Wow , celebrated the wife’s special birthday and the hotel was top draw . Room was modern and the bed was massive ,a cheeky wink from me to the wife regarding we gonna have fun tonight 😘Breakfast had different choices and I chose the Merchant breakfast.. 2 eggs,2sausage cuts of streaky bacon on rye bread and onions . This is enough to see you through for the liquid lunch in the square . The fine dining in the hotel on Wednesday night was also top draw and not expensive. The staff are English speaking and attentive and polite. I would definitely return.

My parents recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Krakow, and their experience was absolutely fantastic. The hotel truly exceeded all expectations.||From the moment they arrived, they were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The interior design is both stylish and cozy, creating an environment where they could completely relax. Their room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making their stay feel like a home away from home.||The staff was exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made the experience seamless and enjoyable.||The location of the hotel was another highlight, as it was conveniently situated in the heart of Krakow, making it easy to explore the city and its charming surroundings.||Overall, everything about their stay was amazing, from the comfort of the accommodations to the high level of service. They can’t wait to return, and neither can I after hearing such glowing feedback. Highly recommended!

Hotel Indigo is a modern and elegant hotel in the heart of Krakow. Its location is central and close by to all the main attractions. The staff is friendly and the rooms clean. We were upgraded to a premium room, spacious and comfortable. We have particularly appreciated the design of the hotel, full of paintings and colorful art. The restaurant Filipa 18 offers a variety of delicious choices for breakfast. Definitely recommend it!

This hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Krakow. It is close to the old town and to the train station. In other words, the location is perfect. The room is small, but has a lot of charm, with high ceilings and exposed beams and brick. The bathroom is also small, but the shower is very good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is exceptional.

This was a return visit to Krakow for us in January; arriving after the snow fall! Reception team were most welcoming and informative. Room was well-designed, king-size bed was very comfortable. Only had one dinner in the hotel but the quality and freshness was out of this world. Bar staff were helpful and housekeeping really efficient.

A small hotel ideally located just outside the old town and within easy walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The standard double room was a good size and more than adequate. There was a great selection for Breakfast including items cooked to order such as scrambled eggs, omelette, local sausages etc together with the usual continental breakfast items. The breakfast was served in the Michelin approved restaurant which we went to a couple of times and enjoyed really good quality food with friendly service at very reasonable price compared with the UK.

This is a really nice hotel in a great location. Easy from the airport about 30 mins taxi ride. A warm welcome from the reception desk and an upgraded room as we are IHG members. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable with interesting decor and furniture, we had a double aspect room so could see other buildings around us and the sound of the church chimes from the end of the street. Facilities in the hotel are good with a gym and sauna in the basement, a ground floor restaurant and breakfast room, and a nice cosy bar. There is also a roof-top bar sitting area, but the views are mainly roof-tops and brick walls. The reception staff and bar staff are really helpful and informative which made our stay even better. The down side on our visit was the so called "Michelin Star Restaurant" ... We reserved a table for 4 people for 8pm and after some okay food, this being a starter and main course, we were thrown out of the restaurant at 9:45pm as the waiting staff said they wanted to prepare the tables for the following mornings breakfast and could not have anyone in after 10pm. I raised my complaint with the waiter, to which they said there was nothing they could do. We were all disappointed with the way we were treated and the way the evening had so abruptly ended. So our advice is to be seated before 7:30 to have any chance of finishing your meal before they close the restaurant. Apart from the restaurant ordeal, this hotel is good and one that I would recommend.

A lovely friendly hotel ideally situated just outside the Old Town and within easy walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic in its Michelin recommended restaurant. It is certainly worth booking the restaurant to eat on at least one night of your stay. Breakfast was equally as good with a large array of cold meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries, together with an ability to order scrambled eggs, omelettes, eggs Benedict, porridge and waffles etc which are all freshly cooked to order.
