My husband and I stayed at the Indigo separately on two occasions to visit our daughter and we both really liked the hotel. It is very nicely decorated and maintained and the beds are SO comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful and the hotel is in a great location downtown. The entire area is clean and we felt very safe. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and the bar on the main floor also has a good selection of bar food. The pool area is beautiful. I sat and read my book for a long time and there were very few others around. We have stayed at other nice hotels in the area, but we will go back to Indigo on the next trip.

This hotel is beautiful and has such a cool, unique style. I’m going to be honest - I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels since I’m a Diamond Elite member, so I’ve seen a bit of everything lol. Every time we stay here, we love the vibe, but I have noticed that the regular rooms are really small and kind of cramped. We usually get the suite, but when it’s booked, we’re left in a tight space. Also, the AC is a little weird-the room doesn’t feel like it’s fully circulating, so if you like your room super cold, you might not love that. But you can ask the staff for a fan and they’re really helpful about it. On the bright side, I’ve never had an issue with the rooms being dirty, and the views are honestly beautiful. The lobby area is one of my favorite parts-it’s open, nice for working or eating, and there’s even a little area behind the bar that’s a fun touch. And I have to say, valet is amazing. The older gentleman who usually works overnight is seriously the sweetest. I always feel safe leaving my car with them and they’re super accommodating. Attached it Mamacitas, is a delightful place to eat very yummy and I recommend. However… the male Hispanic bartender upstairs. YES, he makes your drinks strong I will say BUT he is very rude and thought we did not understand Spanish so he would tell his co-worker to “let us wait” when we first arrived and attended to a group of gentleman and served them drinks despite getting there after us. We left and later on his co- worker apologized and confirmed he was being rude and has many complaints the coworker even told he treats staff with disrespect and is often rude to guest in the bar. The hotel did take care of of the situation with the male bartender but he was extremely openly rude and will ignore you very obviously. Supposedly from what staff told us they get many complaints on him.

Staff was amazing and the hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance or short drive of a lot of stuff. The pool gives you this serene feel and the drinks are delicious. Three restaurant downstairs is really good but is pricey. We had a great view of the train tracks and the lone star on the mountain. Only issues we had were the showers can get scalding hot for no reason and cause some minor burns. And there isn't any refrigerators, safes, or microwave in the room.

I love this hotel when coming to El Paso. It is comfy and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is amazing. It’s always clean. The restaurant downstairs has the most amazing food. Great pool and bar area. With area to work in lobby as well. The room is set up nice with a desk area and great shower/bathroom.

Some of the food in the restaurant is good but, some is barely tolerable. Room is clean, but dated. Luke warm shower but, turns to cold quickly. Lounge drinks aren't consistent. Some great martinis others not drinkable. No, safe in the room. To pay over $200 a night, you expect a little better!

The walls in this place must be made of cardboard. You can hear literally everything that everyone is doing or speaking about. Ironically enough, we were told that our room “opposite of pool view” would be a much quieter experience. It wasn’t. For some reason the lobby of this hotel is on floor 5. So you have to make multiple elevator trips before getting to your room which is slightly annoying because there’s only 2 elevators so sometimes it took long to get an elevator. Would rather the lobby be on the first floor that way you’re only getting on the elevator one time when you’re headed up to your room. AC doesn’t work the best. In the mornings it was extremely warm. The sun is really rough on those windows and the heat just pours in. Parking. You can’t park on your own here. If you want to park at the hotel you are forced to valet your car with them at a fixed price per day. So I hope the valet employees are paid accordingly, because I would imagine not many people are tipping them if they’re already paying a fixed price every day. Unfortunately, if given the opportunity, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Everyone from valet to pool waitress tho restaurants staff and front desk were amazing. Dave brought us a refrigerator and was very helpful as well. Amazing stay. Pool is beautiful and heated. Very clean. Just a positive stay all around. Stayed at different hotels downtown and this is the best by far

This is my go-to hotel for a staycation, whether it's for a family night or a date night. I love the aesthetic of this hotel; it’s different from other IHG hotels. Everything was five stars! On our first night, we were at the pool when a dust storm hit, and the employees quickly came out to offer help and brought towels for my kids. Most importantly, I want to thank and recognize David, who assisted us with our luggage and even put our drinks in an ice bucket, which we really appreciated. He was AMAZING! We mentioned that we were there for the Michelada Fest, and he helped us secure a room right in front of the festival. It was an amazing experience, all thanks to him!

Yelp
I forgot to post a review but this was for my fabulous stay back in September. The Hotel Indigo was the best overall stay and experience for me and my family. We appreciate your hospitality from everybody from the Front Desk to the Valet, and Housekeeping. We enjoyed the Downtown view to the Friday nightlounge and pool. The restaurant was close to the ballpark where we had fun. The breakfast and lunch hit the spot. Thank you again Hotel Indigo for closing out our Summer in a memorable way.

Yelp
Okay! Cute, adorable, chic, new, trendy. D (at the bar/restaurant by pool) AMAZING! Fire alarms going on "this has never happened before" well into the night not so cool or chic. The room is perfect with a view of the pool. It's gets hot y'all so keep window blinds shut. We had to get a small fan to help. It's 102° of course it gets warm. The staff has been kind and again, D! She served us by the pool, she brought iced water out with every round we had! That's just incredible service and she's so friendly! Anyway, love it!

Yelp
Great location. Clean rooms and greet staff. Fifth floor host a really nice bar and a pool. Very serene spot for teleworking first thing in the morning. The gym is on a small side, consisting of only a couple treadmills some free weights a peloton air climber. Three people working out, makes it feel crowded

Yelp
Mid-century modern is my favorite housing style and décor, and this is exactly that. Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown has that flair to it, that's stylish, hip and cool. Plus, the downtown location, walking distance to many restaurants and establishments is convenient. We checked in on a Friday evening and the lobby is actually upstairs after you drive up to the garage area where the parking is for guests. They only have valet parking here, which is $18 a day. When we arrived at the lobby, we heard live music playing, which was nice. We were told that they have live music until 1am on the weekends, and they ask guests to sign a document acknowledging this. For us, we didn't mind. But I can see why this would not be good for others if they need a quiet space for sleeping, etc. It's definitely something to keep in mind if you're looking at booking here for a weekend. The hotel had everything we needed - AC, wifi, a big, comfortable bed, etc. Our room had a TV, plenty of lighting/lamps, good shower, toiletries, teas, coffee and a kettle. However, it didn't have a fridge, which was surprising. The amenities are nice here. There's a pool that's right by the lobby and is off of the patio area where the bar and live music was. They also had a gym here, as well as a restaurant on site. I did notice that it's dog friendly, which is always a big star in my book! My partner and I were only staying here for a night as we were making El Paso a starting point for our road trip. However, I wouldn't have minded staying another night, especially to see more of the city. But next time! Good stay.

Yelp
Service was so slow. There was two other guests waiting for food and it took 45 minutes to get served. Food was good once we received it but definitely I would consider walking to a nearby restaurant for faster service.

Mark E.

Yelp
Property was stolen from my vehicle at the valet and the motel did nothing. 0 out 5. When I talked to the manager they transferred me to the valet and they never answered.

Yelp
I have to revise my previous review. Hotel Indigo decided to do the right thing, but after I posted a highly negative review of their hotel. After more than a few back and forth communications with several, different contacts, they refunded our entire amount. I cannot expect more than that under the circumstances.

Yelp
I went to brunch here recently. The vibe was great, and the service and food were amazing. Definitely recommend coming here.

Yelp
Me and my partner really enjoyed our time at Hotel Indigo! We decided to try out this hotel again as Vanessa the GM was gracious enough to offer us a room free of charge. This visit was such a change and for the better! We enjoyed the amenities and really enjoyed our room. We had Mamacitas the following morning and were blown away with the chilaquiles!! Thank you so much Vanessa for your hospitality!

Yelp
Hotel Indigo was home base for me for a quick work trip to El Paso, and I loved it! The hotel is in a great walkable location right downtown and I felt super safe there traveling alone. The lobby is on the 5th floor. My room wasn't ready when I arrived early, but I hung out on a shady couch near the pool and enjoyed the warm weather and my book. My 9th floor room was ready at the regular check in time. My view was awesome - I could see the pool and mountains from my room. This was great so I could tell if the pool was busy (spoiler alert, it never was while I was there) before heading downstairs. The bed was super comfortable, the AC was working, and I loved the big shower. I would have liked a mini fridge for leftovers and water, but that was really my only small complaint about the room itself. Working USB ports right by the bed were great! I would honestly give five stars for the pool alone - it was so peaceful and calming with the waterfall, awesome view, and great atmosphere. It was never crowded, and the varied seating was nice - the three cabanas were usually taken but I was happy to sit in the full sun with plenty of SPF! There was a mix up with a Door Dash order that my friend tried to send me on my last night - it was nowhere to be found, unfortunately. It might be helpful to have a sign in the entrance lobby downstairs that tells food deliveries to go up to the 5th floor lobby, since no one was manning the desk downstairs whenever I was down there. I only interacted with two different employees while at the Indigo - one was super nice and friendly and was trying to assist me with the Door Dash mix up. The other employee was less friendly but not rude. There is a bar inside by the pool area that serves food and drinks, and a restaurant downstairs that I'll write a separate review for. I would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
This is my second time staying here. My first time a couple years ago I thought it was A special event that they Had a DJ playing loud banging music that literally rocks the building all day and night. So if you need to rest at all , you won't get it. So, my second time same thing. I have a very Important performance tonight can't get any sleep at all before my performance. Must use my headphones now to block Out music. the music is Blasting! They won't accommodate their guests . So I must try Corporate . Be aware that this hotel

Yelp
Do not go here ever! Terrible customer service & unhappy with everything about this place. Don't waste your time or money!
google avatar

Sonya J.

Yelp
Jasmine at the front desk is without a doubt one of the best people to represent your company. She was so knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping us navigate the city. I didn't know what to expect because of the news but the hotel and downtown EL Paso were so surprisingly different. We walked to the plaza hotel at night and didn't see anything that made us weary or uncomfortable. As a parent sending my daughter to work in El Paso, I am much relieved. The people were very friendly. When I visit Hotel Indigo will be my home away from home
google avatar

Angela T.

Yelp
Terrible it's loud the music and DJ every night i could never be in bed before 1am because that's what time they cut off music. They didn't clean my room!!! the food was subpar. the hallways are super hot. They actually allow people to come in off the street a just hang out in the bar a pool area like it's a club. People drink loud in hallways at 2am. We came with a group from Waco for a Federal outreach! I will never stay here again

Yelp
My friends and family went this weekend and while dancing I turned around and caught the manager recording me and when I said something, he said he knew me. That still does not give somebody the right to record me. And then later I ordered a round of shots and they brought something completely different and I said something to the manager and he told me that they know how to make the shot I ordered and I said are you sure you didn't just Google it when you could've just asked me what it was and he seemed to get offended and say "no we know what we are doing". Then the waitress came and I let her know that the shot was wrong and she admitted they googled it. Then the manager still made us pay for it instead of just admitting he was wrong and fixing our drinks for us then he said he was only going to fix one drink by adding an apple liquor to it. Worst Customer service ever then when we went to leave, I asked the lady if they validated parking for Bar patrons and she said "let me see your ticket", then stamped it and wrote a little note "needs to pay". What was the point of that? She could've just said no they do not and I would've been on my way. Will not be returning and from the looks of the other reviews, I'm not the only one with a bad experience at this place. There are plenty of other hotels and bar lounges to go to, and this one will not be one of them for me ever again!

M H.

Yelp
Love the hotel love that it came with valet parking great views and the 5 th floor was the place to be wish there was more selection of food but love it overall

Jeff R.

Yelp
Hotel is noisy - the restaurant has terrible food. I ordered the seared tuna that was very salty. Music is very loud in the restaurant and lobby

Tracy B.

Yelp
Our stay at Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown was nice. We were visiting El Paso for a sporting event and we chose this hotel for the location and value. We were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. One disappointment, I am not sure if the staff are told to direct people to the dining on property but they should be honest. Because of the need to pack very light we had only very casual clothing. We asked the staff for a casual place for margaritas and chips and salsa. They recommended the restaurant on property. We were definitely under dressed and the food was not what we had requested a recommendation for.

Yelp
I actually love the location of this hotel and the modern decorations etc. I do have three issues that have kept me from returning. I actually cancelled my last reservation because of them and stayed somewhere else. Issue one is having to make a stop at a separate floor to get my valet ticket validated every time I come in. It's inconvenient to stop at the front desk several times a day just to be able to come and go. At times there is also a line so it's time consuming. Issue two was really loud pool music heard until I called down around 11pm on a weekday. There was nobody at the pool and it was cold and wet but the music was still blasting. I get it on the weekend if it's nice and people are having fun but there was zero reason for this on this night. Issue three was the gap under the door coupled with the wood floors meant everything that was said in the hallway was heard in the room especially the cleaning people knocking on doors yelling housekeeping at 9am when you already stayed up late due to loud music. I tried rolling up a towel to block some noise and nothing helped. They really need door sweeps to help block some noise and maybe some rugs to help absorb the noise.

Ted K.

Yelp
I had the misfortune to visit a friend at this hotel. The experience was not pleasant. I tried calling the hotel several times on the number posted on google. I needed directions and parking information. The number does not work and I kept getting a weird message about unavailable routes. The valet parking service is a rip off (Guaranga Enterprises). They charged me $20 (btw, you're pretty much forced to use this service) and they obviously went through my glove box and the closed console in the car. What were they looking for, I wonder? Hmmm. Maybe loose money. The receipt they give you when you valet your car states they aren't responsible for "articles left in car". How convenient is that! They park your car. Keep your keys. And look through the vehicle for stuff to take. Be aware. This did not feel like a safe experience.

Kyrian L.

Yelp
Pass Rock Hard Pass. Do not recommend. Noise. Awful service. Skip it. Just skip it. Save yourself the aggravation and the money. It's not worth it at all.

Laura G.

Yelp
Super overrated, really loud you can hear everything from the rooms upstairs, aside and halls !! The drinks are really expensive, pool it's ok the lobby is confusing,is not on the first floor, they saw us and they didn't say anything about it, and we asked for a late checkout, most hotels give you an hour, this one only gave us 30 mins and they were knocking like 10 mins before.
google avatar

Ruben T.

Yelp
I dislike complaining about a place because it ends up affecting the wrong people, the ones actually doing their jobs and uplifting the good name of their place of work. So, if you read PAST my initial bad review about ONE guy, you'll read all the good things we experienced while visiting this place. I'm giving the establishment ONE STAR to get their attention and will gladly change it to what I really think they deserve once I get a satisfactory response. We were part of the thousands of people affected by Southwest Airlines' holiday season meltdown. Our El Paso flight taking us back home to Dallas after visiting family was canceled with just a few minutes' notice before boarding time. We couldn't find any suitable replacement and headed back to spend one extra night at my parents' to rest up for the long drive back home on a rental. We were tired, stressed, and a little worried about work. On the other hand, we were looking forward to spending a few extra hours with family. They recommended Mamacitas as a place where a large group with kids could enjoy a good meal and a better time. As they were full and we'd have to wait to be seated, we headed upstairs to the 5th floor to get a couple of drinks and have the kids enjoy the rooftop terrace. My dad, brother, daughter and myself headed outside with the kids while my mom, wife and sister-in-law stayed behind to order drinks. After a while, my sister-in-law came over and told us they were missing one ingredient from the drink most of us had ordered. I literally told her to tell the bartender, who we later found out is named "Paco", to "be creative and go wild." Just a few seconds later, my wife came over furious and told us we were leaving. She explained he had been very condescending and rude telling them that he couldn't "ruin" his "creation" and at best he could prepare us a Margarita. My sister-in-law had tried explaining to him that we would be okay with a modified cocktail of what we originally ordered. And then he called her "mija". So, now on top of condescending and rude, he went full sexist. I doubt he calls guys "mijo". I doubt he calls older women "mija". And I doubt he calls younger women "mija" when they're with a guy. Either way, I don't think that's very professional. On top of that, when my brother and I went over to him to complain, he was also rude, he kept raising both his voice and his finger to our faces and he never let me finish a sentence. I don't think a guy like Paco has a place in the service industry, let alone an upscale rooftop bar and pool. I mean, he couldn't handle a simple ingredient change in a near-empty bar. Now to the good stuff. Once we were seated at Mamacitas, our experience was totally different. The staff was nothing but friendly, helpful, and efficient. We got everything we ordered without a hitch, no matter that the restaurant was and remained full at all times. And the food was superb. The service, quality, and taste fully deserve five stars. Other than Paco, our experience at Indigo/Mamacitas could've been spotless. He was the lone turd.

Yelp
Way overpriced! We got in after midnight to the airport, the hotel recommended this person to pick us up, he was very kind but it was $50 to drive less then 15 minutes. We got to the hotel checked in only to realize that our room was very small with furniture that was breaking apart. We woke up in the morning to jackhammering. Breakfast was $14.99 for Continental and $19.99 for cooked foods. We went for the cooked items, the selection of foods was little to none, no juice, fruit was in a cup and my husband found a hair in his fruit and his omelette. Last straw was the coffee was terrible! There was grounds in my coffee, I could barely drink it. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I do know what really bad coffee tastes like. Needless to say we checked out.
google avatar

David W.

Yelp
There is no free parking it's 18$ a day and no complimentary breakfast. Because I had to stay within an agency budget once I learned this I checked out after just one night and went over to the embassy suites/hilton. When I offered feedback to the hotel staff about how they might secure more govt. agency business by subsidizing parking and a breakfast the response I got was "we don't own the parking it's a third party and we typically have guests that only stay 1-2 nights" --well I can see absolutely why that is the case. Apparently they are not interested in guests staying longer which makes no sense to me at all since the hotel had vacancies. Anyway consider a nearby hotel with free parking and complimentary breakfast who is interested in attracting your business.

Yelp
This place was great. The room is modern and updated. The staff was very friendly. Valet is a bit weird since the attendant is on the opposite building, but I think it is a shared service. The check in counter is on the 5th floor. Yes there is some music playing but they shut down when the bar does. If you like going to bed early and are a light sleeper this may not work for you. There is an attached restaurant on the ground floor that i unfortunately did not get a chance to attend since they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Ohh and there is a great bar around the corner behind the hotel. They were open until 2am.
google avatar

Annie A.

Yelp
Hotel was clean and updated. The beds are pretty nice. The cleaning service was prompt and diligent. However, one day they placed the dirty towel back up when I had put it on the floor. The rest of the stay was good. The bar and pool area is pretty nice. The fire pit and the water features make it very comfortable to hang out and catch up. The staff is amazing and caters to the clients.
google avatar

Renee W.

Yelp
This hotel is nicely decorated but there was no hot water, and they were burning sage inside at the front desk in the lobby I'm super allergic and it triggers asthma attacks for me. We're pretty disappointed, would not stay here again.

Ian D.

Yelp
Must recommend our server CC, she was charming, helpful and made the BEST flat white i've had in a long time!!!

Mark T.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to go to bed before 1 am. The hotel room was really nice and I liked the hotel but they played music in the bar/pool area until 1 am. And then at 3 am kids were running down the hall yelling. If I didn't have to get up at 4 am it might not have been bad but to have the music blasting that loud was so disrespectful of all of the guests staying there. I don't understand why they had to ply the music so loud outside.
google avatar

Patsy S.

Yelp
This hotel is worldwide. You have a diverse group of customers. You need to expand you music. The constant Latin rap is awful and annoying. I little bit of different kinds of music goes a long way. Ambiance is good but The music sucked and made us leave. There were children there.

Yelp
It is long overdue I update my review about Hotel Indigo because I seriously cannot rave enough about them. Not only is the hotel situated perfectly within downtown El Paso; however, their event/catering team really blew it out of the water for a recent family event we held there. My family was getting ready to decide where to host my sister's engagement party in El Paso, and we wanted a place that transported our guests to a metropolitan scene. Since I've been fortunate to stay frequently at Hotel Indigo for a few years now, I immediately thought of this hotel. Reaching out to the event/catering team led by Jessica, was seamless and she seriously was the Rockstar of the evening. The months leading up to this event had endless amounts of constant communication from Jessica, great options and honest opinions, and her professionalism and creativity was evident throughout the whole process. We knew it was going to be an amazing event, but we weren't ready for the ultimate appeal and impression of the party her team put together. Renting out majority of the bar and rooftop patio as a venue went for about $700, but included cocktail tables, linens, plenty of space for seating and standing room, assigned staff, and plenty of help before/during/after the event. Of course this is separate from the F&B spend.9 I'm personally not always the biggest fan of buffet; however, the buffet spread they had set up was spectacular. I really loved the panels and burners they used as they were more of an art-deco inspiration and weren't those typical silver catering trays. Now the catering menu is actually pretty good and everything that we ordered was great for small bites. We stressed to the Hotel Indigo team we wanted more of a cocktail party celebration and not a sit-down party. We had a beautiful spread of a meats and cheese charcuterie spread including various meats, fresh mozzarella with a balsamic vinegar glaze, brie, fresh figs, strawberries, almonds, and so much more. (You should definitely utilize the long community table for your event). There was also pot stickers (damn good honestly), meatballs which had a nice spice to them, and mini chicken cordon bleus. I loved how hands-on Jessica's team was and seriously she deserves highest accolades, because not only did she meet our expectations, but she surpassed them. Her team set up various cocktail tables, tables per the locations we requested. Introduced me and my parents to the rest of her team including the bar so we could always have someone to reach out to for anything. I also enjoyed the staff not only allowing our guests to order at the bar, but they were constantly walking around taking drink orders. A few weeks before we put in our request of wine bottles and what beers we wanted as we were providing open bar for beer/wine; however, wanted to still have the cash bar option of liquor for our guests who wanted to get lit. (As if beer/wine alone couldn't get the job done haha) What I really enjoyed was how we were able to purchase bottles of wine in advance, and rest assured, they were reserved solely for our party for glass pours. The special touch that I took notice was they ordered extra bottles in case we wanted to order more on the spot. THANK GOODNESS THEY DID Everyone at the party literally though Jesus himself was there to turn water into wine, and we basically tripled the number of wine bottles we first ordered. Now at the event itself: Susan was the point-of-contact at the party and she held the fort down. Not only did she ensure the whole team knew of the wristbands we were utilizing to mark who was part of the party; however, she always checked up on me and gave updates throughout the night. The team at the party was great making sure there weren't any randos trying to take advantage of open bar. (Fun Fact: Cash Bar Spend from your guests is applied to your minimum F&B spend.) Circa Bar and the Rooftop Area is not only scenic has a great skyline of downtown, but damn is the view with the mountains superb. We had our event during sunset hours and the photos were stunning. Everyone at the party kept stating how beautiful it was and how crazy this place is in El Paso. Many of them had never been to Hotel Indigo, so I was a proud lad getting to show off this place. The music really set the tone for the night and honestly, it's the music they play all the time. So it's great to have a great ambiance without having to pay extra for a DJ. Seriously if you live in the city you need to go to Hotel Indigo just for drinks at the bar. Once the event concluded, I had a room at the hotel so it was super easy utilizing Bell Hop service to send up all the gifts and random stuff to my room, so I could then have it delivered to my car the following morning. Thank you, Pedro and Dave, for the assistance. There was also another gentleman who helped take up all the event decorations and props from my car upon check-in so h/t to you as well.

Yelp
Outstanding service, great bar, lovely room. Stayed here for a night. Went to check in @ 5pm but the room wasn't ready. They gave us drink coupons, hung out on the 5th floor patio next to the heated pool and proceeded to get sloshed thanks to excellent drinks and lovely service. Everyone we ran into that worked heeded was top notch, friendly and 100% on their game. Room was outstanding and we had a great stay. Looking fwd. go coming back to El Paso & staying here. Job well done - keep up the great work.

Yelp
I can never say this enough... These people treat me like family and I am honored to use them every single time I travel for work. Dave deserves an A++++

Yelp
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Since when did the hospitality industry abandon being hospitable? We reserved two rooms so we could spend time together as a family and enjoy the pool. When we call for information, we make plans accordingly. We asked the front desk about reserving cabanas and we're told it was first come, first served. So we went out there and used it only to be told we needed to buy three bottles of $200 wine in order to use it. Then they said we couldn't be there because they were having a party. They say one thing, then change the expectations on a whim. When we asked for the policy. They said they didn't have to show it to us and if we didn't like it we could just check out of the hotel altogether. They said we couldn't take in a cake but then let two other groups have a cake. It's as if they didn't want us there! One of the front desk girls giving us a hard time was named Vanessa. The people working at this hotel don't seem to know how to make people feel welcomed or enjoy their stay. Those front desk girls were pretty stuck up. Will not return and will not recommend. In fact, I will go out of my way to share my experience with as many people as possible since these stuck up girls went out of their way to make sure we felt unwelcome. Indigo Hotel is the worst and our experience was horrible!

Yelp
Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! At first sight it seemed nice. Until we realized the Air Conditioner in our room did not work. Called to complain or switch rooms and a fan was taken to our room. Still 80 degrees in our room circulating HOT air. Second morning we woke up to water filling up the restroom and water leaking from the ceiling light. Called and complained again and was told nothing they can do except give us a free meal at the downstairs restaurant. We paid close to $400 for 2 nights for an 80 degree room and a leak in the restroom that didn't allow us to shower or use the toilet. HORRIBLE experience and will not be booking with them again. Good luck if you receive room 1009!

Yelp
It was a very mediocre hotel, for the hype and what they charge it is not worth it. The rooms are tiny and have little to no amenities and the bathroom doors were the worst designed doors ever. They were so hard to close all the way and didn't even have true privacy, everything closes early at the hotel so you can't truly enjoy it. It seems like half the staff likes to work there and the other half just hates to be there so the welcoming feeling was very inconsistent. I ended up getting double charged and not even an apology for doing so. Never going back to this hotel and that also goes for any Indigo hotel in the future. Definitely not recommended.

Yelp
I'm so glad I tried this hotel. The room was excellent. You definitely get what you paid for. It's more expensive than other hotels downtown BUT I'll tell you I order their dinner glazed salmon with sweet potato and yam and carrots all grilled to perfection. I am really impressed with whoever their chef here. I wish I should've taken photo of my food but I finished all plates. Maan food is recommended

Yelp
This is ones of the nicest hotels where I've have ever stayed. The nighttime view of El Paso lights from the upper floors is spectacular. The rooms are elegant and clean (unlike Motel-6 they don't have microwave ovens for your 7-11 burritos). The beds are perfectly comfortable. The elevators and valet parking services are the best. Street parking is also easy. The service staff, including the cleaning staff, was friendly and accommodating... except for one. There was a curly- headed, blonde waitress who pointedly ignored my brother and me when we tried to order drinks at the poolside bar. She took the order three times and then did everything except bring us our drinks. I was going to leave but my brother told me to relax and be patient. Finally, another waitress noticed us just sitting there and took our order. This is a hip, happening place frequented by some very beautiful people. We did not fit that demographic. But, I must say that the ones we met were truly friendly and welcoming. They made up for the waitress.

Yelp
All this hotel care is having a DJ party at their outside pool. This often happens on Friday or Saturday nights 9 pm to 2 am. This party is disturbingly loud and all nearby buildings can feel the disturbing vibrations late at night. Numerous complaints have been sent to them but the hotel does not care about their guests, neighbors, or community. This is very disrespectful and sickens me that they are still in business. If you are planning to stay this hotel, don't. You can be very unlucky picking their DJ night and won't get any sleep. I have hard time understanding why they think it's a good idea to be very loud at night outside right in front of their guest rooms when they are supposedly running a hotel business.

Yelp
The hotel is nice, I haven't stayed at any other hotels in El Paso so I cant compare it to others. That being said, the fact that the hotel has a rooftop pool with bar warrants at least 4.5 stars but yelp doesn't allow half credit. The room is updated to contemporary style. The bathroom had a barn style door; which I'm not a fan of for bathroom doors. Besides the door the bathroom was updated the same contemporary style as the room with a large walk in shower. The pool and bar / restaurant were more than I expected. On Sundays there is a DJ and it feels more like a rooftop bar in a city like Atlanta, Miami or L.A. All in all its probably one if the better hotels in El Paso. The rooftop pool and bar was the deciding factor for me and is what will bring me back next time I'm in El Paso.

Yelp
This hotel sucks. I came out to El Paso for work for two weeks, and the hotel has been terrible. I will say this, the gentlemen who work the valet are the greatest! As well as the manager at the front desk ( Hispanic male) who works the afternoon I believe. He's the best. And the beds are clean. The hotel itself is so loud. You hear everything going on in the hallways. And from the bar. They turned off the water on us and we didn't have water all night. The rooms don't come with a microwave or a fridge. Housekeep is just every 5 days.

Yelp
I could give Hotel Indigo Five-Stars based simply on the flavored water they provide when you walk it to take the elevator up to the 5th floor for check-in. (It's next level flavored water and I didn't even know that could be a thing!) The hotel is super cosmopolitan and everything you'd expect from the brand and nothing you'd expect from El Paso. The decor is crazy hip and had me snapping shots to post on Instagram here, there, and everywhere. Everyone that I encountered at the hotel was crazy friendly. The bartender could have toned down the 'sweetie' and 'baby's, but he made a mean cocktail. My room was gorgeous! It was bright and spacious, and the modern decor was fun! The shower in my room was giant and I loved the aveda products in the bathroom. The Hotel Indigo has figured out how to bring clouds down from the sky to sleep on! The bed was magically comfortable and the sheets were so soft. I slept like a baby in that bed and I want to know their secret! On a warmer stay, I'd love to take advantage of hanging out on their 5th floor rooftop. It's decorated beautifully and with the city in the background is truly stunning. This will be where I will return when I come to El Paso, each and every time.

Yelp
I have been meaning to write this review since I stayed in this hotel in October. I usually don't write reviews for hotels, but this hotel was so amazing, I had to. I had requested a nice room because it was for a special trip, and I truly believe they gave us the best room in the hotel, from what I could tell. Our room was incredibly cute, tucked off in a corner at the end of the hallway on one of the higher floors, and our view was so so awesome. Like I seriously couldn't get over our view at night and in the morning. Our room was perfectly clean, the staff were all so friendly, and I felt very safe about parking. They provide complimentary valet parking for every quest for their attached parking garage that only had one entrance that they completed lock up at night and have security guarding 24/7, and they take all your stuff up to your room. They rooftop/bar and pool area at night was sooooo fun and cool. Great vibes and good drinks. I couldn't even closely hear music from my room either. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here, and if you're worried about music noise, just request a room away from the bar. I think this is the coolest, safest, best hotel in El Paso, and I absolutely will be staying here again.

Yelp
Rooftop bar, music, location, mattresses, room, noise, pricing...only thing you have to Watch out for is the double charge from the bar, I paid at the bar and the charged my room as well the same ticket

Yelp
Such amazing staff and beautiful hotel. I will always stay here on my travels to ElPaso! Even if you are a Hilton member, you must try out this place!

Yelp
Im giving them 5 stars for a 3 star hotel. You cant expect a 3 star hotel to be as nice as a 5 star, and since I dont believe el paso has any 4 or 5 star hotels, this is about as good as it gets. Check in was good, shower was neat, everything was very clean. Valet staff were above and beyond helpful. I forgot my phone charger and the hotel was having issues with their system making long distance calls from the room phones. When they couldn't fix it, they sent someone out at nearly midnight to buy me a charger. Because I have a very specific uncommon charger they were not able to find one at any open stores they asked all the staff and found me one to borrow. I was blown away by the helpfulness.

Yelp
Stayed here a few times and love it. So hip and trendy! The drinks by the pool are delicious and the rooms are perfect for pictures. I was supposed to stay in the regular room but since I stay so often they bumped me up to the suite which was AWESOME!

Yelp
Love this hotel. I come to El Paso about once a month for work and started staying at Hotel Indigo as a result of our usual place to being closed due to Covid-19. Hotel Indigo is a boutique-like place with wonderful ambiance, service and amenities. Rooms are clean, large and very comfortable. Room service from Mamacitas is fantastic. Great pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and sofas to relax or hang out. Valet parking is $12 a day.
