Hotel Indigo Tulsa DWTN (Tulsa, Oklahoma) 2 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Hotels like the Hotel Indigo Tulsa Downtown are evidence that, by now, the boutique-hotel revolution is over, having long since been decided in favor of the insurgents. These days even Oklahoma’s second-largest metropolis can boast of a lodging with luxury-boutique swank and high-design good looks. The location, on Santa Fe Square in the vibrant city-center Blue Dome district, could hardly be more auspicious; here you’re surrounded by Tulsa’s finest restaurants, and a short walk from either the Arts District or the historic commercial center." - Tablet Hotels

Location was great for visiting the Bob Dylan Center, which was an easy walk. The hotel lobby was clean and I appreciated the vat of ice water that was always available. The gym was well equipped with good treadmills. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. The same crumbs stayed on the floor, the trash wasn’t emptied, the bathrobe was stained, the coffee pods contained no regular coffee. Everything else was fine but I feel like housekeeping needed to take 10 more minutes. I

I’m a regular at Indigo, not only because of the venue but the incredible staff. I always look forward to seeing Amy every time I enter Indigo. Amy is so kind, sweet, and helpful. She brightens my day when I see her. I feel the same way about Crystal at the rooftop bar. Her service is impeccable, she’s always helpful and friendly. Her presence adds to the bar atmosphere. These 2 make this place special. Highly recommend coming here. Bonus points if you run into them!

I was there apartment-hunting for a new job and chose this location because I was curious about downtown Tulsa as the location of my new apartment. ||I chose well.||The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are modern, well put-together and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rest of the loft-style design is comforting, pretty big, and conducive to getting work done, staying clean, and sleeping well. Pretty quiet for a downtown location next to railroad tracks that are definitely still in use.||Helpful staff, especially at the front desk, restaurant and the rooftop bar (which I highly recommend). The breakfast menu is wonderful, and the food is excellent and very reasonably priced. I recommend the yogurt with honey from their rooftop hives.||The valet parking is pricey but very well-run. And the staff will point out that you can park cheaply during the day right in front of the hotel or free after 5:00 p.m. on the city street parking (get the app if you plan to drive around town, well worth it).||The hotel is within easy walking-distance of a great variety of restaurants and bars for diverse tastes and budgets. The amateur ballpark is about two blocks away, as is the Arts District, and both areas also have restaurants and bars for different tastes and budges.||The hotel is located very near the Greenwood Rises museum on the Tulsa Massacre, if you are looking for an important, strong educational experience.||A good hotel that really lets you learn about Tulsa, especially downtown Tulsa, in comfort.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in downtown Tulsa and was left underwhelmed, especially considering the price point. The accommodations simply didn’t live up to expectations for what I paid. While the hotel presents itself as boutique and stylish, the overall experience was more average than exceptional. The rooms follow an industrial theme, which can be appealing to some, but the execution felt a bit cold and impersonal. Most notably, the lighting in the room was far too harsh—more suitable for a warehouse than a hotel room meant for comfort and relaxation. The real letdown, however, was Roof Sixty Six, the hotel's rooftop bar. Promoted as a relaxing space to enjoy the Tulsa skyline, it turned out to be anything but. The music was loud, edgy, and overpowering, making it nearly impossible to carry on a conversation or enjoy the view in peace. Rather than an elegant rooftop experience, it felt more like a noisy club atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Indigo in Tulsa didn't offer the relaxing, upscale experience it seems to advertise. With better options in the area, I wouldn’t recommend it for travelers seeking comfort and tranquility.

Google
The hotel was great! Staff were very friendly and the location was everything! Great spot to be able to park outside on the street and leave at your own convenience. The only thing that was irritating was the TV. We just wanted to get in from a long day of adventures and watch a movie. The remote barely worked and there are no movie channels like a holiday inn or Hilton. I’d suggest apps so we can watch Netflix or pick movies of our own. Other than that, great rooms, restaurants etc.

If you want a good nights sleep DO NOT under any circumstances stay at this hotel! There is a nightclub with live rock music until 2AM. The room shook from the loud noise. We had a long drive the next day which was rendered dangerous since we had not slept at all. When we walked down to implore the staff to help us they were rude and simply stated that’s why they call the location downtown-entertainment area. Did not offer to comp us in any fashion. Would have been nice to have been offered something, anything, just to diffuse our frustration and disappointment. And of course when we were placed in the room it’s obvious the hotel knows it’s a noisy room which makes it all the worse that we were placed there. At least let us know ahead of time and offer earplugs up front or make that room less expensive. A company as big as IHG should know better. Not only will I NEVER stay in this hotel, but I will never stop in Tulsa again and will seek out any other hotels besides IHG.

Probably our favorite spot in t-town. Chill atmosphere, chill bartenders. Cool vibes It can get pretty rowdy on the weekends, with the downtown party crowd, but you can also usually belly up to the bar most weekday nights. when it’s not to blistering hot, the patio deck offers one of the best views of tulsas downtown. Hotel indigo is one of the spots where, after you take a date out to one of the hip restaurants in the area, you pull this little gem out of your sleeve, to get those extra, cool guy/girl points to impress with. Everyone likes a view with their drink! More often than not, when we are downtown, we seem to always end the evening here, and have yet to be disappointed.

Comfortable and very clean environment, walkable to food, coffee, bars, etc. Great rooftop bar with a fun people-watching view. Easy in-out Valet service so I could walk when I wanted to and drive when I wanted to. Loved it and would go back!

Yelp
Nice Hotel alert! I enjoyed my stay. Nice - artsy decor, super comfy room, customer friendly staff, and convenient location if you want to bar hop in downtown Tulsa. There is room for improvement... Parking downtown bananas!!! The hotel offers valet between $10 & $28 bucks. There is no other option. Breakfast is not included (but there is a bar/restaurant onsite). I had an omelette, potatoes, and toast for $17 bucks - no drink included (see my review for Prospect bar). The walls are thin and I hear well (bad combination).

Yelp
Staff are warm and well accommodating , the rooftop bar was very cool like a backyard patio on a grande scale providing several spaces with comfy sitting areas with heat and lights, even a stack of throw blankets to cuddle up with. The only downside was the constant hum from the air ducts that is through the entire place.. most noted in the hallway and always in the bathrooms. No tub only shower- but with that humm, I wouldn't want to spend more time than required - with the door closed the humm cannot be detected in the sleeping quarters.

Yelp
Nice hotel, beautiful! Our room could have been cleaned better. My husband and I were there just for one day. Hair leftover in shower & bathroom. Nice rooftop bar as well!

Yelp
Welcoming, cheerful staff, and very convenient to the Tulsa PAC for shows. Valet parking area is tight, but staff makes the most of it. The rooftop bar was packed! Our room (facing McNellie's) was comfortable and quiet. Rooms on certain floors or different sides of the building might be noisier.

Yelp
Old building that may have been a hotel in its past that's been refurb'd. Makes for a nice enough modern hotel with a bit more personality than you get at a regular chain place. Big hallways and neat decorations add to the personality. Did not try the on premises dining but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Not a fan of the parking garage setup but it's to be expected when you are staying in a downtown type of place. Desk people and staff were very helpful and nice to boot.

Yelp
I wish I had a whole lot to say, but in my brief and lowkey stay here, I can just say it's a pretty nice hotel. Feels very clean and new. The staff was great when I checked in, and the room was OK. I got the wrong side for a view -- no skyline but rather a more industrial lookout from the second floor, but alas. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure -- not a big deal, but the lighting was kind of bad in the rooms. I was disappointed to see the rooftop bar closed (apparently on Sunday and Monday) as I was hoping to go up there for a drink and to unwind. Parking was $16 per overnight which is a little steep, but also it's downtown so it's more expected. That was it. I was in and out, but I think it has potential. There was a nice juice/breakfast/coffee spot (Inheritance) very close, as well as some other restaurants that looked worthy of exploration, so that'll likely draw me back in next time.

Yelp
Modern hotel, comfortable beds, and a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel also has a rooftop bar open to the public as well. Staff friendly. Paid self-parking for hotel guests. Doors are very heavy and accidental slamming shut can occur and be heard through the thin walls. Stayed on the 2nd floor above the main entrance facing a few bars. Loud music can be heard up to 2 am together with obnoxious cars/vehicles zooming by late in the evening. This is something to consider if staying here during the weekends and you need some decent sleep and wake up at 4 am.

Jaima A.

Yelp
Do NOT stay here unless you want to be awake until 2am (maybe later, it's 2am as I write this and still going.....). There is OBNOXIOUSLY loud music being played at the bar next door. I'm on the 5th floor and it's so loud I can't sleep. Love paying $200+ a night to be completely disturbed while I'm trying to rest.

Kristin G.

Yelp
If you have less than 36 hours in more than two weeks with your first responder for a night away... I'd suggest not picking Indigo. Claims made "food and bar on site" is not open 7 days a week. In fact no food is available on Sunday. "Best rate guarantee" also incorrect. "Better views than the Tulsa Club" .. the photo is my view. And also telling me I shouldn't rebook at Tulsa club because the street is closed and you can't even get to the hotel .... All incorrect from the desk agent. I Since I booked 3rd party because the best rate available claim didn't seem accurate I knew it was a risk but I usually love IHG. When I called IHG to ask for assistance or even a partial room credit or even to talk to and IHG customer member that could assist, was told they couldn't help me other than if I returned I could be offered a different room. This was supposed to be a nice getaway and I'm out $200. Ended up at the Tulsa Club front row parking and the bar and restaurant were open.... All at a better rate than Indigo.

Yelp
This does not feel like a full service hotel. If you're expecting the equivalent of a 2 or 2.5 star hotel, you'll like this place. Anything beyond that, you'll be disappointed. The room lighting is absolutely white. That, mixed with the concrete ceiling, makes it feel like a meat locker in your room. Beds are pretty comfortable. I can't get over the lighting. I've never seen worse lighting in a hotel. There is no service at 11:30 pm. Requested water and was told to go downstairs and get it myself. Will not stay here again. Basics are fine though

Yelp
Went to have dinner there downstairs amazing food and the staff very respectful and always there to help you. Upstairs rooftop let me tell you most amazing thing to experience the bar staff is amazing. Very relax atmosphere.I would highly recommend this hotel, food, drinks

Yelp
Modern hotel with a retro decor and styling, checks-in staff was wonderful, friendly and quick to check you into your stay. The hotel has a bar/lobby/cafe on 1st floor and small convenience store for misc items and snacks. Take notice you must use your room key card on the elevators to access your room floor. The rooms are nice, fluffy bed with pillows, desk, nice large 50" TV and clean bathroom. This hotel has a nice rooftop bar on the 6th floor with views of downtown, drinks are expensive. Parking here is $16 a night so I recommend trying to find a lot where you can park for cheaper.
google avatar

Greg R.

Yelp
There is a full service restaurant and bar inside. There is no valet, but parking is convenient, right next to the hotel. The lobby is open with sofas and chairs throughout. The fitness center is located on the 5th floor. The bathroom is spacious. The only drawback was that my room didn't have a walk in shower. It was a tub and handicap accessible. I guess these rooms have only tubs (?).

Yelp
Awesome new hotel that's clean and everything you expect with an IHG brand. Only negative is that I'm here on a Monday night and their restaurant is closed. Other than that, A+

Yelp
Beautiful view of downtown! Drinks are always amazing as well as the local beer selection. Highly recommend for a date night!

Yelp
I stayed here in October 2021 during the University of Tulsa's homecoming weekend. This hotel is trendy, modern and centrally located in Downtown Tulsa. The parking lot appears small but we never had a problem finding parking. We encountered two different gentlemen at the front desk throughout our stay and each one was welcoming and provided answers when we had questions. I wish we had a chance to check out the breakfast downstairs, it looked great. Will definitely book here again the next time I'm in town!

Yelp
THIS RATING IS FOR ROOF 66 This beautiful hotel is less than one year old and it shows! Everything is attractive, clean and nice. Each Indigo property nationwide is unique - this is no cookie-cutter hotel. All of the design elements (from the artwork on the walls to the choices of flooring, furniture, trim, wall treatments, decorations, etc) were intentionally designed to evoke the theme of Tulsa's history of industry, oil and Americana. Full service restaurant on the ground floor is delicious, with a great menu and inviting atmosphere. Protected gated parking lot with key-fob access is directly adjacent and costs $10 - $15. Gorgeous lobby! Affordable rooms that are spacious and modern. The rooftop bar is AMAZING! Roof 66 has THE BEST views of downtown Tulsa that a visitor can find. The place is large, and it is popular. Plenty of locals come up to the 6th floor just to have drinks here, it's a killer view and the facility is nice and attractive. The floor-to-ceiling glass walls, the multiple seating areas with couches chairs and tables, the outdoor seating with that feeling of being up in the clouds, brings people back! Roof 66 offers a small but tasty selection of bites. Their philly sliders are amazing! Wine pours are generous, and service is good. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, venues bars, smack dab in the middle of Tulsa's hip Blue Dome district. Great place to bring your friends for drinks, have a date night, do some pre- or post-gaming on a night out to see a show, or grab a bite. Diverse crowds, and oh yeah the huge TV is in the lobby not the bar itself, so sports fans are kept separate (a plus in my book).

Yelp
This property is a true gem in the heart of downtown Tulsa! A close friend and I got together to celebrate our birthdays this weekend and rented an Airbnb. When we arrived it was not at all as it had been described and pretty scary inside and out. We immediately panicked and both started frantically searching for a place to relocate to asap. I found Hotel Indigo and called immediately to see if there was space available. DJ in the front office came to the rescue and set us up in a beautiful room at the end of the hall for more privacy. He was so sweet and kind. Perfectly accommodating. The following day we had the pleasure of talking with Shameka, front office manager. What a kind and loving soul. She, too, was so sweet and helpful. She was even going to give my car a jump the day we departed because my battery went dead. To my surprise the General Manager, Travis, hopped on the car jump, cleaned a battery connector and sent us on our way with a handshake and a smile. I can't forget to mention Juan in maintenance that came to the rescue when we needed a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. The restaurant was closed and Shameka looked all over for one. Juan ran up to the rooftop bar to find one. Every employee far exceeded expectations. The property is super clean, rooms so thoughtfully put together and, y'all, the food was really really good. And the prices were the same as if we had gone across the street for a meal. I would 110% recommend this property to anyone staying in Tulsa. They'll take great care of you. Thanks again DJ, Shameka, Juan and Travis.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. My main complaint is I stayed on the 4th floor and could hear LOUD BOOMING BASS. I woke up around 10:30 and laid there for 2 hours until 12:30 when I finally I couldn't take it anymore and decided to leave to go home. Luckily I was staying for a staycation to celebrate valentines so my house was not far. I probably will never stay again nor recommend as when I'm ready for bed I like comfort especially when paying a decent amount for a stay.

Yelp
I loved staying here. This location is highly ideal for downtown. I was able to Walk everywhere after I was done working. The rooms are very spacious with a HUGE TV. They have a restaurant on ground floor for breakfast and dinner and a bar upstairs with a killer view to watch sunsets. You can also see the minor league stadium in the distance. Pay for parking, which is normal for this area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again on another trip.

Yelp
This place is great, now idea why the low rating? They have decent beer/wine in the lobby for purchase. Modern/industrial decor. Staff just lovely. We book on hotels..com, make sure you purchase the breakfast option. Love the veggie hash w/over easy eggs. A bit of an upcharge for elevated breakfast. But you can't compare this at all to the powdered egg breakfasts you see so often at chain hotels. Beds are comfy. It was quiet. We found our go-to hotel for when in Tulsa. Newer hotel, so don't worry about smells/janky.

Yelp
The hotel itself it's nice but there are some glitches between what they advertise and what the true is! However they say there is laundry which is not the case. When I asked at the reception they asked if I really need it!? After which they say they don't have it and suggested maybe in the neighborhood!! They advertise parking but they don't say it's $15 a night! Then I found out that some people were charged $10!! The coffee maker in the room doesn't work and when I called to ask for another they suggested that I don't know how to use it! Ya! Big deal! Another complaint! In the website their price per night is $96 but they charged me $150!!! They advertise $10 breakfast which again it's not the case! The employees have no idea what's in their back yard! Who's managing?

Yelp
What an awesome hotel with great amenities. Really cool build out with the farm wood look and the copper pipes to accent it. The 6th floor rooftop bar has a great vibe to it, the service was great (so many damn craft cocktails creates a bit of slow service but the personality of the bartender made up for it) and the view from the outdoor balcony was great for this first time Tulsa visitor. I ate at @prospect local bar & kitchen, had a drink on the rooftop, and lounged in the main lobby - really nice work Indigo. And the room, so clean and comfortable with upscale finishes. Can't wait to be back (and if you've never been to Tulsa, this Chicago City guy was thoroughly impressed with the downtown Tulsa Blue Dome District). Thanks Indigo!

Yelp
I was visiting and heard good things about this place. The walls are paper-thin. I stayed on the 2nd floor and heard the bar that's on the ground floor. My room window was facing above the hot tub, and inside the hot tub were two NAKED women. My 10 yr old niece was with me, and I guess you can imagine how that went down. At the entrance, there is the bar, and people were leaving and going to the pool and being really loud, as I mentioned before, the walls were paper thin.
google avatar

Sheila E.

Yelp
...it's 12:54 am still not asleep. Here visiting friends. After a long car ride, pain medication (recovering from knee surgery), I just wanted to relax. So far that hasn't happened. The bar across the street is super loud. Never again!

Yelp
Do not waste your money. This hotel looks good on the internet but once you get there you will be greatly disappointed. The worst part is, the manager thinks, because the State of OK approves marijuana for medicinal purposes, it ok for valet to have this on them in your car and smoke while operating other people's vehicle. They left some remnants of the marijuana in our truck. We smelled it when we pick up our car from valet, but thinking it was someone outside smoking, not our valet. Once we got home and park our car in the garage, i had to get my charger from the truck, and smelled marijuana. looked at the floor and picked up the leaves, and low and behold, it was marijuana. Mind you, we live in Texas. We were so lucky that we weren't pulled over. I called that evening and informed the front desk what in found in the car, he informed me to call in the morning to speak with the manager. I called the first thing in the morning and Brian Smith, the manager stated that the stay was zero and there was no charge. But since I booked through Booking they will be the one refunding the money and to have them call him if they had any questions. Long story short, Booking reached out to him and he changed his story and stated he will only be refunding 1 night. Here's my thing, had he told me that in the first place, it would have been ok, but he changed his story and make it so bad when I called back to talk to him. He stated that there was nothing he could to about his valet smoking marijuana because it is legal in OK. What an idiot! that like saying, he can't do anything for his employees who drink and get behind the wheel because it is legal to drink alcohol in OK. I wish I read other reviews because I would definitely would not have stayed at this hotel as others had money stolen out of their car using valet.

Yelp
Fairly new hotel. It was beautiful inside and out. It's in a very nice location with several restaurants in walking distance. Roof Sixty Six was very nice and the view was absolutely beautiful.

Linda S.

Yelp
This was our second stay at Hotel Indigo and our once again it far exceeded our expectations. The hotel is welcoming, clean, and centrally located downtown. However, it is the staff that we find most impressive. Your front desk personnel are critical in establishing first impressions. This trip it was Kendra, DJ, and Ashley who were all instrumental in making our stay a memorable one. And if you want to start your day off with a smile, head down to breakfast where DeMarco provides not just service with a smile but with enthusiasm and an engaging personality. We are typically not breakfast people but we go just to see DeMarco who, by the way, remembered us from our previous stay. We look forward to our next visit.

Yelp
Very nice hotel! Walking distance to lots of nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are really modern and the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Will be staying there again.
google avatar

Chico S.

Yelp
Stayed there for one night and I've never really been too impressed with hotel rooms in the past; as long as no bugs and a decent pillow, but this place, wow. Every single aspect of the room screams quality, from the mattress comfort to the waay nicer pillows than most hotels. BIIG screen TV, whisper quiet heater. Makes you look more closely to the smaller touches like the quality of the carpet and art, etc. Really impressed. THEN we had breakfast at Prospect. WOW. Great coffee, wonderfully prepared fresh food. I had chicken and waffles, wife had the breakfast tacos. Best food ever. And affordable; cheaper than other breakfast places in the area (thinking Chimera, way cheaper and better). Hotel is pricey but you're getting value for your $$.

Yelp
Top notch. Clean, modern, and quiet. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is a little slow but that's the only negative.

Yelp
Had the very best experience at this Newly built hotel in downtown Tulsa! Rooms are extremely modern are extraordinary! Bar on the 6th floor has a great view and accommodations made by staff are very helpful ill be staying here every year with SeneGence International

Anthony S.

Yelp
Barn door with gap which provides absolutely no privacy. You can actually look in to the bathroom. Not cool. If your a person who enjoys privacy while using the restroom, this is not the place for you.

Julie A.

Yelp
What an awesome hotel!!! It's so modern & up to date. SO impressed with my room & loved the cool art behind the bed. Loved the gym as well, had modern equipment & was clean. The hotel staff was the best part, so friendly & welcoming! I absolutely loved everything about it !

Victoria E.

Yelp
Very awful customer service, super unorganized. My mom and I stayed here for the weekend and when we went to check in, the man at the front desk told us that we had reserved a single King room. We told him that we got two queens, and he immediately replied with "No you ordered a king." We came back with a screenshot that said we had in fact reserved two queens, and he didn't have anything to say. Super rude like he had something against us when we talked to him very politely. The room itself was not bad, a little cramped but at least it was clean...
google avatar

Britni R.

Yelp
Well this is a difficult review for me to write. I checked in last night pretty late and the gal who helped us was absolutely wonderful. The hotel room was affordable and beautiful. The most incredibly comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel. I woke up and chose to pay an extra $50 for a late check out which was fine however, thankfully I showered the night I checked in because when I woke up to shower before check out they had shut the water off without even telling me. Then I get a call as I'm leaving the hotel that my card won't go through. I pull up my bank statement and I had been credited for my nights stay. The clerk proceeds to argue that it's an authorization for the amount and that I haven't been credited. So after a very stressful conversation she then tells me that the total being charged is different than the total credited well "obviously it's not going through" because the totals are different. So I go to the bank and transfer more money. I have been calling the hotel for 2 hours now trying to "check out" and I keep getting hung up on. I don't know what the problem is with communication between staff and customers but as nice as the hotel was I am so disappointed in the rest of my stay. I hope these issues get worked out so that everyone's stay can begin AND END better than mine

Yelp
Don't stay here! Service is horrid. The people who work here have zero respect for their customers.

Yelp
Rooms are nice but upstairs bar can't handle any decent amount of people. Waited at the bar (not in line, at the bar itself) for nearly 30 minutes just trying to get a water. The couple next to me was served 2 rounds of beers while I was ignored. The only way I got a drink at all was to ask the bartender as he was serving the group next to me. He poured the water sloppily and handed it to me angry. I understand that bars get busy but this level of service and hostile attitude by the staff is unforgivable, especially when combined with the borderline outrageous prices of the drinks. To their credit the downstairs staff seemed concerned and helpful. However I would never go back to the bar again.

Yelp
Decided to check out Hotel Indigo for breakfast. Attractive and interesting modern decor. Kitchen was a bit slow considering there was only one other table but food arrived hot and was very good. The menu was fairly limited and our server, Draven, did an excellent job. She was warm, friendly and on top of refills and checking to see how we were doing.

Yelp
We are at the prospect restaurant and stayed for our anniversary. The restaurant only has 10 tables and some how they were still unable to keep up with service. We waited over 10 minutes after being seated and then had to hunt down a waitress that was pissed to take our order because she was 'just helping out'. Worst service, overpriced food and drinks. Will never go back.

Yelp
Excellent. Chad was the bartender. Showed his chops making the most delicious drinks.. GORGEOUS view of our spectacular city, the one I love to call home, Tulsa. Beautiful bar, beautiful hotel, amazing staff.

Yelp
My experience at this hotel was a big disappointment and I would not recommend staying here. I normally stay in a different hotel downtown but decided to give this one a shot because it is so new. I booked this room for my best friend and I 6 weeks in advance. It was the first time either of us had left our toddlers home with the husband's overnight. This was a big deal for us and the memory of this trip is now overshadowed by the ridiculous events that happened after we checked out. Within a few hours of checking out I received a voicemail from the front office manager accusing us of stealing the shower head. I called the hotel back immediately. I told the manager that we did not even utilize the shower during our stay and that the folded towels as well as the soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were left in the exact places they were upon checking in. The manager said she was calling to give me an "opportunity to do the right thing" before she charged my credit card. When I defended myself further she then accused us of bringing people back into the hotel that night. Reminder: we're both married so this was a wildly offensive and outrageous accusation. She started backtracking when I asked for the Regional Manger's name and told her I would just turn this over to my legal counsel. The level of unprofessionalism during this phone call is still shocking to me. I have stayed in hotels all over the country and I've never been treated so poorly before. I was supposed to receive a phone call back the next business day concerning this matter but unsurprisingly no one ever followed up. Because of this my credit card company put a block on my card for any further charges from this hotel. Aside from that, I can't even say that the room was nice and worth the money. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed I slept in, the drinking glasses were visibly dirty and had to be washed prior to using them, and the rooftop bar was so crowded we didn't even get to use it because they keep it open to the public. If you do choose to stay at this hotel, I would highly suggest you have an employee walk through the room before entering it yourself and again before checking out. Otherwise I would choose a different and more reputable downtown hotel to stay at.

Yelp
The security guard Tessa Beilby was the SWEETEST person ever. She did everything she could to keep my girls and I safe, and comfortable. Also the beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms are nice, really loved the ring light mirror in our bathroom. But the reason we stayed and loved our stay so much was Tessa, she was amazing.

Yelp
We booked this hotel on a recent trip to Tulsa for a large dog agility event which required us to be up and going by 530 to 6 am. Unfortunately we were advised upon checkin that there would be a huge St. Pats day party surrounding the hotel on both Saturday and Sunday nights. We are now wondering how we are going to get any sleep tonight with music playing until two a.m. If we had known in advance we would have scrambled to find another place to stay. We hoped this would be similar to the Kimpton hotels, but with the new ownership it just isn't. There is nobody to help with bags or luggage, and the parking fee of 15 for self parking in the lot seems extreme. Also the 75 pet fee is pretty steep. At other boutique type hotels there is a welcome board for pets with water bowls and treats in the room. Nothing here at all. Our local hotel in Milwaukee, the Journeyman which is owned by the same chain does those things for less money. The rooms are nice with concrete ceilings and a decent bathroom, and housekeeping and check in were good except apologetic knowing how much we would be inconvenienced by the big party. Listening to that music pounding I really wish we had stayed closer to our venue rather than try this hotel.
