Fantastic location for old town. 1 minute walk to bar rumbo and sherrys bar.|Immaculately clean Hotel, Breakfasts are great value. Staff are so lovely. |Not huge rooms but big enough. Good shower and hot water. Air con great. |This place is better than all the 3 stars we've stayed at, and we are very frequent flyers. We can honestly say we will return to this gem.

For the money, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort. The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially for the price. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the old town, with easy access to the tapas bars and the beach. We stayed for 4 days at the end of October and we couldn't fault it! It was a really clean, friendly place to stay, with lovely, helpful staff, and with the town and seafront less than a minutes walk away.|We'll definitely stay here again when we're next in Benidorm. |Just be careful when feeding the local birds, next to the fountain!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the hotel earlier this month, in a small but clean little room, with breakfast provided as part of the package - and the breakfast was indeed excellent, with English, continental and other options provided (and all freshly cooked). The location is very good, with all the beaches, the old town and the new part of Benidorm all easily accessible on foot. During the time we were there, it was also surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The Playa mal Pas (pequena) the marina and the Placa del Castel were just a short stroll away along the Calle Condestable Zaragoza. I suppose the only negative would be that it's quite difficult to find (initially at least) because of the level of pedestrianisation in the old town. The hotel reception wasn't open that much either! Even so, we'd thoroughly recommend it for a short break, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience.

Our second stay at Irati.|The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet back street of old town, but within 2 mins walk you’re in tapas alley or in centre of old town. Breakfast served til 10.30 isn’t fabulous but very good for the price. Mobility can be a problem as no lift in building but rooms are clean with good shower and comfy beds.

1st visit to this beautiful little Spanish hotel, it’s a proper hidden gem down a back street so you would never know it was there. It is literally 1 street behind dove square/corner, come out the door turn right and you are right on the beach and dove square, turn left and you are at the viewing point. Hotel is so clean and has everything you need, staff are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!! This will be our first turn to hotel for out of season when you don’t need a pool to sit around all day. Thank you Irati 😎

The location is excellent, in the heart of Old town Benidorm. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good, we had an English Breakfast each day which was very well cooked and tasty. Both the room rates and the food/drink are incredibly good value for money. Irati is perfect for a short break and we would definitely stay there again.

Only arrived yesterday but already well impressed with this great little hotel!|Situated in a very quiet street, one step back from sea front, it’s only 2 mins walk from tapas alley and the same to beach. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the breakfast was superb and the room (number5) is spacious its extra pillows, good towels, comfy large double bed. Air con, safety box and tv all included in the price , only down side is no lifts so some might find stairs a bit of a problem but only 3 floors. Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, with good knowledge of local area. They have a small bar , so water easily available along with other refreshments. Also a fridge in room which I think is a plus! |We will definitely return as I’ve paid a lot more in Benidorm and received a lot less in comfort or service.
