I was incredibly impressed by the Front Desk Agent, Courtney. He was personable, and courteous. I really appreciated his service. The location is fantastic (obviously), and the rooms are beyond comfortable and clean. Very appreciative to have my go to hotel for Padres games and downtown leisure. Cheers, thank you again for a great stay. --- Would like to see more recognition for my membership status though. Only gripe!

Room view was spectacular. Clean room. Furniture and decor a little dated but nice enough. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Amenities were good. ||Best: Harmony S. She greeted us with a genuine smile. Friendly and helpful when we asked for directions. She truly made the stay inviting and welcoming. Thank you Harmony!!||Worst: the smell of (dog) urine is everywhere!! It was in the elevator and in the hallways. It was nauseating. Only saving grace was that I did not smell it in my room.

We had such a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to Harmony! She went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially as we were celebrating my amazing wife's birthday. We were surprised with an upgraded room overlooking the Padres stadium—what a view and such a memorable touch! Harmony also kindly comped a couple of drinks at the rooftop restaurant, which made our evening feel even more celebratory. We’re truly grateful for the warm hospitality and thoughtful details. Thank you, Harmony, for making our stay so memorable!

Awesome location and comfort!|The room exceeded our expectations. In addition to the comfort, the coffeemaker with coffee and tea available made our sunrise even better.|The location is perfect for walking in downtown San Diego and is right across from the Padres stadium.|On the 9th floor is the Borrego Terrace, where you can enjoy drinks while overlooking the city. |We will definetly stay at Indigo hotel when we come back to SD.

The hotel is really nice, I had a premium one king room on the 12th floor. The view was incredible and I could kinda see Petco Park. I was there on Memorial Day and had an amazing view of the military fly over, picture is t great because I had to find my phone, but still very cool. Only issue I had, was the walls are thin. I could definitely hear my neighbors and even woke up when their alarm went off at 0430am. But if you’re in town for an event at Petco Park, you can’t find a better location.

Myself and wife stayed here on our recent pleasure trip to San Diego. Excellent check-in experience. Great customer service at the front desk and treated every guest with utmost hospitality.|This kind of service level is what makes a hotel stand out from the rest.|The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent at Table 509, staff was friendly. I want to especially thank Sergio at Table 509. Sergio was super friendly, courteous, and took time to provide us with recommendations to additional dining options nearby. Make sure your reservation includes breakfast. We enjoyed roof top dinner by the fire.|In summary, Indigo hotel is excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend Hotel Indigo for any trip you may be planning.

The people were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed being at the hotel We were greeted nicely by the valet. The front desk was clear and informative about the amenities that were included with our reservation. We enjoyed the restaurant on the upper level. I would definitely stay there again.

The stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is comfortable, spacious rooms, good cleanliness. The breakfast was excellent as well as the service there. They have a terrace to have a drink or eat very nice. |In short, a hotel worth staying in.
