traveller's delight.||Staff are friendly, service top-tier, to make your stay most pleasurable here.||Antwerp itself, a city so grand. With attractions and restaurants right at your hand.||The Central Station us a sight to behold. Its Gothic architecture is grand and so bold.||Rubens House, where art comes alive. A printing museum, where history thrives.||The Indigo is an ideal base to explore Belgium's jewel at your own pace.||This is my review, sincere and true. I hope it assists travellers like you.

We are members of IHG so we chose this hotel because of its proximity to a Central train station. When you come out the main doors in the front of the building go straight across it’s on the left-hand side by the funky trees. Our room was not ready when we got there, but they took our luggage and whatever we needed to put aside for checking at 3 PM. The room itself was clean. It had coffee they gave you a little cookies. Bathroom was big huge shower, plenty of toiletries. The bed was comfortable plenty of space. It was exactly what we needed for the one night we were staying there before traveling home. When you come out of the main hotel, take a right then another right to get you down to the main street where all the shops are and lead you into the old city. They did not tell us that at the front desk. We kind of got lost and then figured it out later. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here. It is literally three minutes from the main train station - you'll see it when you exit! And there are plenty of stores and restaurants around it. I was checked in with no issues and got the room type and location I wanted. The room was very cute - and well thought out. Had a nice view over the rooftops as well. The bed and linens were all good. The thermostat was easy to use. I really enjoyed the quality and quantity of breakfast foods. Checkout was super easy too. I hope that this hotel is successful because it deserves to be.

Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect, super close to the train station and the Queen Elisabeth Hall. We had to change hotels at the last minute and the staff here was exceptionally accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
