Hotel Iravati Chamba

It's a government hotel, the services are good but the hotel is old and the bedding is clean but has a smell like the one you get in train. Food is good, a bit overpriced but service and staff is very polite and helpful

When in Chamba, don't waste your effort and time looking for alternatives because this is THE place to stay. The price is worth it. Besides, it's not like others are cheap, they quote outrageous prices at first and I bet their service will suck. I saw one other hotel that gave me a similar price for a very smelly claustrophobic room. Iravati's food is also good. It's tasty and everything is fresh. They may take a while to cook, but the food is good here. Rooms are nice. Highly recommended.

A government cozy hotel situated a prime location. Maximum tourist spots are walking distance from the hotel. View from balcony is awesome. Bathroom was large. The room was spacious & clean. Staff was cordial. I found smart tv first time in hotel. They don't have lift facility. Food quality was good and tasty. Price is little high.

Neat and clean hotel at the heart of the city (the next building houses District Collector's office!). They have their own parking, which is mostly encroached (for want of a better word) by visitors in the next door government offices. Desk manager is very attentive and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is their restaurant. The food wasn't up to the mark, neither delicious nor quality.

Hotel is prime located, service is great. But you don't get quick hot water. Its takes long time for geyser to start working. View is amazing from the room
