Hotel Intercity Salvador

The room was not good. There was mold in the bathroom and the A/C was too slow to cool the room appropriately. The location is perfect. The employees were great nevertheless there was no personal to help with the bags.

The hotel is being repaired and nobody told us. The entrance is a different one and there is no one to help us showing the way. The reception is kind of disorganized and the people of the check in/ out not so friendly. The room and bathroom were not so good and had a bad smell. The food is Ok. The breakfast is good. The pool area was kind of dirty. Many people at the gym place at the same time and some of them not wearing masks. We expected more.

The room was too smelly to stand, we have to just use it the minimum. Probably mold, you can't see it, but you can smell it and feel it. I got very congested. Service is slow and the breakfast is average.

Great hotel and very cost effective! The pool on the top with amazing view was the highlight! Great customer service specially at front desk and with sweet atitude yiu can get awesome service from the guys at the pool restaurant! The price was right on and the room was better than expected. Phenomenal shower!!! The brekfast was the only disappointment. Other than that...great hotel to stay with or wout kids!

Stayed 8 days in this hotel and absolutely loved it. My first time in brazil and got very surprised with the affordable hotel prices and services. Everything went well. The breakfast was included and I really loved it. All the staff was super friendly. Great location near the shopping mall. I will come back!!

Nice hotel, nice pool, good location

In a location known as the new city center of Salvador, this hotel, except the location, deserves a great concept. Friendly service from the staff, with agility and courtesy. Large, clean apartments with comfortable beds. Bathroom with comfortable shower and personal amenities. Full breakfast, although without excesses of typical Bahian snacks (worth it). I consider it an excellent choice for those traveling to the city on business, once on the way to the airport. If the motive is tourism, it may not be a good option. The much desired beach is very far from the address ...

Room was clean, breakfasts were great, sky lounge was gorgeous. This hotel is located in a heavy business area so if you want to walk to anything other than Salvador Shopping (a big mall), it will be difficult, as it's surrounded by major highways. Internet speeds were slower than I would have expected for a hotel that caters to business travelers, the business center consists of one computer and printer in the lobby, which again, not what I consider appropriate for business oriented hotel. Printer was broken for the 16 days I stayed there, but front desks clerks offered to let me print from front desk. Also, have to chase staff down to get a laundry bag and then to get your clothes back...was a hassle. Otherwise, room was fine, had good views, nice pool, taxi stand was out front. Adequate parking for vehicle that we rented for a few days.
