The location is the best part. I walked literally everywhere! It's an absolutely beautiful neighborhood and great for shopping. You have to pay if you want a decent view from your room so my view was of an alley. The bathroom was beautiful. They have umbrella rentals available for a price. I had a drink coupon and went down to the restaurant one night to find it was closed (I think it still said it was open online). The one staff member in the lobby was so sweet and kindly gave me a drink from the bar anyway. I really appreciated that. I would stay here again.

Excellent location in The Hague, you are in the shopping street and close to the restaurants and bars. Service of the reception was okay. We stayed here for a night and didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there are some good restaurants for breakfast in the area. So I cannot comment on the restaurant but the ambiance looks good. It is a special hotel because it is an old bank; however I think the quality of the rooms might be better. The isolation of the room with the upper floor was very poor. The bed was extremely firm, we couldn’t even sleep. Overall it wasn’t a good hotel experience. I think the best part of this hotel is its bar located downstairs, next to the actual old Vault. The bar was a hidden gem for us. I really like the cocktails and service there.

Dear Indigo The Hague management, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for the second time and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff Milena was welcoming and attentive, making me feel valued as a loyal IHG guest. Check-in was smooth, and my room was spotless, and beautifully decorated with unique touch. I also dined at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, where Amilie and Andrea always start my day right taking my order for the best Dutch toast. The food was excellent—great flavors and beautifully presented. One of the highlights of my stay was the service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Cristos provided very attentive service and always ready to assist me on my selection of beverages in the bar, chat a little to provide good customer experience. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate when a hotel truly cares about its guests’ comfort, and Hotel Indigo The Hague definitely delivered. Thank you for a fantastic experience—I can’t wait to return again! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Lovely quirky hotel, great location. Lots of shops and cafes around it. Walking distance to/from the public transport. Good size comfortable bed, housekeeping didn’t really clean the room whilst we were there. Furniture surfaces were dusty (you could draw on them, that’s how dusty it was, items used were not replaced by housekeeping (tissue, tea bags). Stairs from the entrance of the room / bathroom to the bed were a bit odd. . Lift is a little too small but I guess it is part of the building being an old bank, but it wouldn’t hurt giving it a good clean and perhaps a makeover as it looked like a service lift rather than a lift for guests. Breakfast was lovely, good tea and coffee. The staff at the restaurant and reception were friendly, polite and very helpful. Sadly housekeeping stops me from giving service 5 stars.

Thanks Emilie!! We had quite a few questions on the rooms, services etc, and Emilie was a star in answering all our questions! Such a presentable, composed young lady who took proper time to show us the set-up and explain in details all our questions (and we had many!). Commendable professionalism, hospitality and positive vibes, Indigo is lucky to have you. A must stay gem in Den Haag, great value for money, with warm staff like Emilie, thank you!!

Would highly recommend a stay here. The room feels spacious and luxurious with excellent shower and bathroom facilities. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice. The location is perfect with many museums, sight seeing, bars, restaurants and shopping all within a short walk yet at night time the hotel is very quiet. You can walk here from the railway station in approximately 20mins.

A beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding service! The hotel is situated opposite Paleis Noordeinde in the Hague. A very unique art deco sensation from the time we stepped into the beautiful foyer to the moment we unlocked the room. Service was excellent; the staff were very kind and helpful, informative and articulate (spoke English really well), and could accommodate all we needed during our stay. The room was spacious, stylish yet elegant. Overlooking the palace's little courtyard as well as the statue of the prince, it had a commanding air as if it's associated to the royal house. There were some cool properties in the room that enhanced the classic elegant design and reflected the hotel's general theme (for your information, the building used to be the former seat of the Dutch National Bank). I liked the (semi-)automatic curtains and lights. One thing I personally missed, though, was a tub despite it was the premium room. Hotel facilities were quite limited. That being said, however, 24h gym was available. We did have breakfast at the restaurant and it was great! Alongside fresh, healthy, nutritious selections at the buffet, they also served warm meals on the menu. And again, all this we savored in the beautiful, cozy, art deco styled dining hall. There's a bar underground, pretty stylish, where it used to be the bank's gigantic vault. Checkout time at 12 noon is really a great standard. Overall, it was such a unique experience staying in this beautiful historic building. The story they're telling felt so real to us. And all that combined with their incredible service made it a very very pleasant stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Indigo. I especially like the bank vaults being converted to seating and eating areas, to see those huge vault doors adorn the inside of the hotel is just something, its a precious moment you only see in movies. The experience with staff interaction is very satisfying. They care about the customers. One couple ahead of me were in their 80s and the receptionist took them to their room and carry their luggage for them. Fantastic service from hotel attendants. Bravo to Hotel Indigo for having very qualified staff.
