This was probably a very good hotel twenty years ago but it now looks very dated. The decor and stylings are typical of the sort of hotels that were fashionable 30 yeas ago. Having said all of that, it is a good place to stay. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, the reception and staff were very helpful and efficient. We did not take breakfast here so cannot comment on the quality of that. There is a pool but we didn't use that so can't comment on that either.

The hotel is a traditional hotel, kind of out dated. The room we stayed in is clean and nice, but does not have any necessities, like kettle or coffee maker. Not up to 4 star standards.||The garage has a separate of charge of 15 euros. It is very complicated, and you have to get off the car to open two gates to get in and out.

A beautiful hotel, the public areas were tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and overlooked the pool. The pool was not huge but very nice, with Roman steps down.

Wow!||Walking into this hotel was like going into something from Hollywood in the 30s or 40s – sheer glamour! ||The entrance and public areas were just amazing, so beautiful, the domed ceiling made of stained glass was impressive, and the glass elevator a delight! ||The rooms were all of corridors on each floor that ran round the atrium, beautiful “window boxes” of greenery decorating them all, and you looked down on to a most attractive marble-patterned floor or up to the magnificent glass dome.||We had a superior room, well worth the extra money. It was spacious, and, well, I think that magnificent is the word here too! Or perhaps splendid. ||A seating area with a sofa and an armchair, separated by a swathe of curtains from the sleeping area with a large comfortable bed, then a bay window area with another armchair, with a view across rooftops and a lot of greenery to hills planted with olive trees. Delightful!||The bathroom was modern, with a spa bath. This was perhaps the only thing less than perfect, as there was no shower stall, you had to use the bath-tub, which was not good for standing without slipping. We solved this by putting a handtowel into the tub to stand on.||Overall an excellent stay in a magnificent hotel.|

This hotel is a fair ways out of town but does offer (tight!) underground parking and a reasonable amount of space. We were quickly able to get a taxi for trips into town for restaurants in the evenings. Our room was good with a separate sitting area and comfortable beds, but the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath squeezed in which was rather awkward to use. The public areas are quite spacious and look good. Breakfast, included in our rate, was very basic - we appreciate that buffets aren’t possible at the moment but just a piece of toast, glass of juice and a coffee was of limited appeal. Nonetheless, this hotel suited our needs and provided a good base to explore Jaen.

Infannta Christina would not be amused and would have a tantrum if staying here !! But I am not shamed Spanish Royalty and I enjoyed my stay ! Not in the best part of town but not far from the centre- easily walkable. White doesnt look particularly attractive externally but it is rather impressive internally. Lots of marble. Lovely atrium with beautiful coloured glass dome ! Decor wise is looking a tad dated but spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff is restaurant did seem rather disinterested but were very good in other parts of the Hotel. A comfortable and enjoyable stay.
