I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Design is great- room facilities are excellent really matching with the boutique style. Check out was very smooth - and lovely to meet a young professional receptionist- Khun Am. She has a great voice and looks hospitable. Her smile is a real one and she also did introduce about the hotel story to me to let me understand about how the concept of hotel is. Not forgetting to mention the breakfast, very good service. Looking forward to experiencing another stay here.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and has excellent facilities. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. But what really made the difference was the staff — they were truly outstanding. Every single person, from the doorman to the general manager, was incredibly kind and attentive. The team at the restaurant, breakfast area, and bars went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Indigo team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Staff greeted us at the car with warm smiles, and at reception, they offered delicious cold tamarind drinks – a perfect refreshing touch after traveling. As IHG Platinum members, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony city view room. The staff handled this seamlessly without us even needing to ask, which really demonstrated their attention to guest experience. The Room: The room itself is absolutely gorgeous – modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. The balcony city view is a wonderful bonus. You can tell this property is well-maintained and clearly one of the top places to stay when visiting Bangkok. Overall Impression: While we haven’t yet explored the rooftop or restaurants (there are already plenty of reviews and photos for those), we wanted to share our room experience and highlight the exceptional service we’ve received so far. My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Bangkok had some great highlights. The hotel's decor is absolutely stunning, and the overall sense of privacy was excellent. Our room was comfortable and well-designed, and we found the bed to be very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep . However, a few aspects of our stay were disappointing and need improvement. Firstly, we felt the cleaning standards could be better and did not consistently meet the expectations for a hotel of this caliber. More significantly, the food and beverage experience was a letdown. The food quality was not good, from the breakfast buffet to the menu at the SkyBar. This was surprising, especially since the breakfast is often mentioned as a highlight by other guests . Furthermore, the service at the SkyBar was not good at all; it was inattentive and did not reflect the otherwise high level of service found in the rest of the hotel. In summary, this is a beautiful hotel with strong fundamentals in its design and rooms. But for the price point, the issues with cleaning, food, and bar service mean I cannot give a full recommendation until these areas are improved.

As soon as you step inside, the staff greet you with a warm smile and a hello. The foyer has a lovely relaxing vibe to it and check-in can't get any easier. The staff are always there to assist you in any matter. The rooms are fantastic, the comfortable beds are always nice to melt into. The pool deck has amazing views across the Bangkok skyline and has plenty of space under cover, if you want to stay out of the sun. The rooftop bar has to be experienced at least once, the views are fantastic and the mojito's have to be one of the best in Bangkok.

It is one of the good hotels I have stayed in. Relatively small hotel by number of rooms and offers a casual stay experience (for those who want to avoid all the 'heavy-ness' of a five-star hotel atmosphere). Essentially ticks all the boxes and offers bit more on the top. Nicely located for both public transport or getting taxis to parts of the town most visitors would go to. Service is decent, staff is helpful (more so if you stay there frequently or an IHG1 member). Breakfast is good, onsite restaurant and sky bar are worth a visit and 25th floor pool and gym are convenient and come with a view. Good restaurants, shopping and attractions within a couple miles around the hotel. Very safe neighborhood with major embosses located literally next-door. It once offered a great value too but has grown expensive over past 3-4 years with prices now matching other major hotel brands located in the area.

As an IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador, Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road is truly one of my favourites. The interiors are chic and modern, and the rooms are spacious with stunning city views. The location is fantastic, right in a lively part of Bangkok, close to major attractions, luxury malls, and just a short walk from Lumphini Park. My special thanks to Ms JAH and Ms AOM for the exceptional hospitality they have extended to me every time I stayed in this property. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this property. The staff are exceptionally courteous and always willing to help. The food is delicious — both the breakfast spread and the in-room dining options are excellent.

10/10 service from the staff throughout our stay. The attention to detail is immaculate and they always had a smile on their faces.
