Hotel Indigo Atlanta Vinings |2857 Paces Ferry Rd SE, Atlanta, GA 30339|||Dear Hotel Indigo Atlanta Vinings Team,||I am writing to express my utter disappointment and disgust regarding my recent stay at your establishment from January 9th to 11th 2026 What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned into a nightmare that I will not soon forget.||Upon entering my room, I was greeted not by comfort, but by filth. The bed sheets were covered in blood stains, an absolutely unacceptable sight for any guest. I was horrified and, frankly, appalled at the state of the bedding. Instead of finding a clean and inviting atmosphere, I was met with a room that was nothing short of a health hazard.||Due to the unsanitary conditions of the room, I felt I had no choice but to leave and sleep in my car on your property for the duration of my two-night stay. This is not only unacceptable but also a gross violation of the basic standards of hospitality. I expected, at the very least, a clean and safe space to rest, and I received the complete opposite.||Given the abysmal state of my accommodations, I demand a full refund for my stay. The experience I endured was not only distressing but also entirely unacceptable for a hotel branded under the IHG umbrella.
