"Inspired by the famous Fox Theatre—the Moorish-style movie palace turned performance venue is just across the street—Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown strikes a musical note at every turn. The experience begins at reception, where the desk resembles a drum set and a collage of show tickets from the past 30 years decorates the wall behind it. Guest rooms riff on the theme with accent wall murals that make it look like you’re either attending a concert or starring on stage, but the overall vibe is playful comfort, with pops of green on the quilts, spa-like baths with Aveda products, flat-screen TVs, and free WiFi. If you find yourself hankering for soul food, the chicken and waffles at the on-site restaurant should do the trick, but don’t pass up a drink at the black-and-white bar counter, which looks like the keys of a piano and is backed by a wine display that evokes the inner workings of a jukebox."

You're pretty much paying for the location. The rooms were a bit small and the bathrooms were ridiculously tiny. The bathroom wasn't pleasant at all due to the size! The room smelled of urine! Upon checking in there was no mention of a $50 a day parking fee! I thinks it's ridiculous to pay for a hotel and you can't provide parking to your guests! On top of that, the parking pass wasn't working and wouldn't allow us to pass through the gates, a few times! The young man that worked the front desk on night shift was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor and personality. However, the manager was very deceitful and a liar! We were told there would be a $150 hold per room, which ended up being a $300 hold per room, not to mention hidden fees that were not expressed upon checking in. What the hell is a historic preservation fee??? And why should the guest pay for this! There was no refrigerator in the rooms and no microwave available anywhere on the property. If I had to choose to stay at this location again, I more than likely would NOT!

You are paying for location. This hotel is located in a great location in the Midtown directly across from the Fox Theater. This is a very average hotel, with nothing to set it apart from like a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn (think that caliber). I expected it to be a bit more glamorous, but I think I should have managed my expectations a bit better. The hotel attendant upon check in immediately let me know that the building was original as I had never stayed and the bathrooms were very small and he wasn't kidding. The bathrooms are essentially big enough for one to sit on the toilet and wash their hands at the same time. I did have some air conditioner issues that were addressed promptly but never fully fixed. I set it to 65 as that is the lowest it would go, but it never went below 71 the entire 3 days that I was there. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again unless I had an event that I was attending at the Fox theater or something extremely close by and needed this hotel just because of location. There are many other nicer hotels nearby with better pricing and better amenities.

Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown We recently stayed at this hotel property and overall had a pleasant experience. The Front Desk service was great and attentive. The hotel room, 509, my husband and I stayed was clean but the bathroom was very tiny and compacted. My husband is 6’ 2” and I am a curvaceous woman, and it was extremely difficult and sometimes painful navigating in that bathroom! For example, while brushing his teeth, my husband bent down to rinse out his mouth, and bumped his head on the mirror mounted to the wall above the sink! I hit my upper arm a few times on the slim French mirrored doors going in and out of the bathroom! (See pic of tiny bathroom). It appears that it should have been a closet but for some reason constructed for the bathroom in this room. The king bed was too soft so hubby and I were soar each morning of our stay due to the unevenly soft mattress. Thank goodness our days were busy spent with sightseeing and good eats so we did not spend time in our hotel room as much. Also, beware parking at this hotel is $50 per day of the stay so that was disappointing on top of our rental car purchase. Overall, the hotel location was fantastic and in a walkable neighborhood with terrific coffee shops and brunch spots which we enjoy dining out. We would definitely stay at Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown but in different rooms that is normal in size. :)

Room was clean... had cool mural wallpaper and comfy beds & pillows. We were thrilled to be able to include our dog on this trip and appreciated their courtesy toward her, having a reasonable fee and providing a clean "dog park" fenced in area away from traffic that was equipped with a dog waste station with a bench for the Fur Parents.

We chose Indigo as we had tix for a concert at The Fox, PERFECT as it was right across the street. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The accommodations were perfect, very clean and completely LOVED the music themed vibe and decor. The front desk was so very warm and welcoming and Lexsey was the absolute sweetest! Definitely will plan to stay again! 🤩♥️

You're paying for the location. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of great venues and centrally located. However, parking on site is $50/night and that isn't made clear during booking. There are cheaper garages nearby, though. There is also an on site bar/restaurant.The hotel's decor theme paying homage to the Fox is the only thing setting it apart from similar hotels anywhere else. The basic expectations around cleanliness and quality service are met. The room is a basic hotel room with maybe a little more energy put into decor but functionally is the same, except for the bathrooms which are so incredibly small. There is no room to move around at all in the bathrooms, and I say that as a mid size woman. My skinny tall partner felt the same. Also, the shower floor in our room was wood paneling or something similar which we found gross because of the potential for bacteria growth. Please note that everything is an add on cost, which some people like and others don't. That being said, the service was great from the front staff and the bartender.

Showed up at the hotel to find out my reservation was canceled even though I had called earlier that day to confirm the reservation. A different person who was on duty was able to accommodate me with a room anyway. I stayed 2 nights to attend a concert; the rooms were small but decent, albeit the noisy neighbors during the late hours of the evening. Upon check out, I was told I would receive an email with my receipt, but never got one. When I checked my bank account later on I found a pending charge of $1100.00. The room itself was only $150 a night, plus the additional parking fee of $50 a night. Immediately, I called the hotel and spoke to the manager Don, (the initial person I spoke to otp), who told me the extra charges were because I was smoking in the room, even though neither me nor my children smoke at all. I asked him for the number of the supposed room we’d smoked in and he told me he was pulling up the information, then instead proceeded to hang up on me. I called back just in case there was a chance we had been disconnected, but then he put me on hold and never came back. His behavior seems a little guilty if I’m the one supposedly in the wrong. I have since called corporate, but I don’t know if I’ll even get my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here.

Positive: Loved the attention to detail of the decor of every room in the lobby. Great photo ops, bathroom tiny like a spaceship lol..very updated like lighting. I picked the hotel because of historic location and decor. Negative: Parking was not discounted for being parked at hotel garage for less that 24 hours, flat $50 or option to pay by hour. No free breakfast w the price of room and parking I would think there would be more amenities. No pool or hot tub.

Yelp
Very nice hotel, in a great spot of midtown. Walkable to many great restaurants. The room we had was very nice, and we paid extra for a view of the Fox theater, which was totally worth it. However, and they told us, but this bathroom is small. We are both less than average size humans, and we both had difficulty using the bathroom. Other than that, the service was lovely, the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. Despite the size of the bathroom, I would still go back.

Yelp
The hotel is in the perfect location, directly across the street from The Fox. We had a show to go to so this was perfect. The staff let us check in an hour early (greatly appreciated) so we had time to get ready & make it to the show. David at the front desk was amazing. He had a great personality & was super friendly. The negative was the bathroom. Holy! It was tiny. From the photos online, I would have never realized how small it was. You could barely move or make a full circle. The toilet sits (no joke) a foot and a half from the bathroom sink and maybe a foot from the actual shower. My daughter hit her head when she bent over to sit down on the toilet. It was almost comical but for the amount of money we paid to stay for one night -- this was actually insane. We had one wash cloth for two ppl so I ended up using a floor towel to wash with to get by. The full body mirror was a tiny sliver cut into the bathroom door so you couldn't actually get a full body view. These two things were disappointing and again -- comical. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the staff but I wouldn't stay here again solely because of the bathroom. Maybe they have other rooms with larger options, I don't know. However, when you have two females trying to get ready, it's impractical. I am not over exaggerating the bathroom size. It was absolutely ridiculous how small it is. Beautiful hotel history tho!

Yelp
Although I live in Atlanta I stayed here because we had a workshop. Location: Directly across the street from the Fox and next door to the Georgian Terrace. Parking: I did not experience this Service: Everyone was friendly! From the first desk to the bartender Favorite thing: The decor! It paid homage to Atlanta with the artwork from the front door to the room I stayed in Least favorite thing: the bathroom is super tiny. Will I be back? Yes, because they were friendly and I liked the decor plus it was clean!

Yelp
My husband booked and pre paid for a 3 night stay. Couldn't make it night one because of weather and traffic, called and informed the hotel of this. I call morning of day 2 and confirm his reservation is still good but they gave his room away and refused to refund him for no call no show!? This isn't a restaraunt where it's first come first serve!!!! The room was paid for a 3 night stay!!!! I will tell EVERYONE I know not stay there or IHG! Marriott for the WIN BITCHES

Yelp
Beds are ok, the interior is welcoming and the location is at a good location. Beds were comfy enough but the bathroom is too dainty. Shower pressure is average and the soap dispensers are difficult to push to get soap out. Staff are pretty reliable. There is a decent fitness center with free dumbbells (up to 55 lbs) and a few treadmills and stair masters and bike machines. Usually isn't crowded. Elevators are good but do not like the luggage carriers (not very strong and may support more than 3 pieces of luggage.

Yelp
Probably the worst IHG hotel stay. Bathroom was quite small, room had really thin walls - could hear other rooms' TV and their conversations, and a constant thumping noise all night long. IHG diamond elite free breakfast is capped at $15, but the server charged me entire price for all of my meals there... Fitness center was small with basic gym equipment and free weights.

Yelp
Location, perfect. In midtown, walking distance to any bars/restaurants. We had a group of 3. Luckily, they stuck us all on the 3rd floor. View was great. However, the AC..if you want to close your blinds..you won't feel the AC blowing into the room. You'll have to open the shades in order to feel the room cool down. The bathroom..extremely tiny! Only 1 person can fit in there..at a time. Shockingly enough. Front desk, bartenders, they were there for us, when we needed them. Hotel service was great.

Yelp
Great location, beautiful lobby/decor... BUT the rooms and especially the bathrooms are tiny. I'm only 5"3, and you can't move between the toilet/sink / tiny shower. Also, the parking is $40 a night, and there's no easy access to unload/load luggage. I booked through HOTELS. com, and there's NO mention of parking price. There is a small circle drive in back of hotel that they have closed up. This is NOT an easy hotel for our senior friends to navigate around. Will not stay here again, as there are other options.

Yelp
Good location, especially if you're going to a show at the Fox Theater. Room had lots of convenient plugs and USB outlets. But the big big drawback is the teeny tiny bathroom. I can't stress how small it really is. A very large person would not fit. It would be at home on an RV ot small boat.

Yelp
Came to Atlanta for a loved one in the hospital down the street. Concierge at the hotel have me a personalized letter to take to Hotel Indigo Midtown for the hospital rate. After a long day traveling and in the hospital, the very nice front desk young man called his manager, Michael, to ask how to handle. Michael advised him that walk-ins weren't honored for the hospital rate. Really? The hospital had advised me to physically come with the letter thus the "walk-in ". Michael still refused. To top it off, they can't make a reservation at front desk, so I had to stand there and do an on-line reservation to get in. Irony is that I'm no longer a walk-in! I am staying at least until Wednesday but only booked one night at this hotel. I would rather go to the trouble of checking out tomorrow and moving somewhere else. I travel extensively for work and for personal and have never complained in a review before. Couldn't let this one pass. Shame on you, Michael. Bartender and front desk were super nice.

Larry T.

Yelp
Tried to call and make reservations for a stay. The reservationist would not give availability or rates unless I gave full personal information. Really? Terrible customer service.

Yelp
Easy hotel to stay at with limited frills. The best party of the trip was the staff I had a few travel snafus and they came to the rescue! From the GM to the Front Desk Supervisor jumped into action to help me resolve my issue. They were the nicest and super accommodating. A bright spot in a long travel day.

Yelp
The free breakfast means$15.00 credit towards their small menu. The pork hash was not tasty at all. I did eat the eggs on top but otherwise it was horrible.

Yelp
This charming, unique hotel located directly across from the Fox Theatre is perfect for a night in Atlanta after seeing a Broadway musical. The lobby is filled with theatrical decor such as the extensive mural of musical logos. The rooms are clean modern. Since this is an older hotel, the bathrooms are tiny. Our concierge compared the size to an airplane's bathroom. I had to partially stand in the shower to get dressed in the morning. I, however, thought it was a fun quirk that added to the uniqueness of the rooms (for a short trip of course). The hotel is in walking distance from restaurants, event venues, bakeries, and convince stores. Once we parked at the hotel, we were able to not move the car until check-out-- which was perfect for us! I will definitely come back the next time we have tickets to the Fox. The convenience, old charm, and eclectic decor make this hotel a must stay!

Yelp
This amazingly designed boutique hotel spoke my language and was perfect for me. The location, quietness and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the well equipped fitness center also spoke my language. The concierges, especially Mike, were quite awesome in making sure my needs were being met during my stay. The associates in the restaurant/bar area were the absolute best, especially Chris. Note: Although included in my stay, I only ate breakfast once at the restaurant during my stay. The food was extremely fresh, but the red potatoes were undercooked and flavorless. This is not a a deal breaker for me; I'll will return. Hotel Indigo sits diagonally across from the Fox Theater. I had a great view from my 10th floor room window. The pictured pink wall are tickets of shows over the years held at the Fox. This hotel is an ideal location for quick access to publix, small cafes, markets, festivals, etc.-walking or driving. Parking is $29 a night in a garage behind the hotel.

Yelp
We stayed at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown over a non-event weekend in December 2019. Our experience, overall, was great! Our group was 4 rooms, and the front desk was helpful in our request to be near one another as we were all traveling as a group of friends from NYC. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were great. The rooms are super cute and modern. And yes, as other reviews have called out, the bathrooms are small. If you are a small or average size person, this won't be an issue. However, if you are a larger, taller, or otherwise bigger person, this is a nuance to prepare yourself for and manage your expectations, or stay elsewhere. That said, with the space available, they are nice, functional, clean. The shower itself was actually pretty spacious. Beds were comfortable, rooms were kept very clean. Fitness Center is normal for a boutique hotel. Not big, but not super small either. For a morning coffee, the Land of a Thousand Hills coffeeshop, located just next door inside a coworking space, has amazing espresso, coffee, and pastries (but hey, that's another review). Location is otherwise fantasic, with everything in Midtown ATL at your footsteps, or within a 10-15 minute walk. The one negative thing about this hotel I need to mention: Housekeeping. Sure, they keep the rooms very clean. However, there are no DO NOT DISTURB placards, so housekeeping knocks and tries to clean your room on the earlier side with no way to ask them to return later aside from being woken up and telling them yourselves. (You'll also need to tell the front desk if you want your room made up later, as the housekeepers don't always keep track.) On the same note, on the day of checkout, housekeeping will still come knocking early, followed by housekeeping supervision right at checkout time even if you've requested late checkout through the front desk. As our group enjoys nightlife, this was very frustrating for all of us. That said, we did alert hotel management, who understood our frustration, and took steps to remedy with us and possibly with their housekeeping staff. Just something to keep in mind nonetheless. I would stay here again, if I knew I could enjoy my morning rest. And I look forward to my future visits to Midtown Atlanta.

Yelp
Overall our stay was pleasant but there are a few things to note for travelers who are visiting the area for the first time. The room: it was clean and everything was okay for our stay but it is important to note that the bathroom is super duper tiny. I am 5"4 and sitting on the toilet resulted in my knees hitting the sink so just beware that if you are taller, this may be a bigger issue for you. The door to get into the shower is also very slender so that is something to keep in mind when booking a room here. I enclosed a picture of the shower door open and due to the close quarters, the only viable option to enter it is a side step because there was absolutely no room to spare with this bathroom design. Thankfully they had a separate counter and mirror in the room so I could do my makeup with ease. The location: the hotel location is decently close to Atlanta's attractions via walking (ex. About a 25 minute walk to the aquarium, shops, and marketplace) but it is NOT something I would recommend to do if walking solo... There are also a lot of homeless people around so be prepared for that as well. When coming back to the hotel on one occasion, there were panhandlers outside the front entrance. There is a back entrance to the hotel so that is an option. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again but I'd probably ask for a room with a bigger bathroom!

Yelp
Two weeks ago, I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown. All of the staff were very pleasant, helpful, and absolutely hospitable. My room: After reading reviews of this hotel, I knew and expected the bathroom to be small. At first sight, I laughed my ass off, because it was SMALL but so cute. With that said, it was functional and made me wonder what others needed to do in it aside from the obvious. I did not have a problem with the size of the bathroom... it was unique, if anything. My visit was business-related, so what mattered most was being able to rest after intense days. During my stay, I can remember sitting on my bed and waking up. I slept so well. Comfort at its best! I did not explore the lobby much, but I wish that I had because the decor was fun, funky, and visually appealing. The same goes for the decor in my room. Doing a video chat with my daughter, she asked where I was because the wallpaper in my room it was something she would have never expected to see in a hotel room. As an artist, she was very impressed. I would definitely revisit this establishment, and look forward to staying at the other hotels in the chain in different cities/countries.

Yelp
I booked my stay at this hotel because I had such a positive experience at the one near the Atlanta airport. I was shocked at the subpar treatment I got at this one. Try the one down the street - The Downtown one. It's snazzier anyways.

Yelp
Horrible service and tried to enter my room when it was occupied several times. Very disturbing and disappointing.

Yelp
Best service and coolest hotel in Atlanta midtown and near GA Tech! "Best service" by all, but especially by Michael and Cierra, whose customer first response (hard to find in other hotels) and great personalities, made our stay an A+. Coolest hotel because of the rock and roll, moderate artsy theme. Thank you, Hotel Indigo Midtown (and Michael and Cierra). You sincerely rock. Best, Mr. Lee

Yelp
STOP!!! NOT SAFE! LADIES PLEASE READ!!!! This is all about safety so ladies listen up!!!! Upon arriving at the hotel at nearly 10pm at night, the gal checking me in greeted me and asked me for my last name. She did not ask to see ID or any form of identification or booking confirmation. She proceeded to tell me that it looked like I had already pre-checked in. I had never heard of such a thing as pre-checking into a hotel and so I explained to her that no, I had not done so and that this was my first attempt to check in with my reservation. She told me that was strange because it showed in her system I was checked in , but disregarded that and proceeded to give me the key to my room. At this point I had come off a 6 hour flight. After working a 16hr Night Shift in a busy hospital ICU and I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. As I approached my room and opened the door with the key card I was given, I immediately noticed that all the lights in the room were turned on. And as I continued to walk in the room was clearly dirty and had trash including an empty 24 pack of beer and a bunch of dirty towels pulled high on the floor. At first I thought the room just had not been cleaned, however I quickly noticed an open suitcase sitting in the room and then to my horror a fully grown man was there in the room that I had just walked into alone at 10 pm at night! I quickly and quietly back out of the room making as little commotion as possible in hopes of not escalating what was now a very scary situation! When I went back downstairs and explained the situation , no one seemed to be alarmed!!! Was no one aware of the safety implications here! Was no one concerned for how horribly wrong things could have gone! It was as of there was zero concern for my safety! There was a supervisor/manager on that night whom I did speak to named Michael Relsehman who was absolutely useless. I asked over and over what happened, and who the man was but kept getting the run around. They "upgraded me" to a new room, which by upgrade I guess means the same exact room on a higher floor with no added amenities and told me they would look into it. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe! If I was able to walk into someone else's room it could easily happen to me! What if I were the one sleeping in my bed at night and a random man walked into my room! How easily I could have been raped or worse! I spent the entirety of my stay with the night stand pushed up against the door (fire hazard) for fear of my safety. I kept asking for details throughout my stay and again kept getting the run around. I was not offered any form of compensation or credit other than an initial "drink at the bar" at 10:30 pm on a weeknight after the initial incident. When it came time to check out they did not want to honor a late check out for me I had to practically beg, even though the website I booked through stated a much later check out time than the hotel policy! At the front desk Michael checked me out and acted as if he had forgotten all about the incident which I then had to remind him about. After getting no answers about what happened once again and expressing my feelings and concerns he asked if there was anything he could do to make things better, yet still charged me for my small in house dinning tab. At the end of the day the hotel was to compensate me for a nights stay... it's been a couple weeks now and it's been a nightmare trying to get this "compensation" . Michael is completely disrespectful and hangs up on me whenever I call to try to figure things out, and when the third party company called he lied to them and told them he had extended my stay an extra night as my compensation even though I clearly have proof I did not check out a day late. Trying to reach guest relations is a joke!!!! Never got a call back and it just hangs up on you with no option to wait on the line for a representative! Worst and most unsafe experience I've ever had at any hotel any where and I travel outside of the country multiple times a year!

Yelp
Giving it a 4 because of the location, the renovated room I received as well as the front desk staff were very friendly. If you desire a mid to large bathroom then this is not the place for you. This hotel is walking distance across the street to Fox theatre New coffee shops, Einstein bagels down the road and for business the Bank of America building is 2 blocks away as well. I didn't get a chance to eat or have drinks at their bar/bistro so I can't tell you about that service

Yelp
Why 4 stars? Because everything was great, but this is certainly the world's smallest bathroom. --- --- --- I haven't stayed in a ton of Hotel Indigo's, but every time I do, I always end up loving it. When I booked this trip to Atlanta, I stopped browsing once I saw that there was an Indigo in Midtown. When I arrived to check-in, the concierge let me know that these rooms are smaller than most Indigo properties because it's a historic building. When I walked in to the room, it definitely seemed a touch smaller than most hotel rooms, but nothing that would have bothered me. It's when I opened the bathroom that I saw what they were talking about. I stuck my arm out and placed my finger tip on the edge of the sink, and the toilet lined up with the bottom of my wrist. I'm not exaggerating - the sink and toilet are so close to each other that you can't even fit a bath towel in between them. And behind those two is the shower, and that's the entire bathroom. Honestly, it didn't really affect me negatively anyway, but I would definitely not recommend this room for more than one person, or for a person who likes to spread their stuff out on the bathroom counter. But what this room lacked in bathroom space, it made up for in bed comfort. I loved everything about this bed: the pillows, the blankets, the mattress. It was all lovely. And the controllable thermostat on the wall allowed me to make the room nice and cold at night. The shower pressure could have been a bit more firm, but it wasn't bad. All in all, this is a solid option for a single traveler in Midtown.

Yelp
I will make this review short and sweet. I wouldn't stay here again. Although the Hotel Indigo Midtown passed the clean test (which is my number 1 priority), there were too many other things wrong. They lost me at the bathroom. How could a bathroom possibly be that tiny? Did they build the room and forget to leave space for the bathroom? My leg should not graze the toilet when exiting the shower. While this hotel is a great location to the Fox Theater, it's also way too close to the Fox Theater. City sounds and highways typically don't bother me, but I wasn't happy when Hello, Dolly! let out and I could hear the whistles of traffic control. That was too much. This may be on me, but I also thought that the breakfast was complimentary. I helped myself to a plate to learn there was a charge. At that point it was too late, so I had the mediocre options. They should have made this clearer. Ubers also had a terrible time finding me. Between the front door, the back door and the hotel next door, there were several issues. One and done. I'll look at other options next time in Atlanta.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay here. Yes the bathroom is TINY, but I set my expectations after reading all the reviews. Let's just say that the first night, one of the clean towels fell right into the toilet when I was reaching for a towel after a shower. Also the shower doors don't close properly. But I don't care since I don't own the place and there's a mat on the floor that soaks up the water anyway. The room is a good size. Comfortable, has air conditioning, and pretty modern. Room service was impeccable every night. The place has obviously been renovated. Gym is very small. More than 3 people will feel kind of awkward as it's a tight space. They didn't have yoga mats which was strange since I wanted to do some floor exercises. I didn't use any of the cardio equipment; just used weights. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the usual. Cereals, eggs, bacon, pastries, etc. I didn't check out the breakfast buffet at all unfortunately. Black coffee wasn't included in the breakfast buffet which was weird, so if you wanted a cup you'd have to pay for that out of pocket. The front desk definitely tries to make your stay welcome, to the point that every morning I was greeted with a, "Good morning!" or a, "I love your hat!" which was annoying for me as I like to slip quietly in/out of the hotel, similar to leaving my house where I don't need to talk to someone. I can't fault them for that though - they're just trying to be nice and welcoming. I'm sure other guests enjoy the commentary and the hello's. Overall this was a great hotel to stay at. Great staff, great service, a comfortable stay.

Yelp
Hotel is tired and tattered. Checked in at 2AM after a cancelled flight and no other options. The interior is dirty and worn. Starving, I picked up 2 bags of chips and a bottle of water. There were no prices and when I got the final bill found out that they were charging $4.5 per bag chip and $6 for water. Ridiculous. The bathroom was the smallest that I have ever seen. They also tack on a $10 "Historic Preservation Fee" that they fail to mention. Complete rip off, couldn't wait to leave and would NEVER go back.

Yelp
We enjoy going here for an appetizer and drink beforea show at the Fox. It's always consistent and good quality food and drinks.

Yelp
Super late check (3am) in due to storms while driving, but the clerk was super friendly and nice. Room was nice, bathroom was super small. Probably 8ft by 8ft all in (shower/toilet/sink were on top of each other). Car got broken into while in the parking garage (that cost $40 that wasn't said beforehand) and all Christmas presents were stolen. Asked about reimbursement for replacing the rear windshield, told they're not responsible for the parking garage.

Yelp
Tres cute and hella convenient, especially if you're performing @ the Fox Theater. Its quaint and artsy and convenient as all get out.

Yelp
This place is hipster AF. Everything inside is super trendy. I normally don't complain about hotels, but I won't be staying at this one again. The bed was fine. The bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom. Check out my picture. I am not exaggerating. We went to the hotel bar after our show let out at the Fox across the street, and the bartender talked to us for a second, but he made sure to help his friend who got there after us before he helped us. That was fine because once we found out that the draft beer was out of order, we just left. I don't necessarily need a luxury hotel, but I prefer it to be a little bit nicer than this one.

Yelp
Cool hotel at a good location! The room was a little tiny and the bathroom was really tiny! There's no swimming pool. But the beds were comfortable and we like the hotel vibes.

Yelp
We found this hotel by accident and are so glad we did! We will definitely be staying here next time we're in town. This will be our recommendation for our youth group to stay when we come next time as well.

Yelp
I've been having a great time the bartender here at hotel Indigo Was so helpful and supportive The bell keeping and staff was on point the The envious and the décor was a little more than I expected Please ask for bartender Hakeem he's great ... My room was exactly like the pictures no false advertisement. Something's false advertised but this was spot on as far as what they have listed in the pictures. From me highly recommended and the front desk lady name Mega was awesome

Yelp
Hotel is super reliable. Customer service was great. My only disappointment was the location, I wish it was in a more central. However, if you like quiet, this is the hotel for u.

Yelp
Great hotel for the price! Clean and well Decorated. Cute lobby. One down side: Parking was way too much--$40 even for guests. Bathroom is tiny but if you know that going in it's fine. Would definitely stay here again. Most staff were accommodating, especially the couple who I think are the owners. Enjoyed talking about your our dogs.

Yelp
The service at this hotel is stellar but the bathrooms are extremely teeny. The bathroom was such an unpleasant experience each time I went in there but everything else was great. The very responsive heating / ac unit, well stocked bar, quick internet/ cable, and unclogged elevators were all pluses in addition to the front desk service but with all that being said, this wouldn't be my first choice for hotel if I visited Atlanta again. I definitely need a bathroom that I can turn around in without knocking into things.

Yelp
Loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo! The beds were very comfortable and the thermostat kept the room at our preferred temperature. Great water pressure in the shower. The best thing about our stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. Daemon made check in quick and smooth. When rain could have forced us to fly home damp and uncomfortable, Reese arranged for a late checkout so we could clean up and travel comfortably.

Yelp
i guess this is just what comes with not staying at 5 star hotels which i usually do and didn't for some reason this time. Check in was a nightmare as the two other girls staying with me were for some reason unable to check in when they arrived before me even though i called the day before to confirm they were on the reservation and was told by someone on your staff that they would be able to access the room before i arrived. yet when they arrived yesterday they were turned away from the hotel. when i landed a few hours later i called again to authorize they were indeed on my reservation and was bounced around from hotel person on the phone, kept on hold for way too long and then eventually hung up on by the automated phone operator. When i finally got in contact with someone he was rude and unhelpful. i finally arrived to my hotel and checked into the room and then when my friends arrived again they were ONCE AGAIN told they needed MY ID even though their names were now on the reservation??? just absolutely horrible customer service. everyone that works here seems extremely unhappy and has an attitude. i get it no one is getting paid enough in this economy but come on this is your job. also it seemed as though our room had not been thoroughly cleaned upon entry as the air conditioner was dusty and made us all sneeze as soon as we turned it up. additionally the mattress was half falling off the bed frame and when i went to move the bed around to push it back on we discovered there were crumbs all over the floor next to the bed and under it. absolutely unacceptable and despite being offered a nights refund i will never be staying here again

Yelp
Very nice hotel! The room was clean and pretty quiet where I was. Staff was nice. I couldn't give 5 stars because I stayed there for 4 days and they do not have access to a microwave, so I had food go to waste. Even smaller hotel chains have microwaves, if not in the room, access to one. Also, the bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom! Very small and uncomfortable. I would stay here again, but maybe just for a night or 2.

Yelp
the front desk serivce is so unhelpful and unwilling to get us a room and told us "to go somewhere else"

Yelp
Before I begin, I have to say that I really wanted to be more satisfied here. The reviews are pretty much on point for this establishment so if you read through the Yelp reviews you should have a pretty good idea of what to expect. We had read the reviews but were hopeful that charm and service would make up for the room size issues. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, and we felt more like college dorm mates, summer camp bunk mates, or hostel-goers for the duration of our stay. The bathrooms are ungodly small. Workable for maybe a night, but for a four night stay, not so much. The renovations here leave much to be desired and at risk of parroting other reviews here, the bathroom size should be a key issue to address for any future renovations. We spent a lot of hard-earned money to enjoy a four-night Atlanta vacation here. Two years ago we spent a comparable amount to stay at the Georgian Terrace next door and the difference in our quality of stay was literally night and day. When we checked out of the Terrace we felt refreshed and taken care of. When we checked out of the Indigo we felt exhausted and so relieved to be getting out of the cramped quarters. The bar/restaurant hours are very limited and the food was sub-par. The food service staff was adequate but provided nothing special or memorable. Front desk service was friendly. The staff overall seems not to care too terribly much about providing the "boutique" experience the hotel claims to want to deliver. There are no microwaves or mini-fridges in any room. The coffee maker was dated. The room coffee provided was one bag of Maxwell House and one decaf, with two styrofoam cup set-ups. Storage space in the room was decent but not excellent. Maneuverability within the room was awful. There is only room for one-way traffic at the foot of the double beds. For four days, this was a major hassle. The door to the room bangs into the bathroom door if they are both open at the same time. My roommate was an IHG member. The Indigo does not participate in the Green Rewards program for declining room servicing. We had a great time over our vacation regardless of our issues at the Indigo. I would not return as a guest to this establishment, and I would not recommend this establishment to others. There are too many other quality establishments within walking distance to make the Indigo a contender. Location is awesome, and we did have a view of Peachtree Street from our corner room, which was great. Hotel Indigo, you have lots of room for improvements to bring your establishment up to "boutique" quality.

Yelp
Decent business hotel close to the metro station. Was in town for a quick work trip and stayed here. Service was efficient, hotel is clean, but nothing out of the ordinary. Parking is pricey, but you can walk here from the metro station, which also goes all the way to the airport and cost $6 round trip.

Yelp
Super cute hotel! It's located across from The Fox Theater. In homage to the theater, the wallpaper behind the check-in is tickets from past performances at the Fox. I checked in on a Friday evening and there was Jeezy being played in the lobby...it was so Atlanta and I loved it. The employees are very attentive and the room are super cute, very whimsical and modern. The cons are parking...it's expensive for parking in the garage and the lot across the street is ALWAYS full. Also, while the room are really cute, the bathroom are REALLY tiny, like airplane bathroom tiny. But, they let you know that when you check in.

Yelp
Hotel is centrally located but the rooms are small (including the bathroom that is so tiny you can barely turn around- not kidding!) and loud noise comes from the street so lack of double paned windows makes it hard to sleep if you're on the street side. If you're looking for a soda or bottled water you better take a walk across the street to CVS for what the hotel will charge you for a small bottle that's less ounces than that of a regular cab beverage. No ice machines so you have to go downstairs to get it yourself which is also no fun considering the elevator is on it's last legs and takes several minutes when the hotel is busy to get up to your room. Service was okay at the hotel but I've literally called three times since my departure and have left voice messages with no response on a hotel receipt which is another reason I gave a poor rating. This should be easy to come by and with no follow up and every time I call I get sent to VM I won't be staying again.

Yelp
I will NEVER recommend this particular Hotel Indigo (683 Peachtree Street, NE,) to anyone. I stayed in the Vining Hotel Indigo several weeks before this one and the experience was totally different: The Vining experience was good, the 683 Peachtree Street experience was poor. The Hotel Indigo at 683 Peachtree Street, NE use the bullshit "COVID" excuse as a reason not to clean our rooms during a four-night stay. In fact, I'm writing this review while staying in the hotel; I want to change hotels, but I also came with other family members who could not afford the cost of changing hotels. I will also be writing IHG, the club from which I reserved the rooms, to file a complaint against this particular Hotel Indigo: Having people pay for services they don't deliver is a really fucked up way to run a business, and these particular owners should NOT be in business if they're going to be such fucking crooks! Yelp
DUMP. I try to stay unemotional as I do my reviews... But it is absolutely stunning just how bad this hotel is... Sleep in your car - there's probably more room to take a shower in it. We had been pre-warned that the bathrooms were literally the size of a bread box, but that was just the beginning. We had checked in and been approved for an early check-in, only to arrive and be told that early check-in wasn't available. OK, not the end of the world, so we killed some time at some of the local restaurants - literally in each of them, we mentioned we were staying at the Indigo and were greeted with gasps. Now we know why... You can't even get ice without calling the front desk to get some. Within 75 yards of this hotel, are accommodations that are so far superior, we feel foolish having booked here. We stay in hotel accommodations roughly 40 times a year... And this is the worst, regardless of country, that we have in.

Yelp
I thought NY hotels only did this boutique/studio sizes BS... I was wrong. Small. Grateful for the fact they have hardwood floors. Afraid to take a shower. And not sure if I will sleep in the bed.

Yelp
Great hotel!!! But..... bring your ear plugs the streets are loud. Constant loud cars running up and down the streets almost lawless!!! Come on atlanta this should not be happening!!
