Perfect location as it was walking distance from the shopping area and the popular tourist spots without being directly in the centre of the crowd and noise. There is access to public transport just outside the hotel. There are loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were accommodating. The rooms are pretty and quite spacious. The hallway smells divine! There are comfy sitting areas near the lift with available books to read. Each room has a refillable glass bottle and you can find a water station within your floor were you can fill the bottle with still/sparkling water.

WOW—what an incredible hotel! We booked this as part of a BA Holidays package and were a little skeptical at first, but any doubts disappeared the moment we arrived. The location is PERFECT, right in the heart of everything. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and I loved how safe it felt with the room key required to use the elevator. The staff were honestly AMAZING, so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Customer service was next level. We stayed on the 4th floor, which had the most gorgeous botanical theme. There were bird sounds softly playing through the speakers, and the whole floor smelled unreal thanks to the automatic air freshener. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Absolute gem!

Great staff, easy to walk from Brussels North Station. Bar and bar staff were amazing. The room was clean, good size , with a modern bathroom. Really enjoyed our 1 night stay, we will stay here next time we are in Brussels. The staff recognised my IHG status and check in was very smooth. All of the staff spoke excellent English and were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this hotel

Fabulous hotel located close to Brussels North station and right next to Rogier metro, just a few stops away from Brussels Ziud/Eurostar terminal. I loved the tropical and botanic decor and fresh vibe around the hotel. The room felt cosy and was dimly lit. It had the most comfiest bed which led to a relaxing stay. Also a nice touch was the waiting area on each floor with the sound of tropical birds and a water fountain, removing the need for excess waste and plastic water bottles… you simply fill up the glass bottle left in your room whenever you need drinking water or fill your own bottles on your way out. I’ll definitely be returning and hopefully use the sauna and gym next time.

This is a wonderful place to stay in. The location is fantastic. Its around 8 minutes walk from Brussels Nord train station and a 15 minutes ride to the Brussles Midi station. It's located right in the heart of the city and is close to a lot of attractions! The rooms are very large and nicely designed. The TV placement is a bit odd, but that doesn't bother me much. The bathrooms are also large and nice. The toiletries are very good and it's easy to skip carrying your own shower gels and hand cream. The breakfast spread is amazing! I missed having breakfast here as I was leaving very early, but the hotel staff was extremely nice to pack a take away box for me. I would strongly recommend this place. The staff is very helpful.

I have a mixed opinion of this hotel and it’s offerings. On balance I would recommend it especially as the breakfast is very good. In regard to the room it was adequate but ours was quite noisy. The location is excellent and easy to get to and from. The staff were excellent. I was annoyed that on two nights the hotel restaurant was not open and very little by way of room service was available.

Such a stylish and modern hotel in the center of Brussels. My room had beautiful botanical-themed décor and felt super cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was powerful — exactly what you want after a day of walking. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. Breakfast was excellent with fresh bread and local cheeses. The location made it easy to explore the city without needing transport. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Great hotel! The aesthetic was refreshing. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The sauna is an excellent plus. A bit of a walk to the city center but not impossible. Super close to Brussels North station which made getting to the hotel from the airport very easy.
