Very nice hotel with very well thought out rooms. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The hotel is really beautiful, old and charming yet very nicely updated and modern. The rooms are nice, cozy, very functional, and clean. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is good, too. Its only a 5-10 min walk from the train station. The family room is great for those with kids. We all really enjoyed it.

One of the best experiences in all of our travels. The hotel was beautiful and centrally located to all of the activities. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet with great views. And the breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. It was such a treat. I would highly recommend staying here when travelling to the area.

The hotel was in the perfect location with exceptionally friendly service. Our room featured a balcony and three large windows, filling the space with light and charm. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, making our stay effortless and enjoyable.

If you are looking for a wedding venue that turns your special occasion into an event to remember you need to consider coming to Interlaken Inn. We hosted an August wedding for 140 people …. the ceremony was by the lake ( a stunning back drop), cocktail hour back at the Inn, dinner and dancing under the tent, and the after party in the Atrium - it’s all there in one spot. At least 100 of our guests stayed on the grounds for two nights, so Friday night we had a robust crowd at the “pizza truck” welcome dinner and then lakeside at the bonfire making s’mores - the bride and groom were thrilled to actually spend time with their friends and family before their wedding day. On Saturday, guests played pickleball, went kayaking on the lake, relaxed poolside, golfed nearby, and explored local quaint towns. There's plenty to do at Interlaken and how fun it is to visit with each other. Again, if this is the vibe you want you will get it here. Things to note: 1. Interlaken Inn provides a wedding planner to coordinate all the details of the weekend and especially on the wedding day. Sarah was on point, thank you Sarah! 2. There are accommodation options, from your standard hotel room to a 2 or 3 bdrm townhouse or a pet friendly room. 3. Don’t worry about weather, there are back up plans for rain and if needed there is AC for the tent area. 4. The wedding tent is gorgeous, the Atrium is spacious for the afterparty, the grounds are perfect for pictures and general atmosphere. 5. Quality of food and presentation a 10. Be sure to check this venue out for your wedding.

It was a wonderful experience!! Our stay at Hotel Interlaken was for 5 nights in mid October - My family and I (4 pax) had booked 2 separate rooms, one with a balcony and one without. The rooms were great, cozy and clean, the location was perfect and the staff were awesome! Especially a wonderful lady, Claudia, she worked during the breakfast shift and she really went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed - an exceptional woman, forever grateful for her! A lady at the reception, Lily, was cheerful too and was very helpful with explaining the local area and managing any of our enquiries! In the spirit of transparency, while most of the other staff were attentive and nice, there were a few notable staff members that were rather passive aggressive, it just felt like the fewer general questions I asked the better (FYI our questions were not unreasonable, we are tourists, new to the area and just in need of assistance/info). Besides that, the location was perfection, it's about a 7 min walk from Interlaken OST and an easy walk to some of the main shopping areas and the old town. They offer a digital guest card which is helpful too! The hotel itself is located at a very scenic spot that has the breathtaking beauty of Interlaken right at its doorstep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we ever find ourselves at Interlaken again, we will most definitely book this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Interlaken! The room was incredibly quiet - we were on the front of the building & once the windows or balcony doors were closed, the noise from outside vanished. No noise in the halls either, thanks to heavy doors. The bed was very comfortable as was the room. We made good use of the day bed. Breakfast buffet was terrific. The staff woman who greeted us each day was very cheery & made us feel welcome. In general, all staff members were terrific - very helpful & welcoming. We twice ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. All meals were terrific and beautifully presented. You have a real chef leading the kitchen. I ordered soup and another appetizer (dumplings) one night, which was plenty of food for me. Both were excellent, and service was very good, esp. the first night. The wait person (from Amsterdam) seated us where we had hoped to sit & was properly attentive. Our only complaint is that there wasn't much choice for non-red meat eaters. A second fish/seafood dish (or even a chicken dish) would have been nice; we avoided the fondue as being too calorie-laden. We will be sure to recommend the Hotel to our family in Zurich who help to arrange trips for other visitors.

We travel a lot so I had a very good idea about hotel ratings. A five star hotel has a wow factor. A four star Hotel is really nice and it’s a great place if you’re not planning on spending your days at the hotel. On a positive this hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. However, outside of the hotel lobby and dining room there really isn’t much there. So if you’re planning on spending only your nights at the hotel and want a clean, nice beautiful hotel this is perfect which worked for us. However, They’re just some little stupid things that really bothered me. First of all they say breakfast is from 630 until 1030. I would figure that I would be able to get a cup of coffee at 10:31 but I was wrong! They shut off the espresso machine and removed everything from the breakfast buffet at 10:30. Give me a break!! . They also had a tank of ice water which said do not fill up a water bottle. Now the hotel is worth the price and since we were in Interlaken for 4 nights it was fine and probably cost $5000 less than the jungfreau hotel!!!

WE LOVED this hotel, we booked the large room with balcony and you could not bet these views, just like a story book and you could gaze out to the distance and see the paragliders zooming around. Its walkable distance from the train station, we loved explored Interlaken, huge souvenir shop across the street. The breakfast could be improved with higher quality items. The concierge staff were all very kind, giving us tips on what to do on rain days. They even have an area you can eat your own food from COOP and make tea/coffee and lots of areas to lounge. The rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!!!!

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Please stop advertising that it has AC. I paid extra to find a hotel that had AC. The room was hot the bathroom was like a sauna. I was told the AC only gets 5 degrees cooler than it is outside, so if you're staying here in the summer, good luck! Glad I only stayed one night. Plus the room is outdated. It's dusty which is why I didn't sit on the couches. Plus, the wall ceiling looked as if it was caving in. This was the upgraded room. I can't imagine the how the economy rooms look and feel. Staff was also rude. Only plus side is that it's close to the train station.

Room= clean with nice bathroom but the sheets on the bed were horrible. Duvet was very thick and heavy and room (entire hotel,actually) was very hot. We had our window open all night. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable,and willing to help. Very disappointed in the food for dinner but breakfast buffet was nice Good location. A Walking around town, I wish we had stayed at the much less touristy Hotel Goldy

Beautiful hotel in a picturesque and prime location. Wonderful staff, cute and clean rooms, great service, and breakfast included! We had such a nice stay! I would definitely recommend!

The wait staff was friendly and the food was good. We stopped in with small appetites but they treated us respectfully. I enjoyed the asparagus ravioli appetizer. In usual Swiss fashion, the waiters became invisible once our food was served. Paying the check shouldn't be that complicated!

Probably my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Good location and just gorgeous room, comfortable bed, great balcony overlooking the pond; watched the sun rise from the balcony one morning over the mountains, perfect. Nice level of luxury; super nice but not crazy over-the-top fancy.
