I’ve been staying at Hotel Indigo Katong pretty regularly—at least once a month since October—and every time I walk in, it just feels right. There’s something nice about returning to a familiar place where you know the vibe, the people, and where everything just works the way it should.||The hotel and facilities are always spot on—clean, well looked after, and still as sharp as they were on my first visit. Unfortunately, this trip was a bit of a whirlwind and I didn’t get the chance to properly enjoy everything like I usually would, but just being back here was enough.||By now, Indigo isn’t just a hotel for me—it’s become a place where I feel looked after, even when I’m far from home. The staff have always been genuinely friendly and helpful, and the service is consistently top notch.||It’s always great seeing familiar faces across the team—Jolin, Saiful, Andy, Jia Hui, Chee Keong, Syed, and Marivel always make mornings and check-ins feel easy and welcoming. There’s also a Filipino lady at check-in (name has slipped my mind!) whose service has been wonderful across my stays. And special shout-out to Nathan from Baba Chews—he’s been super helpful, especially that one time I was in a rush. He will recall the incident! ||Also had the chance to run into GM Adel again at check-in—great to see you preparing the welcome cards. It’s been nice watching your team grow and evolve over the months. I’ve seen the team’s community work on social media as well—there’s clearly a strong, positive culture here that carries through to how your team shows up day-to-day.||And finally, big thanks to Wilson, who’s been my go-to for all reservations since the beginning. Always helpful, responsive, and just gets things done behind the scenes to make the whole experience smooth.||Not sure when I’ll be back again for work—but then again, I’ve said that before. Until the next stay!
