We loved our stay at the hotel for a number of reasons but the staff were the number 1 reason. Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy working there. It is a boutique style hotel so does not have all of the offerings of a larger chain hotel but that can be a good thing. The room is well laid out and there is some clever design to maximise the space. The bed is firm but not hard and lovely linen and fluffy towels. Shower pressure is good but not great and there isnt a coffee machine in the room but there is a kettle. Breakfast was included for us and it was very good and we also ate at the hotel in the evening and really enjoyed it. The pool is located at the neighbouring Voco hotel and its small but its a pool if you want it. The parking - it isnt at the hotel but it is manageable and we had a discount as part of a luxury escapes package so it was well priced for CBD. I would recommend checking in and leaving your bags at the hotel before proceeding to the car park and the reverse when leaving. Its a little clunky but perfectly doable. We would return.

First time staying at the hotel. Had a pet stay, staff were very friendly and ambiance very relaxing. The location right in the heart of the city. Perfect location to Brisbane's best shopping. If your driving there is no valet parking would not recommend staying here if you have a car. To be honest its only a good hotel for people flying in and staying in the city. Parking is not convient and we did not have good experience getting our car when we left the hotel. Also not grass areas for your dog will need to walk a few blocks to take your dog to the toilet. Overall had a nice weekend but wont be returning to this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay for three nights. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center, not far from the botanic gardens and almost directly at the river. The bar is nice overlooking the street from above, interesting cocktails. Nicely decorated rooms, well maintained, 24h reception, a nice pool area in the neighbouring hotel with pool towels.

Although the room is not large, the layout and interior design make very good use of the space. However, housekeeping standards and staff training clearly need significant improvement. Before booking, I read some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues and assumed they might be isolated cases, especially considering this is an IHG property. Unfortunately, our actual stay confirmed those concerns. The room was genuinely dirty. All surfaces including the coffee table, vanity, and bedside tables had sticky drink residue. There were food crumbs on the sofa and the floor, and dust everywhere. The only items that appeared to have been properly changed were the bed linens and towels. As a result, we had to clean the room ourselves upon arrival. This is honestly one of the least clean hotels I have ever stayed in.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and helpful staff (helped print out our itinerary, store our bags, reactive to any questions/comments), good selection for breakfast, big rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were really impressed with this hotel. The location is in a great spot. We hired a care from the airport and the hotel provide a discounted rate for a car park which is less than a 3 minute walk around the corner. We had a lovely welcome from the staff when we arrived and they continued to be really helpful throughout our stay. Their breakfast was good and I noticed they had gluten free choices. The room was quirky I really liked it, a tad small but the balcony was huge! Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I had to change rooms due to an issue with my original room, and Daniel was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. Even after moving, there was a problem with the phone in the new room, so I couldn’t receive the wake-up call. Daniel personally came up and knocked on my door at the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Although there were a few things I wasn’t fully satisfied with at the hotel, Daniel’s kindness and dedication truly made up for it. He left a very positive impression and made my stay much better.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel right on the edge of the CBD, so everything is in walking distance - shops, restaurants, museums, etc.|Were pleasantly surprised when arriving quite early, they advised they had a room immediately available for us. A clean, comfortable room which had all the items you would generally expect. Would have liked a slightly larger room but must say the designer used the space available to maximum affect. Would have liked to have had a coffee machine in the room, save going to their bar in the evening, as no coffee places open in the evenings ( only during the day for workers!). We did utilize the gym which had sufficient items for a workout - must say the treadmill was quite unique, and maybe they could have some lighter free weights for the women - not everyone is a weightlifter and just wants toning!|The breakfast buffet was excellent - 3 or 4 options of cut fruit plus various yoghurts and multi choices of cereals and also bread to toast. Eggs to order plus a couple of options for hot sides - bacon, etc. Very much appreciated the barista coffee available on order.|We enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay here again when in Brisbane.
