Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown

What an amazing stay we had at Indigo. The rooms were excellent. Clean & airy with a lot of space. The staff starting from the reception were very helpful and always carried a smile on their face. The breakfast was excellent, and on all 4 days we stayed there, there was always a variety. The breakfast staff especially were very accommodating and helpful. Special mention to Augustine & Ajay, who went out of their way to help us. They were very helpful and gave us suggestions of the dishes. Always came to our table to see that we were okay, and offered help. Keep up the good work Hotel Indigo!!! We will definitely be back, and will be recommending your hotel to our colleagues back home in Canada. Thank you for making our visit to Dubai a very memorable and fun filled one🙏

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind special thanks to Ismail at the reception and Ayoub and the rest of the breakfast team for their exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was outstanding every detail was taken care of with a smile. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Dubai Mall and close to everything you need. The hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful stay! Nice location close to Dubai mall. Well kept and nicely decorated rooms. Unique vibe. Enjoyed the complimentary refreshments in the morning. Mostafa was very helpful and friendly! He ensured I had a pleasant check out experience. Also Amos and the housekeeping staff ensured my room was kept nice and clean each day, with special towel designs as a treat to come back to. Really enjoyed my stay here!

We loved the place! It smelled nice when we walked in a we were greeted with a smile and could check in early, our room was ready so it was not a problem. It is nice to be able to do that after a long flight. The rooms are amazing and we loved the design of the hotel. It has a nice pool which is just what you need to relax. The restaurant is amazing, the food is outstanding and service is very attentive and quick. We loved every minute of our stay and will book again!

Myself and my girlfriend love the Indigo Brand of hotels from IHG we normally stay in the UK ones so when we booked our holiday to Dubai, it was a no brainer. Indigo Downtown Dubai was amazing from start to finish. We arrived early and greeted with outstanding staff with the best welcoming smiles from Michael. The location is perfect it’s easy walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Kalifa and all of downtown. The rooms are awesome and comfortable and quiet we had a creek view room with huge floor to ceiling windows. There is a lot of construction around the hotel that some people might not appreciate but I’m abit of a construction nerd and loved it… it’s almost a spectacle in its self I found. Everything is clean in this hotel I’ve never been to a hotel so clean and then you have the staff, every single member of staff is so attentive, friendly, chatty and will do anything for you. Ned at the pool bar, Auoub and Eiei Roman and Nafil, in the restaurant to name a few. Used the well equipped gym a couple of times which is perfect and had a couples treatment at the onsite spa which was so relaxing would 100% recommend if you stay you get a treatment. The staff are what really make this hotel what it is and should all be very proud of the hard work they all put in, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Will be visiting again soon!

During this trip, I tried three international hotels, but I chose to end my journey at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, and it turned out to be the best decision I made. What really stood out to me was the breakfast staff and the valet service—everyone was genuinely friendly and always smiling. Every request was handled quickly and with great care. The service was elegant in every detail, which made the stay truly comfortable and special. As for the reception staff, they were incredibly kind and welcoming. Not only did they offer assistance with a smile, but they even surprised guests with juices and pieces of chocolate when asked a question—this reflects a high level of professionalism and hospitality. The hotel is outstanding in terms of cleanliness and service, but it’s truly the staff that made the experience unforgettable. This was my favorite trip, simply because it ended at this wonderful hotel. Thank you ❤️

This not our first time with hotel it's really unique design. Everything thing was perfect from reception until the room. Also I want to thank all stuff specially their manager "Christine" she left a good impression at me with her kindness and her beautiful smile 😊
