We had an incredibly satisfying experience at this hotel. The front desk staff’s kindness and service were truly exceptional. The adorable white dog, which felt like the hotel’s mascot, was absolutely lovable. The spacious and comfortable hotel room, the handwritten welcome card, and the delicious complimentary breakfast all made our stay even more special. The warm and slightly salty swimming pool and spa provided the perfect relaxation for our family. The salt in the pool water even seemed to have a beneficial effect on our skin. It was a truly delightful night, and we would love to visit again when we have the chance!

Thoroughly enjoyed our secod stay at the Hotel Indigo in Columbus, Indiana. The bed was so comfy and the room very clean. I really appreciate the climate control at the Indigo. No adjustment was needed and we never heard any loud annoying unit kick on. Loved the unique details in the room. The shower was hot with great water pressure. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Friendly and helpful staff. We will always stay here when visiting this area.

We stayed here because of proximity to our son's home. We paid a very fair price. Staff was all very friendly and helpful with check ins via text to see if everything was OK with our accommodations. I will mention the height of the bed was so high we had trouble getting into bed. The room was overall clean. The shower water pressure was excellent! The room lighting was quite dim making it harder to see and applg makeup. We basically wasted $30 on a breakfast that seemed like carton liquid eggs chopped into scrambled bits of eggs. They ran out of milk. Oatmeal was average but all very overpriced. We unfortunately will not return, not, because it was super bad, we just can get so much more at other IHG properties in the next town for the same price which include a complimentary breakfast. All the workers were super nice and helpful so I don't want to give them any criticism. The hotel is just tired and outdated. I would love to give this hotel another try but as of now unlikely

My home away from home for business once or twice a month for many years. Kudos to Derek for cleaning snow off the cars. Always above and beyond service from Kim, John and Yvonne as well. Comfy beds, food is better than one expects from a hotel. If things aren’t perfect they will certainly make it right

It is sad to see how this former Hotel Indigo (now Holiday Inn Express) property has declined. This used to be one of my favorite hotels to stay at when in the Indianapolis area. Now it is one to avoid. The biggest issue was that their single elevator was out of service and I saw no progress towards getting it repaired while I was there. The staff was very cold and mechanical in their interactions with me, and basic things you come to expect were missing... such as no market with basic snacks or sundries. When I asked, they referred me to a poorly stocked vending machine on the 2nd floor (once again, no elevator). Their breakfast was missing some of the standard items that are typical at a Holiday Inn Express, such as the cinnamon rolls or boiled eggs, or hot chocolate at the coffee station. On top of all this, the price was high for a Holiday Inn Express. I only stayed there because I remembered liking the property as a Hotel Indigo, but I will not be coming back here until there is a change in the management or ownership.

First time staying at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. However, the elevator made a strange, unpleasant noise that was a bit concerning. Our room was very clean—no musty smell, likely because the windows don’t open, which was a plus. I loved the art and overall aesthetic of the room. The bathroom was fairly clean, though the towels could’ve used a good shake. I was impressed by the locally sourced soap—such a refreshing touch! The in-room steamer was also a nice bonus. The view was lovely, but the fact that this is a dog-friendly hotel was an adjustment for me, as I could hear dogs barking in nearby rooms. For breakfast, I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich, a parfait to-go, and some tea with local honey. The sandwich and parfait were delicious, though the parfait presentation could use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the noisy dogs and the elevator issue. Thank you, Hotel Indigo Columbus Architecture!

My best friend and I experienced a fantastic weekend getaway at the Columbus, Indiana Hotel Indigo. The hotel's Christmas decor was whimsical and made a great backdrop for fun selfies! The reception staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until we checked out. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Our favorite part of our stay was the AMAZING Shower!! The water pressure was like being in a human carwash!

We stayed for an overnight on our way from Nashville to Indianapolis with our dog and were so glad we had stayed here! The front desk staff working in the evening, wearing an orange shirt, (sorry I forgot to ask his name) is VERY attentive, friendly, and professional. He took really good care of us including our dog and I believe he’s also a dog lover, which is absolutely a bonus for us! He also introduced the hotel ambassador, Tripp, and share Tripp’s story with us! 🐕 We had a wonderful lovely stay and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel restaurant! Definitely looking forward to coming back! Keep up the good work! 👍
