Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong by IHG

My first time at hotel Indigo Singapore and hopefully not my last. Set in the historical, scenic area of Katong this hotel is an absolute delight. Staff were all great. Admin and check in staff were friendly, courteous and efficient, Early morning checkout was seamless. Laundry services available. The in house restaurant is Baba Chews, which is in an adjacent building.It serves excellent meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff are great. My room was large, bright and well lit. The pool deck area is excellent to watch the sun go down with a quiet drink, or even a refreshing swim and sunbathe, bit don't stay in the sun too long. I absolutely loved this place

Was here on a staycation and I must say Hotel Indigo is awesome! Fantastic location, cleanliness & service! We were greeted warmly by the reception and they were very prompt in arranging for the room services we need! Special shoutout to Jia Hui for her impeccable services! A wonderful 5 star hotel that is quite rare to find in the middle of Katong. Pricing is surpisingly not bad compared to nearby 3/4 star hotels. It isn't quite a luxury hotel, but more of a all you can ever need at a relatively high end hotel. I'd say book a week here if you're staying in your room for some time. Because it is a nice room to be in. The view is wonderful and the walls are very quiet and well insulated. The bed is amazing large for the king size bed. I knocked a star because I was given a two double size bed despite asking for a King size bed during my second visit. I was told I could move into a king size the next day and that they would contact me, but they didn't.

Excellent stay, beautiful staff. I must say this is one of the best hotels in Singapore I have ever stayed. Breakfast was scrumptious! What really stands out and left a lasting impression was the staff from front desk,Safura. Greeted me everyday, asking how my day went and shared with me interesting places to go! She was warm and genuine. Please pass my compliments to the beautiful Safura. Will be back again.

Very good. Enthusiastic check in (Debbie) and service in general. The location is good on the brown MRT line which will eventually (still under construction) go quickly to Changi. The rooms look newly decorated and well thought out. The only suggestion I have is that they need larger tea cups as all that they have are large coffee cups. We were on the road side. It was quiet.

Excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong. We stayed 3 nights with our family during a transition, as we were moving out of Singapore after almost 4 years. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and very well maintained. Special thanks to Andy, Syed, Apphia, and Jia Hui, who were extremely helpful and attentive and made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. We truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We stayed four nights at the Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong. I was super excited to book this hotel with points! My IHG card was full of points and when you book with IHG, the 4th night is free. With my IHG card, I also had platinum elite status. We arrived via Grab car from Changi Airport and walked into the cool air conditioned lobby. It was wonderful considering the humidity. We were greeted by Tiffanie and she got us checked in. We were given a room on the 14th floor and it was lovely. We were told that we had been upgraded from the standard King room which was really nice. It didn't have a bathtub but the shower that was separate from the toilet area was really nice. The layout of the room is spacious. The closet space was great along with the fluffy robes. There was a Nespresso machine along with nostalgic candies in the cabinet. I loved the White Rabbit candy from my childhood. The amenities in the room were lovely. The hotel also has a rooftop pool which was really nice on the warm days we were staying there. We also checked out the gym but didn't use it. Our favorite thing was the complimentary refillable water bottles in the room. There was a distilled water machine downstairs by the lobby entrance which we fully utilized since they charge for water at restaurants in Singapore. I had brought my water bottle from home so I was happy they gave us this option. The staff was so nice too. Everyone I encountered was lovely. The hotel is in the Katong area near shopping malls, loads of restaurants, and a bus station. The Katong neighborhood is pretty much a foodie mecca. We were down the street from a lot of popular restaurants. We were not close to Marina Bay but had to hop on a bus and a metro to get there. We also utilized the Grab cars when needed. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel since it was further away from the busier touristy spots.

Such a comfortable & wonderful stay! We stayed here to be closer to the airport and it was a good location. The hotel has as much charm as the neighborhood which made this stay more memorable. The room was clean and spacious. During our stay here we relaxed on the rooftop pool which has nice skyline views.

Great location near shopping, malls and plazas, and restaurants. If you're looking to try the Katong area I highly recommend the convenience of the hotel. It is also very clean and has a lot of vibrant and authentic flare.

What a great inexpensive hotel with very friendly staff and excellent uniquely decorated rooms, they put a toilet and sink along the hallway wall and a second sink / shower right up again the the windows. Too bad I was only here over night, I will have to stay here again the next time I come to Singapore.

This hotel is wonderful! We had hospitable service everywhere, the room service was delicious, and the decor was fun and comfortable! They even sent cake up to us as it was our honeymoon! Look forward to returning!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while. The check in process was quick and easy. The rooms are beautiful with excellent views. Rooms come with a foot bath and a free phone for use while you're in the city to avoid roaming charges. Also all of the normal amenities you would expect. The view from the workout and pool area is breathtaking. Infinity pool at the top is great.

Love this place. Great service, rooftop pool is legit, walking distance to lots of good food spots, transit bus is just right outside the hotel.
