I rarely write reviews about hotels or restaurants, but this place is too special not to share - this hotel is a true gem in Brussels! First of all, the design is simply wonderful. As we were told, it was inspired by the nearby botanical garden, and you can really feel it. It’s like a small branch of the garden itself - filled with plants, books, natural decor, and what’s even more impressive is that everything is real. There are living green plants and even terrariums- not artificial ones like in many other places. The scent in the hotel is also worth mentioning - both the general aroma and the cosmetics in the room smell so amazing, you’ll want to cover yourself in it :))))) The room has everything you need, including a full ironing set—no need to go ask at the reception like in many hotels. There’s also a bottle you can refill yourself at water stations on every floor - such a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. The restaurant and lobby have a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is vegetarian and offers delicious business lunches prepared by the chef. We also enjoyed a drink at the hotel’s Urban Picnic lobby bar, and I really appreciated how cozy and comfortable the space felt - no stiff or showy vibe, and definitely no feeling of being constantly watched. And lastly, the staff here is incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. You can tell they truly care and want to make your stay as smooth as possible. This hotel truly has a soul- and that makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

Checked in for two nights as a Diamond Elite, the location is 5 mins walk from Gare du Nord and therefore accessible from any other station. ||We received wonderful welcome, a little packet with some Belgian waffles, drinks voucher, points and opted for the Breakfast as a welcome amenity and what a wonderful breakfast it was!||Delicious yoghurt, freshly squeezed juice, wasn’t a fan of the Turkey bacon (prefer the real deal) but the restaurant had a lovely ambience, breakfast was well stocked and even better when it’s included.||We were given a room upgrade to a suite and what a fantastic room, it will be remembered as one of my very best stays with Indigo. The hotel and staff are certainly kind and generous.||The room was just so clean and perfect and our stay really felt very special. I would return to the hotel in a heartbeat. ||Lovely lobby and bar area and actually the theme throughout the hotel was quirky and flowed through really well. So, great decor and great welcome amenities and service.

Good location, great design, coffee machine in the room, nice smell of fragrances on each floor. Rooms are clean, air conditioned. On each floor there are water stations for gas and still water, which is perfect in the summer heat. Service was very good , especially on reception: helpful, quick. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend for job or rest tour to Brussels.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Metro station and has been recently renovated. I booked two double rooms, and was very happy with the space and design of my room. But the second room, which was the same price as the first room, was nearly half the size. There was barely enough space to squeeze pass between the bed and the wardrobe. We were less than impressed. Fortunately the receptionist was helpful and changed the room for us.

We loved our stay here. Two adults and two children, we had a very nice view of the city outside. Good location, it’s just outside the city center. We walked 15 minutes to the grand place, but we are also next to the train, or tram? We just walked everywhere. The people who work here are delightful. Our stay included breakfast, although I don’t think its always like that. For me paying for sit down breakfast is never worth it, but the free breakfast was perfect here. Nice atmosphere too. Comfy beds! I would certainly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo in Brussels. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a unique and inspiring interior design that truly sets it apart. Every detail of the décor feels thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that is both relaxing and stylish. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming — she made me feel at home right from the start and was very helpful throughout my stay. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and delicious — and the location of the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the city and accessing everything you need. I also really appreciated the hotel’s additional amenities. One of my favorite features was the on-site restaurant, which offers a great selection of healthy food and fresh salads — perfect for anyone looking to eat well while travelling. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Indigo for anyone visiting Brussels. It’s a place where design, comfort, warm service, and a top location come together beautifully.

I have stayed here before and this time my room was bigger and more comfortable. I liked the water fountain in the elevator lobby, and the sound of birds was also rememberable. The check-in was easy, but the kiosk did not work for us.|The location is great, and the restaurant has some creative vegetarian plates that are unique, in my experience. ||The Indigo is a great choice in the Rogier area with great connections to the metro, mall and attractions.

My wife and me were originally booked for a 2 night stay. However a strike at Berlin airport meant we had to cut it to 1 night only. That was a shame. The hotel offers everything they claim, it is modern, stylish and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant other than breakfast which offered a good choice of good quality food. The hotel location is handy being only a short walk from either the train station or the city centre. We had a lovely stay and can highly recommend the hotel.
