Hotel Indigo Brussels - City by IHG

I stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Brussels recently. The hotel is conveniently located close to Brussels North station and Place Rogier, which made getting around the city easy. The room was very clean, which I really appreciated. I loved the botanical style décor – it looked beautiful and made the room feel fresh and welcoming. The design really stood out compared to standard hotel rooms.|Breakfast costs €27 per person. The selection was really good overall with plenty of options. However, I was disappointed that there was no real bacon or proper sausages – only vegetarian options and turkey bacon. For someone who enjoys a traditional breakfast, this was a letdown. Also, surprisingly, there was no honey available, which seemed like an odd thing to be missing at that price point. But apart from those things, the food quality and variety were good.|The Hotel Indigo Brussels is a nice hotel with great design and a convenient location near Brussels North and Place Rogier. The room looked fantastic with the botanical theme. The breakfast had some gaps for my taste, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Indigo Brussels! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel truly welcome. The design of the hotel is beautiful, stylish yet cozy, and it creates such a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a real highlight – the bread selection was excellent, fresh and varied. My room was very comfortable, especially the bed, which guaranteed a perfect night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed dining at the restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding. Highly recommended!

We attend with 2 kids and they were obsessed with every detail- from playful parrots on the walls to playlist it the shower. The whole hotel has such a special atmosphere-eco friendly, full of character and with real soul. You can truly feel that the team works as one family and their attention to gu at is exceptional. |Also met Elena, the hotel manager, who greeted us with such warmth and care…|As for me, the location is perfect-within walking distance to everything you might want to see in Brussels, yet not in overcrowded area. Easy parking and park right at the hotel. |Will definitely come back!

The room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, spacious, snug, cozy comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, appropriate shower supplied with washing creams and hair lotions. Air-conditioning and adjustable temperature gauge, safe, ironing board and refillable mineral water available in the foyer which was very convenient. That all you can eat breakfast was fantastic lots of suitable options coffee, juices suitable for all diet types and gluten-free options. The bar was lovely full of lots of Belgian beers to choose from the staff for a friendly there was also a non-alcoholic beer available. The only negative I’d say was that the restaurant was vegetarian only with practically no meat options. And maybe some additional fruit options would’ve been helpful on the breakfast such as dates.

Bed was so unbelievably comfortable and I loved the atmosphere there. The tropical drink I had at the bar was incredible, seriously one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Loved my stay and was overall very impressed. The also let me leave my luggage for most of the day after checkout since I had an appointment and were very accommodating.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels City was truly delightful. The hotel combines modern design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is fantastic, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and major attractions, making it perfect for exploring Brussels. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and delicious. Overall, an excellent choice for any visit to Brussels.

The rooms are professional cleaned and updated. Enjoy a comfortable nights sleep on the very soft and luxurious bedding & mattress. We appreciate the affordable rates, professional, courteous, staff and helpful front desk service. The breakfast in the morning is delicious, healthy and very fresh! They also offer vegan/vegetarian options. Looking forward to our visit again! The location is excellent! Close to all the main shopping streets and also the central square. The hotel is small but has good facilities including a well equipped gym and sauna.The regular rooms can be really small, but we were fortunate to get a relatively spacious room. Overall the place doesn't feel very clean or new - housekeeping can be improved.But the front desk and service staff are all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is too small and many people were in line during the peak weekend when we were there. The spread could be improved though, always the same everyday and very limited hot food.
