After a long and tiring walk with our group of six, including two small children, walking into Hotel Indigo was a breath of fresh air. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Special mention must go to the bartender, James, who was absolutely fantastic. His expertly crafted drinks and delicious snacks were just what we needed to unwind. His service was top-notch, and he truly added to our wonderful experience. We highly recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and great amenities makes it an ideal choice for families. We can’t wait to return!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Indigo Verona, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort. The attention to detail and care for guests were evident, making our stay truly unforgettable. One of the highlights was the outstanding breakfast: rich, varied, and featuring high-quality fresh products, the perfect way to start the day. The staff welcomed us every morning, offering fresh orange juice and amazing cappuccino. Special thanks to the lady with grey hair (unfortunately I can't remember her name) and Elisa. Bar service was equally impeccable, offering delicious cocktails and a thoughtfully curated selection of drinks, all prepared with great attention to detail. The hotel’s location is simply perfect: just a short walk from the heart of Verona, making it ideal for exploring the city and its wonderful attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff on Reception. They helped us book tours and gave advice on local restaurants and attractions. |Good range of toiletries in the room. |Breakfast buffet has lots of cold options but limited hot. Staff at breakfast were also friendly and attentive. |Good location with a short walk to all local attractions and historic sites. |Good location also for train station and lots of local buses. |The room was quite dark but pleasant with a historic decor that matched the hotel. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. There was some noise from children in the room next door - not the hotels fault. |We did not try the hotel bar as it was really a cocktail bar with less options for beer and wine.

Highly recommend staying at Hotel Indigo Verona! Before I arrived I had an issue with my booking and Mauro and Martina went out of their way to resolve my issue and accommodate my requests. Elisabetta was kind and informative on check-in. Room was very clean with a beautiful design. Breakfast options were impressive. Location was also very ideal as it was perfectly in between the Verona central station and Piazza Bra. Thank you Hotel Indigo for a great stay in Verona

This hotel excels in comfort, convenience, and friendliness. The hotel is about a 10-min walk from the bus station, and a 14 min walk from the historic arena. Great location! The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are kept clean, although the room is smaller than some cities…this is historic central Verona after all, and not a new monstrosity in the suburbs. There is a bar whose staff can make a small menu of food and sandwiches, as well as a huge, extremely tasty breakfasts (not free, but a good value). Best of all is the staff….nothing short of amazing. The neighborhood has many restaurants, a pharmacy down the block… very convenient. If I am ever lucky enough to go to Verona again, I would choose to stay here.

Very nice hotel located about a 15 minute walk to the main square. Nicely decorated with friendly helpful staff. ||My room was not large but enough room & a very comfortable king size bed. Room nicely furnished with all necessary amenities. I had a large walk in shower. ||The TV had a few English channels. The wifi was fast and stable. ||The buffet breakfast was extensive & delicious with hot & cold dishes & plenty of fruit, cheeses, meats & pastries.
