Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta

We stayed here a week ago. Great location - attached to the Grand Indonesia Mall. We were upgraded to a Salon Suite which was generously sized. Word of caution though - if you're facing the city, it can get quite noisy due to traffic. But the room itself is nice. Some signs of age but it is maintained well. Service was excellent - friendly, personal and very courteous. We'd like to affirm Alfathih from housekeeping who ensured our water supplies were topped up and even presented us with a lovely bookmark. The executive lounge staff were also fab - Nissa, Eusman, Alannah and Jihad - constantly checking in on us when we using the lounge. Overall, the staff there were fantastic. Would recommend the place just for the staff and location.

Excellent Service and Memorable Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski! I was there for 3 nights, from 8 Oct to 11 October. The service here is truly exceptional — every staff member is attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the team always greeted me with genuine smiles. Everyone from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Kitchen to Concierge is friendly, professional and genuinely eager to help or just engage in conversation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the small touches and attention to detail — they truly made a difference. (I had received a card, fruits and chocolate from my partner upon entering the room). The breakfast spread is another highlight — an impressive selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. There is something for everyone, from hearty hot dishes to healthy options and freshly brewed coffee. Special shoutout to kitchen staff, RIE, who went out of his way to cook the fried noodles I requested at breakfast. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that made my stay comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

cameback again here! met again with michelle who always escort me everytime i came Paulaner she’s good everytime! chef dixen came to table make sure foods is well served and also i asked whoelse chefs on duty and there is chef hartono, muklas, and acis. well done chef! even busy time u guys always made good foods! last but not least shout out for eko he’s very friendly and always made little time for chitchat with me. first time i met ekhsan and he’s friendly aswell! say hi to purwanto who pour your lovely beer all the time. you guys rock!! well done all teamm! felt have new friends everytime i came here<3

Our recent stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The facilities were immaculate, the rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the overall ambiance was welcoming and luxurious.|What really set this visit apart, however, was the incredible level of service we received. Every member of staff was attentive and friendly, but we wanted to give a special shout-out to the Duty Manager Mr Taufik Permana. Our first room have some issue so we request change the room, and Mr Taufik went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. He were incredibly professional, approachable, and proactive in resolving a minor issue we had regarding our room preference. His personal attention made us feel genuinely valued as guests, and his swift action ensured our stay remained perfect and stress-free.|Thanks to the wonderful team and the exceptional management, we had a truly memorable experience. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay with excellent service!

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and truly one of the best I’ve stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Food was great, especially the salmon aburi roll and the kanpachi! The service was one of the best parts of dining here, Rega & Aji were so attentive all night. It was a pleasure to have met them. They also gave us a complimentary cake to celebrate our occasion) (p.s. the wagyu curry & salmon on was alright but try something else)

I spent some time at the Executive Lounge and I was really impressed with the service. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to assist without being intrusive. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind or get some work done. The food and drinks were nicely presented and well-prepared. I stayed for just one night over the weekend. The hotel was excellent and had direct access to Grand Indonesia. Upon arrival, I was immediately assisted by a bellboy (sorry, I forgot his name) who handled my luggage. During check-in, I was helped by Alama. The room is spacious but unfortunately we had the 3rd floor. Breakfast at the Signature Restaurant was comprehensive and delicious. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I'll definitely come back another time.
