Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town by IHG

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for Christmas and it turned out to be a fabulous choice. The rooms were extremely comfortable and wonderfully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. They were very clean and quiet and were easily adjusted to suit the temperature we preferred. All the staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed the breakfasts in the hotel with what always felt like personal and special service. We also booked the set dinner for Christmas Eve in the restaurant and the food was superb! We sincerely appreciate the chef and staff working over the festive time and our expectations for what we could enjoy were blown away, it was so good. Special thanks to Weronika who looked after us that night and brought us extremely interesting and well matched wines and spent time discussing them. I can’t recommend the Hotel Indigo in the Old Town enough. The location is handy for walking to everything and especially easy for us travelling to and from Kraków by train. If we are ever lucky enough to return I would hope to stay here again.

Great comfortable and friendly hotel. Clean and well though out room, just one point -please put a coat hook on the back of the door. Bed was really comfortable. Gym was small but nice- please provide there small towels. Excellent food. Kind staff, all were great, special mention to Daria, Patryk and Maksym. The location was very convenient to the main station and old town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krakow.

We just spent few days at the hotel, the location is great, employees were nice and helpful, particularly Patrick, they speak a good English and help us to navigate the city and rail. I didn’t give 5 stars because the rooms are extremely small even for Europe standard. I select d a standard room and it was very small even, we met other people and saw their rooms in the first floor and they were similar to us. Breakfast was okay and the employees were very nice

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo. Staff very helpful. Location is easy walking to main square, shopping etc etc. Our room was a good size..upgraded due to how much I use the brand. Breakfast was a great start to the day with plenty of choice on the buffet or ordering off the menu, recommend the Polish pancakes. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Krakow was truly unforgettable — this is a place I want to return to again and again. I would also like to give special thanks to two wonderful people: Max at the bar, for his professionalism, hospitality, and warm atmosphere; Dasha at breakfast, for her kindness, attention, and the wonderful start to each morning. Rooms nice, although a bit special. Service is very friendly and they will help you with things. I got the breakfast bag and it was good for a breakfast on the go. Location is very central and as long as you want to walk to places it is good. I would prefer to not go by car there :)

It's well positioned for old town and staff friendly and helpful. Suffers from the usual hotel Indigo odd match of cheap fittings and fixture mismatch. Bed offers a good rest over the walking and sightseeing are done. Great coffee shop 2 mins round the corner on edge of local market.

A top quality well positioned hotel for the old town being only 5 mins away. Room comfortable with great facilities and breakfast is plentiful. Staff really friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned fastidiously every day. Highly recommended

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great service, comfortable rooms, excellent food (breakfast and dinner). Fabulous location. Next to an open-air market. Restful stay.

Wow and wow! This is part of the IHG chain but the hotel was new to us. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect. It is 2 minutes to Cloth Hall etc. and makes all of Old Town walkable. Within 10 minutes are at least 100 restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The digress. The hotel is very Boutique and has many of the original fixtures from the 1800s. But the amenities are all modern: heated tile floors, automatic black-out blinds, English TV and a wonderful staff. There is a cute little bar and dinner is a must. Skip the breakfast. I was in 211 and my brother had 110. The rooms are small but cozy and in 5 nights I heard not a peep. The price was about 100US room/night. They do offer car service to the airport for 100pln ($30us) but we burred st 3am with no delay at 30pln. Great neighborhood. I will return for sure!

It was a delight to stay here, amazing penthouse apartment. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Beautiful restaurant and the bar.
