Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road by IHG

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Bangkok had some great highlights. The hotel's decor is absolutely stunning, and the overall sense of privacy was excellent. Our room was comfortable and well-designed, and we found the bed to be very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep . However, a few aspects of our stay were disappointing and need improvement. Firstly, we felt the cleaning standards could be better and did not consistently meet the expectations for a hotel of this caliber. More significantly, the food and beverage experience was a letdown. The food quality was not good, from the breakfast buffet to the menu at the SkyBar. This was surprising, especially since the breakfast is often mentioned as a highlight by other guests . Furthermore, the service at the SkyBar was not good at all; it was inattentive and did not reflect the otherwise high level of service found in the rest of the hotel. In summary, this is a beautiful hotel with strong fundamentals in its design and rooms. But for the price point, the issues with cleaning, food, and bar service mean I cannot give a full recommendation until these areas are improved.

As an IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador, Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road is truly one of my favourites. The interiors are chic and modern, and the rooms are spacious with stunning city views. The location is fantastic, right in a lively part of Bangkok, close to major attractions, luxury malls, and just a short walk from Lumphini Park. My special thanks to Ms JAH and Ms AOM for the exceptional hospitality they have extended to me every time I stayed in this property. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this property. The staff are exceptionally courteous and always willing to help. The food is delicious — both the breakfast spread and the in-room dining options are excellent.

This hotel is a gem! It’s right smack in the middle of Bangkok yet so peaceful! Walking distance to 711 and a BTS station. It’s surrounded by excellent parks, where you could take a morning stroll or find an afternoon pick up basketball game, as I did! Everyone in the staff accommodated to all of my needs with a smile on their face despite being super busy at times throughout my stay. The breakfast is pretty good. I was reading some of the reviews before booking and people were pretty adamant that it was terrible! I was pleasantly surprised! This was my second time staying at this hotel, definitely won’t be my last! In a world of fakes, this place is as real as they come!

Amazing hotel with a nice decoration and pretty complete and tasty breakfast, comprehending both local and continental options. Their pool in the rooftop with a view of Bangkok’s skyline is the highlight of the place in my opinion. I want to make a special mention to the hotel staff that was extremely helpful and understanding when one of my friends, also a guest in the hotel, caught a stomach bacteria. The hotel cared about us, extended the check out time so we could have time to recover and pack without any rush, and I could feel they were genuinely nice people. All this makes me thing this would be the first place I would check in my next trip to Bangkok.

I had a lovely time here. Good location for walking and the train station, good amenities including rooftop pool, rooftop bar and restaurant, indoor lounge bar, and gym. Rooms are spacious. Ongoing issue with toilet flush was dealt with promptly. Room service staff super helpful with heating up some leftover food I had, super grateful for that as very easy to just say no. Makeup mirror in bathroom is not near a good light source but the big mirror in the bedroom is well positioned for daytime light. Do not disturb signs were always respected. Sustainability in relation to replacing towels was as well. This is a decent option if you’re not looking to spend crazy money on the extra wow factor.

It was a great experience staying at Hotel Indigo Wireless im Bangkok. Stylish rooms and facilities, wonderful rooftop Infinity Pool and Bar. Very hearty and more than polite personell. My son had birthday and without us giving any hint the hotel had prepared our room with birthday cake and baloons. Special thanks to Tom, reception staff!

We’re there for our anniversary and the duty manager made sure our room was decorated as i requested and we’re given so many sweet and treats. So friendly and helpful staff, they make everything convenient for you. Hotel is super clean, cozy, bed super comfy and the location is superb! In the middle of city centre but serene surrounded by embassy. Totally love it! And will definitely come back! 🩷🩷

Very clean, spacious rooms and nice bathroom. Close to BTS station and central world mall and nana plaza area, but tucked away so that there was not a lot of street noise. A nice local street food market around couple blocks away with lots of choices. Overall had a great stay
