I was incredibly impressed by the Front Desk Agent, Courtney. He was personable, and courteous. I really appreciated his service. The location is fantastic (obviously), and the rooms are beyond comfortable and clean. Very appreciative to have my go to hotel for Padres games and downtown leisure. Cheers, thank you again for a great stay. --- Would like to see more recognition for my membership status though. Only gripe!

The hotel is really nice, I had a premium one king room on the 12th floor. The view was incredible and I could kinda see Petco Park. I was there on Memorial Day and had an amazing view of the military fly over, picture is t great because I had to find my phone, but still very cool. Only issue I had, was the walls are thin. I could definitely hear my neighbors and even woke up when their alarm went off at 0430am. But if you’re in town for an event at Petco Park, you can’t find a better location.

My 11-year old son and I stayed at this hotel for a week during spring break (visiting from Pennsylvania). We had a fabulous experience at this hotel and truly enjoyed our week. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The staff was so friendly, made us feel welcome the whole week, and gave us some great travel tips for our visit. The location was also perfect for a sightseeing visit. We could walk to many fun sites from the hotel and could easily catch an uber to/from our location for the farther sites. This was our first visit to San Diego and when we come back someday, we'll definitely come back to this hotel.

Myself and wife stayed here on our recent pleasure trip to San Diego. Excellent check-in experience. Great customer service at the front desk and treated every guest with utmost hospitality.|This kind of service level is what makes a hotel stand out from the rest.|The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent at Table 509, staff was friendly. I want to especially thank Sergio at Table 509. Sergio was super friendly, courteous, and took time to provide us with recommendations to additional dining options nearby. Make sure your reservation includes breakfast. We enjoyed roof top dinner by the fire.|In summary, Indigo hotel is excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo for any trip you may be planning.

The location is great here, they have an excellent rooftop restaurant and bar. I stayed on the 7th floor, and the room was spacious and clean. It also had a great view. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff! They're beyond accommodating and warm, nice, and professional. They made this stay 10 times better.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Indigo. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially toward my dog—they provided welcome treats and a cozy bed for her. She had a great time too! The hotel is in a downtown San Diego location, close to all the major attractions. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering stunning skyline views. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location, super convenient and great amenities. Other than a briefly short-staffed counter and restaurant service a couple times, we had a great 4 night stay with a fun view of Petco Park and loved the cozy atmosphere. Peloton bike in the fitness room, umbrella to borrow for the rain and very clean room. Cozy furnishings, nice breakfast and rooftop restaurant in the afternoon. Also a little loud at night sometimes but fit the vibe. Fast elevator too.

I would not recommend this hotel. They charged a mandatory $32 per night amenity for 2 bottles of water. On top of that, parking was $65 per night. Despite not using any of the amenities, I was charged over $200 in additional fees for a two-night stay upon checkout. The room was also poorly soundproofed — I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and even people talking outside on the street. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing stay. Be warned about the extra charges and lack of transparency.
